Harvard Medical School doctors advocate

Ruling class members are starting to state out loud the heretofore tacit punitive anti-White discrimination they seek in order to atone for ‘structural racism. Two professors at Harvard Medical School, Drs. Bram Wispelwey and Michelle Morse, have published an open call for racial discrimination in the delivery of medical services in the name of remedying “structural racism.” (snip) They want open discrimination against Whites (and maybe Asians) in order to favor Blacks and what they call “Latinx” (a patronizing label favored by progressives but shunned by most Hispanics). (snip) " a preferential admission option for Black and Latinx heart failure patients to our specialty cardiology service."

Discrimination is bad so we will discriminate to make up for it. Only the brilliant medical academia from Harvard could come up with that solution. One that coincides with that whole Constitutional thing about equality and justice and stuff.

Well. Answer racism with racism. What could go wrong? Let us begin at the beginning. What is race? In biology one distinguishes between creatures which can reproduce together and those that cannot. Owls do not reproduce with doves, nor do snakes reproduce with turtles. Skin color has no effect on reproduction. So there can be no white and black races. Information and learning, however, are strongly dependent on culture. Some cultures are dependent on past discoveries (printed histories). Other cultures are dependent on oral history (listening to the elders). The two cultures do not mix very well. In the case of a conflict, who decides? The elders or the books? Our current cancel culture requires that all of the books be destroyed, and authors like Shakespeare and Twain expunged from memory. The replacement will be the cultural inheritance of BLM and Antifa, from Marx through Gramsci. Let us do away with modern civilization. No more planes, trains, cars, or boats. No more electricity. No more computers. No more books. No more central heat or hot water. No more government. No more oil. Medicine will come from witch doctors. No more surgery. You get sick, you die. Bye. The ones to be kept alive are the Elders. They alone are the repository of information. They alone can lead us to the Golden Path of the Glorious Socialist Workers' Paradise. All hail Marx. All hail Gramsci. All hail Biden. All hail Obama. Good luck with that.

Mothers, if you love your sons fight this trend with all you have. White males are drugged with anti-ADHD drugs in their childhood, told to behave in a non-competitive fashion, groomed to sit down and shut up, passed over for advanced education programs. White males are a shrinking minority in college, where female enrollment far surpasses them. They turn to construction jobs and are replaced by low-cost illegals. They try the military and find oppression in the ranks. They turn gay in despair and a longing to belong in a welcoming culture. The only place where white males are truly increasing in numbers is suicides.

I no longer respect anything about Harvard. It's highly overrated and a Harvard degree is not entitled to any presumption of an above average education.

The reason that everyone now is picking on white males is because they want to be granted what white males have achieved (positions, wealth, scientific advancements, great books, etc.) through persistence, hard work, and brains...but without all the persistence, hard work, and brains. In other words, they just can't compete and win...and do so without complaining, as white males have done. And continue to do, despite having the odds increasingly stacked against them. There. I said it. Prove me wrong. And I further assert that black males can and do compete and win (superior in fact) in many human endeavors (sports, entertainment, and others), which white males acknowledge and admire. Great. So why the whiny, loser attitude in other endeavors? Again, prove me wrong.

When I was on the Credentials Committee of my hospital, a doctor (surgeon) on staff for years came up for routine reapproval of privileges but had FOUR DUIs in recent years, the last while on probation from the one before. This surgeon’s good friends were just about to approve the privilege renewal when I spoke up (the only one opposed) and said I would also vote for recredentialing ONLY IF the surgeon would give full disclosure to patients and alert them to the the DUIs. The Committee voted and that surgeon is no longer on the staff. Accordingly, I’m OK with Harvard’s decision ONLY IF they stamp every one of the new MD’s diplomas with AFFIRMATIVE ACTION ADMISSION. What say you, Harvard? You’re not afraid of the truth, are you?

Since when did equality mean preferential treatment? This is just another form of racism. Has anyone done a cost analysis of this or is that to capitalistic for them? The reality check will be sweet. While I'll probably never have a doctor who attended Harvard medical school, I wonder if standards for admission and studies will be affected as well. I have no problem with accepting more minorities into the school, but much like United's airline pilot program, those admitted must be quality candidates able to complete the rigorous training and excel without the need to dumb down the standards.

I mentioned this before and I'll post it again. In December 2019, I went to an emergency room at one of the best hospital systems in the country. The affirmative-action doctor didn't ask the right questions, couldn't comprehend what was I telling her and then ordered a somewhat dangerous test that I clearly did not need. So I walked out. Subsequently, I raised heck in a series of letters to the hospital and hopefully this doctor is no longer treating patients.

Pardon second post... Thought I would post the Hippocratic Oath for consideration. Are the authors even doctors? Won't medical doctors have problems with what is being proposed? The Hippocratic Oath is an oath of ethics historically taken by physicians. It is one of the most widely known of Greek medical texts. In its original form, it requires a new physician to swear, by a number of healing gods, to uphold specific ethical standards. The oath is the earliest expression of medical ethics in the Western world, establishing several principles of medical ethics which remain of paramount significance today. These include the principles of medical confidentiality and non-maleficence.

The words “epic” or “magnificent” are becoming cliched because they’re constantly used as clickbait headlines for things that are anything but “epic” or “magnificent.” That’s a shame because both words apply with their original force to Tucker Carlson’s opening monologue on Monday night. He brought both logic and passion to explaining that the Democrat party’s open borders policy is deliberately intended to import people who will vote for Democrats. In hindsight, what he said is completely obvious but too few people think about illegal immigration in the terms Tucker did. More must if we are to preserve our liberty-oriented, merit-based, constitutional republic.

On Sunday, a Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, police officer, while trying to taser Daunte Wright, who was violently resisting arrest, shot him instead. Within hours, the Minneapolis suburb, which is almost 30% black was threatening the police, rioting, and looting. That’s barely a headline nowadays. What was more interesting and, to born-and-raised American citizens, more disturbing, was the fact that, when Brooklyn Center’s city manager insisted that the police officer still gets the benefit of due process, the City Council promptly fired him.

As far back as 1996, Mikhail Gorbachev laid bare the agenda driving climate alarmism: “The threat of environmental crisis will be the international disaster key to unlock the New World Order.” He was underscoring the importance of advancing Marxist objectives by creating an emergency to convince people they must surrender freedom to be safe. That idea has been parlayed over the decades into a global campaign of the Left to control vibrant economies, end individual freedom and national sovereignties, and impoverish the world. In America, it is being served up as the Green New Deal (GND).
