Did you hear the news? A bunch of former Republican officials is mulling creating an anti-Trump third party. It’s no shock that the Establishment is just as unhinged as the anti-Trump Left. I mean, just look at the activities of The Lincoln Project and other groups that are conserving conservatism — whatever that means. There is nothing Republican or conservative about becoming prostitutes for the Democratic Party. Period. Also, why?

They leave, and they should leave, then the good people who left the party can come back, and we can get on with the business of MAGA. I can't wait to see how their third party turns out. These whores (hat tip Matt Vespa) obviously view "their constituents" just like the dems view theirs.

Sorry, but Lincoln's family should sue to have his name removed from that cesspool of a group. They are no more Constitutionalists than their Marxist brothers across the aisle. They are all part of the Uni-party. Their main goal is to enrich themselves and increase their power. You are a speedbump to them and they are tired of having to realign their steering and put air in their tires. Weaver is a pervert and they are all connected to him. Even Karl Rove said he's known about Weaver's 'lollipop' fetish for decades. That makes him an accomplice. Rotten to the core. Give them their 3rd party and watch God reward them with Satan's demise.

If I leave the party it won't be because of Donald trump , but because of back stabbing loathsome traitors to the party like this pack of scum.
\fact is if Donald trump starts the MAGA party i will join in a flash.

“ I really don’t see why some ex-GOP folk are doing this other than failing to recognize that they’ve been relegated to the kids’ table since they didn’t do their job for years and disrespected the voters. You’re on the outs because you suck. You failed. And no one listens to you because of that. That’s your fault, fellas. ”

Starting a third party sounds nice but has been proven to be a flop. We saw this with Ross Perot's Reform party. It's much better to take over the existing party and all it's infrastructure and at some point give it a new tag line. The R party made great strides in 2020. We are in a good position to make changes to the party as we move forward into the 21st century.
However, Republicans need to learn a few basics. First and foremost, they should learn how to create headlines. That was something President Trump did so well with Twitter. It was great to watch the Fake News squirm because he was so unpredictable. They also need to learn how to throw punches and keep them off balance with a few unexpected shots. Make them bold and do it with confidence. All things President Trump excelled in doing.
Candace Owens instinctly, knows how to play this game. It's in her DNA. I expect her to be the first woman POTUS someday. Here are a few more contenders that know how the game is played. Matt Gaetz, Josh Hawley, Governors DeSantis and Noem and several others to watch as we push forward. We have great contenders in our camp. The name of the game is something called COURAGE. Wimps need to be replaced.

These are acts by desperate people and dumb at the same time. This loser group of 120 ex-politicos (they lost their government jobs and were voted out) have come up with a plan to be more conservative? The rules by right wingers in government are written on the walls in the conservative cave and Donald Trump followed them all. This cabal of fleckless idiots can't even see they were witnessing conservative leadership and American patriotism to perfection. They could have joined and supported it but didn't. The conservative train left the station and they weren't on it. Zoom in then zoom out this group of hapless chumps can start a third party and the total votes they will receive will be exactly 120 their wives won't even vote for them. When President Trump starts a real third party they will witness a tsunami that will make the republicans the third party of spoilers this ain't Ross Perot they are fooling with.

Methinks they don't know what the word "Conservative" means.

#6 - I’d argue that the GOP brand is so bad right now, and that Pres. Trump’s brand is so strong across disaffected Democrat, Republican and Independents, that now is the time. See Nigel Farage and the Brexit Party. How many of those 75,000,000 (likely more) voters do you think voted for Pres. Trump because he was a Republican?
Personally, I won’t support the GOP Party ever again. They don’t represent me. I might support a GOP candidate, but only after carefully vetting that individual. And that support would only be direct, never through any other organization.
I sure as heck am done voting for the lesser evil.

The anti/never-Trump crowd has no alternative but the Republican party if their motivation is conservative politics. The Dems would relegate them to a corner that no one would ever visit again, including the media. They would be a spent force of useful idiots who lost their usefulness.
The Bush Republicans are history for the time being, exposed for their Dem-lite, zero conflict brand of milquetoast politics that doesn't sell in a populist market. They'll be back. But expect their non-participation to sink the populists, like they did Goldwater (with Nixon), Reagan (with Bush41) and now Trump (TBD).
Somehow the seed of conservatism/populism just cannot be neutered in the Republican party. The "moderates" win because the conservatives/populists essentially quit, resting on their "victory". There must be follow-through. #6 is correct that the easiest thing is to effect the full takeover of the formal Republican Party to gain its advantages in such as ballot access and $$$. Yes, #9, the brand is soiled...clean it up; change it. Get involved in your local and state parties, the easiest marks right now.
The real challenge is to prevent its conservatism/populism from becoming Trumpism. That will NOT attract adherents. You may be ardent Trump adherents. Not all those 80 million are - many voted in opposition to Joe and the Swamp.

These people are so clueless, 80-100 million real Americans voted for Trump. The republican party will have almost no support, but their new party will be even less popular. Many of us don't think political parties are even relevant anymore, both the democrats and republicans hate us (conservatives). This will go about the way the coffee party did, only faster--if it ever gains any traction at all.
