Should Republicans Impeach Biden and Harris?

Original Article

Now that impeachment is just one more card in the political deck, to be played by whichever party controls the House of Representatives, the question naturally arises: what should Republicans do when they retake control of the House, very likely in 2022? Lindsay Graham warns that if the Democrats could impeach Donald Trump with the false assertion that he incited violence, a far stronger claim along the same lines can be made against Kamala Harris: Tom Cotton, among many others, has also pointed out Harris’s explicit support for rioting, looting and arson (not demonstrating or protesting, as no one was arrested for that), although not specifically in the context of impeachment:

Republicans won’t do anything. They don’t know how to fight and they don’t know how to win. MAGA independents like me are tired of it. I really don’t know what else it’s going to take to realize that NOW is the time to form a new party. I’ve heard all the excuses and that’s all they are. Excuses for not rolling up our sleeves and doing the hard work. Bull$#|+! If takes a few election cycles to be successful at the polls, so be it. The lesser of two evils is Evil. New Party Now!

How about impeaching Biden for all the corrupt bribes he has taken as recorded on his son's laptop? The Ukraine blackmail scam to avoid prosecution of his crooked son? How about Biden bragging about his and the Democrats World Class Voter Fraud operation? The genteel and aristocratic Ivy League Mr. Hinderaker debates himself whether Conservative Inc. should take the high road after we, The Deplorables and President Trump- hand them the majority again in 2022. I submit we should expect to support people on our side comparable to Representive Rancida T. Labia, whom when asked upon her election to the House Of Representatives what she and her Squad intended to do, said 'We are going to go in there and impeach the motherf*cker'. This is the new gameplan. These people choke millions of children and we need to take the High Road? Give me a break, Mr. Hinderaker.

Ahh... Yeah!! Also impeach Obozo, Clinton and Carter. But first appoint Trump speaker of the house (the speaker doesn't have to be a representative) so he's third in line for the presidency. Sets Trump up to be President for six more years.

I would love to see xiden/harris impeachment but at the moment, the most vulnerable dem is pelosi IMO. She clearly failed to protect the Capitol hoping it would lead to orchestrated violence on a massive scale. Her impeachment would also shine the light on the do nothing FBI. Those who pelosi threw under the bus probably would be willing to tell what they know. She does not enjoy the support of large numbers of genuine loyalists and is the least respected pol. The recent retreat of Senate dems from their demand for impeachment witnesses wasn't so much a move to protect pelosi as it was to avoid the effects of having a loose canon in their midst.

Let's have a neverending succession of impeachments until the fever breaks. In recent years we have seen a number of stupid, shortsighted people in power who would abuse anything for any reason they could conjure. And those stupid, shortsighted people were bi-partisan in nature. It all dates back to the Clinton years, when unthinkable slime was allowed to overtake any vestige of propriety in the White House, which spread to Capitol Hill. Everyone, it seemed, jumped into the Swamp, and no law or legal system could stop them...even touch them. Ethics is an absolute joke in the UNIPARTY's world.

Washington really is the last nakedly racist place in America. And the very face of this city’s institutional racism is President Biden himself. Welcome to the White Privilege Presidency. Mr. Biden is living proof that no matter how dumb you are or how wrong you have always been or how many things you have screwed up, if you are just White enough and willing to wait around long enough accomplishing nothing, the kingship will eventually be yours. This is a guy who had been rejected by voters — often in his own party — in his endless quest for the presidency many times during his five decades running his mouth in Washington.

The Wall Street Journal, owned by billionaire Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp., is banning its reporters from using the term “illegal immigrant” and “illegal” to refer to illegal aliens living in the United States. This week, in an update its style guide, the Journal states that while it will allow reporters to continue using the term “illegal immigration” to describe the process of illegal aliens arriving and staying in the U.S., it will no longer permit reporters to describe individuals as “illegal” or “illegal immigrant” in an effort to stop “labeling people.” The Journal style guide revisions now state:

I massively underestimated the impact of the Wuhan virus a year ago, both the health impact and more important, as it turned out, the consequences of the political response to the virus. This no doubt was due in part to the fact that I personally never had any fear of the Wuhan flu bug. So there have been a couple of times when I thought the Wuhan scare was nearly behind us. My track record isn’t very good, so you should take these comments with a grain of salt. A considerable number of new Wuhan cases are still being reported

Take 10 minutes out of your Friday afternoon to skim through this fascinating (and user-friendly) set of data from the polling firm Fabrizio and Lee about where Republican loyalties lie in the post-Trump era. A few weeks ago I wrote that available polling points to the GOP splitting into three groups along 50/30/20 lines: “Fifty percent are hardcore MAGA, to the point where they’re more loyal to Trump than to the party. Another 30 percent are pro-Trump but a bit more ambivalent about having to choose between him and the GOP. The last 20 percent are the Trump-skeptics, a rump but a sizable enough one that they can make mischief

As we wrote about earlier, during his prime time address last night, Joe Biden thought he could tell Americans who could and could not get together on July 4th for a BBQ. His Chief of Staff, Ron Klain, then doubled down on this goal, that the government hopes to let you gather, in small groups, by July 4th (despite having the other goal of having everyone vaccinated by May 1). Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) was among the many people who had something to say about Joe Biden’s suggestion that the government could tell us when and with whom to gather on July 4th. Or frankly, any day.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton threatened to sue the City of Austin Wednesday over the city’s continuation of a mask mandate. Governor Abbott removed the statewide mask mandate last week and his order went into effect Wednesday. Austin Mayor Steve Adler and Travis County Judge Andy Brown are keeping a mask mandate in effect until April 15 to “avoid another surge of cases.” I assume that the mayor and county judge (county CEO, not a judicial office) are concerned that newly free-to-be maskless Texans will throw caution to the wind. On Thursday, a spokesperson for Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) told CNN and National Review that the moderate Democrat who has shown true fortitude in standing up to the radicals in his party will not be holding his own on one of President Joe Biden’s worst nominees. Manchin will support the nomination of Attorney General Xavier Becerra (D-Calif.) for secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). This makes Becerra’s confirmation virtually certain, and that is a crying shame for America, on many levels. First, Becerra has no medical experience and “little health policy experience.” This alone should raise alarm bells in a nominee for a key health position

Despite endless charges of “racism,” former President Donald Trump took the biggest share of minority voters of any Republican in my lifetime. Woke tyrants ride high, even so; according to a Cato/YouGov poll, 62 percent of Americans self-censor their political expression. If one ever needed a visual for what being half-dead looks like, you got that in spades from this speech. Biden stood behind his podium, often slumped over, squinting to read his teleprompter’s massive font. He’s getting worse, and it’s a sad scene. Regardless, there was also some semblance of substance to address regarding what he said. At one point, the president appeared to levy a fresh threat to re-lockdown the country if you don’t follow his rules.
