Did Biden Pick Garland As AG To

Original Article

President Biden is now two-for-two in making awful selections for his Cabinet. The first was naming entirely unqualified far-left activist Neera Tanden to be director of the Office of Management and Budget. The second is his selection of appeals court judge Merrick Garland to be attorney general. For those who don’t recall, Garland was nominated in March 2016 for a seat on the Supreme Court. The Obama administration sold him through the mainstream media as a potential court “moderate,” the best the Republicans could hope for. Despite nonstop media pressure, Senate Republicans held fast, dragging their feet on confirmation hearings

Garland stuttered and shifted around trying to not answering questions. I am so unimpressed with him. So glad he did not make it to the Supreme Court and hope he does not become AG. He's not smart enough; he's just a Democrat/Socialist!

The sooner we acknowledge that Biden isn’t calling the shots here, the sooner everything is made clear. OBama and his fellow traveling China and Che luvin cryptokleptopinkos are calling the shots. They hate the people who didn’t vote for them and the leaders that give voice to the opposition.

Much like every other "Biden decision", selecting Merrick Garland to be Attorney general is designed to destroy America and turn it into a socialist/communist failed state as quickly as possible. All one has to do to understand what Garland is about is to listen to his answers to the questions at yesterday's hearing. He is as far from what the vast majority of Americans believe as can be. His answers (and non-answers) were an insult to what we believe as Americans. Biden is insulting us all by putting this anti-American up to be Attorney General. THIS is what Biden and Democrats call unity. Wonder how many RINO unity votes he will get? My guess is enough to allow him to do his evil work against America.

In the words of Nancy Reagan: "Just say no!" Screw bi-partisanship. The Democrats have shown that they have no intention of giving an inch on anything. If the roles were reversed, the Democrats would be rejecting every cabinet nominee with no regret. Grow a spine Republicans and ask tough questions about the nominees (Garland and everyone else) past statements and radical policies. If you think a nominee is bad for the country, vote no. You may lose, but at least you tried! Stop being spineless jellyfish afraid to take action.

If the headline is correct and has anything to do with screwing Trump, you will know for sure when all the RINOs vote to confirm Judge Garland. The reason that Garland was shaky when giving his answers is that he knew that he had to be sure to follow the Obama-Biden-Harris political agenda with all of his answers. Remember when Garland said something like he did not consider that an alien crossing the borderline anyplace along the border to enter the USA other then through an official US Port of Entry to be a crime. That should be a big red flag to the wimpy Republicans, as it has always been a cornerstone of US immigration law enforcement along the borderline that aliens can only enter the USA lawfully through official US Ports of Entry after they have been inspected and admitted to the USA by an immigration officer. Aliens who enter the USA without being inspected and admitted by an immigration officer are in violation of Title 8, US Code, Section 1325. Such an entry by an alien without inspection is either a federal misdemeanor or felony depending upon the alien’s past history of being deported or other violations of the immigration laws. misdemeanors and felonies are crimes. Any Attorney General nominee who does not know those basic facts is certainly not qualified to be the Attorney General. So the wimpy Republicans should take note.

President Joe Biden recently defended his $1.9 trillion COVID bill by asking critics of the plan: “What would they have me cut? What would they have me leave out?” The easier question would be, what’s worth keeping? The bill is riddled with spending unrelated to the COVID crisis, gifts to big unions, bailouts to states that don’t need them, and bad economic policies. It is, in short, a monument to Democratic-style political corruption bought with money borrowed from our children and grandchildren. We have already exposed the many lies being used to justify this spending monstrosity. The details now available

One of the reasons the country should elect Joe Biden president, voters were told over and again last summer and fall, was that America needed to go back to the unexceptional days of B.T. – Before Trump. But if what we’ve seen so far is normal, then please give us the irregular, the unconventional, and the unorthodox. When Democrats and the media (do we always need to say here, “but we repeat ourselves”?) said Biden would lead us back to the political and social lives pre-Donald Trump, they meant more than just putting the pandemic behind us. They insisted normalcy was

Earlier this week, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced plans for a 9/11-style commission to “investigate and report on the facts and causes relating to the Jan. 6, 2021, domestic terrorist attack upon the United States Capitol Complex.” Will that investigation include the media’s role in peddling flagrant falsehoods about what actually happened that day? Democrats like to talk about helping the “little guy” struggling to make it in an economically hostile world. But instead of providing help, their policies often punish the most vulnerable among us. So it is with the fight to raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour, as recent research shows. Democrats have included a federal $15-an-hour minimum wage in the $1.9 trillion pork-a-palooza reconciliation bill they call “stimulus.” The left-media, predictably, have supported the idea. But a minimum wage hike is not stimulus. It is, in fact, a devastating blow to small, struggling businesses and, worst of all, for

Last week, governors and mayors from around the country came to the White House with cups in hand for COVID aid and found a president eager to listen to their pleas of poverty. “They’ve been working on their own in many cases,” President Joe Biden said, promising to come to the rescue with $350 billion in federal “relief” funds. It was a good act. But back home, states across the country are reporting huge surpluses, thanks not only to previous federal COVID handouts (which totaled more than $400 billion) but because tax revenues are surging as the economy rapidly rebounds.

President Joe Biden used Friday’s jobs report as another justification for his massive $1.9 trillion stimulus bill. “A once-in-a-century virus has decimated our economy, and it’s still wreaking havoc on our economy today,” he said. Funny, because that’s not what the data show. Some Democrats are already coming to realize that piling another $1.9 trillion in deficit spending on top of the more than $3 trillion already targeting COVID relief is an enormous mistake. Nevertheless, the Democrats see what could be a once in a lifetime opportunity, and are pressing forward with their most radical agenda since they seceded in 1861.
