U.S. Supreme Court throws out
Texas lawsuit contesting 2020 election
results in four battleground states

Original Article

Briskly rejecting a long-shot but high-stakes case, the U.S. Supreme Court on Friday tossed out the Texas lawsuit that had become a vehicle for Republicans across the country to contest President-elect Joe Biden’s victory. In a few brief sentences, the high court said it would not consider the case for procedural reasons, because Texas lacked standing to bring it. Texas this week sued to challenge the election results in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin on the basis that those states implemented pandemic-related changes to election procedures that, Texas claimed, were illegal and cast into question the election results.

I'm afraid they are actually going to get away with stealing this election and it really makes me mad. I don't want to live in a socialist country. I want our good old USA where anyone who is willing to work for it, can have anything they want. I've spent the last 40+ years of my life working hard to have what I've got. I sure don't want some "government" jerk telling me I have to give it to some twit unwilling to do something to earn it.

I guess we don't need laws anymore. Apparently any bureaucrat who does not like a law passed by the legislature can just make up a new rule and "make it so" and it will have the rule of law. This has just been made OK by the Supreme Court's inaction with this case. Look for unelected bureaucrats and government swamp dwellers to run wild with this new type of "law" making method in order to gain more power. These new, unaccountable "lawmakers" will use their newfound power to transform this country thanks to the SCOTUS blessing today.

The SCOTUS did this without a recorded vote! Helping to cover a number of butts. Basically, they refused to "entertain" the case because Texas has "no standing" to sue. So who does have standing? The voters? The Justice Department? A unicorn? Who?

Corruption seems to have stacked the deck against the legal voters of America! The corrupt media did not report all of the facts required before the election, particularly regarding the criminality within the Biden family. The Dominion counting machines used for decades are also corrupted and can be manipulated. Legitimate poll watchers were prevented from doing their job. ...Everywhere we look corruption seems to rule. This is not the USA we know and love! Many of those whom we have trusted to keep their oaths to the Constitution and the USA have abused that trust BIGTIME. Their abuses are in plain sight for all to see. 'Corription seems to be in and morality & ethics are out.' ...That apparent reversal in governance can't last long in America.

Unfortunately we will probably not definitively know the legitimate winner of the 2020 Presidential election for years or decades if ever. But it seems pretty obvious that President Trump would have won a fair and free election. That became evident in the wee, dark hours of November 4th. One unfortunate lesson is that it is easier to steal an election when time restraints prohibit gathering of evidence. A more positive note is that we are reminded that although government corruption and evil can do tremendous harm in multitudinous ways, but it can NEVER HARM OUR ETERNAL SOULS if we don't let it.

The Democrats hold only a 5 seat majority in the House. If we win Georgia, we hold the Senate. It will be very hard for Biden to get a radical socialist/communist agenda passed. That means that the commies-- AOC, Sanders, et alia-- will turn on Biden and the in-fighting will be vicious. This den of thieves will tear one another apart. Trump needs to stay active, and see us through 2022 midterms, when we could take the House and hold the Senate and Biden will be left to play with his Slinky while Jill holds his drool cup. Never give up, never quit.

We are at a place MUCH worse than the British Stamp Act and the Boston Tea Party. Government has slowly eroded our freedoms and liberties to the point where those words are almost foreign to young people today. This nation will be in civil war very soon. Not surprised. Team Trump questioned the constitutionality of what was done. Not sure, but think they tried this before the election as well, and the Supreme Court refused to hear it. Think it was in Pennsylvania. Never understood why Team Trump didn't try to prove voter fraud in large enough numbers to overturn the election results. Maybe, just maybe, there isn't an adequate paper trail that leads from the electronic data back to voter registration. Our voting process was predicated on honesty, and the left saw that as a vulnerability they could exploit. They figured out how to steal an election, in full view of the nation, and it would hold up in the courts. Say hello to Buck Naked Biden, the Fake President of the United States. It was nice while it lasted folks. The tyrants and crooks won.

I am not shocked by this as the judiciary is just as compromised by the left as any other institution but I had hoped they might at least give a hearing to the suit for form's sake if nothing else but they can't be bothered with even throwing a tiny sop to the right.

If she does become president it will be the icing on the cake for those wishing to destroy our country. There is not one country in Europe that would tolerate a lawless, chaotic and fraudulent election such as we have just had. The Supreme Court just gave the Democrats their wink and a nod to keep cheating with election fraud. No doubt the Democrats will keep cheating, next up is the Georgia runoff for two US Senate seats. After that the Democrats will remove through legislation almost all the old common sense security measures relating to voting, opening the door to nationwide fraud through the mail-In ballot processes, so it is doubtful if you will ever see another Republican President elected in your lifetime with DC being run permanently by the corrupt Democrats.

I think the court is correct. From a common sense point of view, it would be like you complaining to the police or local magistrate about your neighbor because he is beating his wife. Beating the wife is wrong and violates laws against assault. But, the police cannot arrest or a judge take the case because technically it is none of your business. Or, in other words, you have no standing. TX has no business (legal jurisdiction) telling another state how to run its' elections even though TX residents may be ultimately affected by an illegal or ill-gotten outcome. If, on the other hand, the wife complains and presses charges/sues, that is a different matter. The question is will the wife, in this case republican legislators of PA, WI, MI, GA, NV, AZ and other states in a similar position (the violated who therefore have standing), have courage to hold the corrupt election officials (violators) in their states accountable for breaking the law and thereby creating the circumstances in which the fraud undoubtedly occurred? That remains to be seen. There are other cases working their way up to the court. And there is more about the extent of the fraud to be known/proven. Plus, state legislators have the US Constitutional power appoint electors to represent their state in the Electoral College. Pray for the justice due the president and our nation. Have patience and pray.

#73 huh?? If you see your neighbour beating his wife, and you hear her screams, you damn well can call the police and you should do so immediately! In other words, there is not just an unfounded, out of the blue accusation. There is plenty of evidence that your neighbour is committing a crime. Just as there is not just an accusation, but also a ton of evidence that this election was a complete fraud.

A small fraction of those Patriots could bring America to its Knees simply by Disrupting Interstate Commerce. The Marxist/Commie/Fascist/DemoCraps 'Know Not What they Mess With'. IE, Pandora's Box along with the Kraken. As the Japanese Admiral supposedly said after Pearl Harbor, "I Fear that we have Awoken a Sleeping Giant". A Biden presidency will set in motion tides that cannot be reversed. We are in for 'One Hell of a Ride', the likes of which has never been seen in the History of the World. If a Biden administration is going to change the very fabric of America, to the point that we don't even recognize our own country, the Reactions will be Massive and long lived. If the Stuffing Hits the Fan, 30 Days of Prepping Food/Water will not be Enough to keep You and Your Loved Ones Sustained. Americans will Literally Die on the Vine from Starvation and Dysentery. Will the Authorities be able to Control the Anarchy caused by Patriot's? Not a Snow Ball's Chance in Hell. #59 Kamala was born in 1964. There was no such thing as Anchor Baby Citizenship at the time. In fact, over one-million Mexicans were deported in 1954 -- even the ones born here -- because they weren't considered U.S. citizens. When Kamala's father went to court to become a Naturalized Citizen, both Kamala and her sister also became Naturalized Citizens. Then in 1982, one Supreme Court Justice pulled the notion of Anchor Baby Citizenship out of thin air by re-reinterpreting the 14th Amendment. For the previous 114 years, the amendment banned Anchor Babies. But suddenly, a liberal justice claimed otherwise. As for the legal concept of a Natural Born Citizen, it originates in the book, "Laws Of Nations." There were three copies of this legal book at the Constitutional Convention. This legal book clearly defines a Natural Born Citizen as a child born to two citizens (also known as a second-generation citizen), which Kamala clearly is not. Assuming that Anchor Baby Citizenship actually exists, Kamala would be legally considered a first-generation Native Born Citizen. Now that we have a Supreme Court that traditionally intreprets the U.S. Constitution, there's no way Kamala would allowed to assume the presidency. As for Barack Obama, no judge wanted to be the one who blocked the first black man to win the presidency. However, in our current political climate, Kamala won't be as fortunate. This is the reason why the GOP didn't bring up Kamala's citizenship status during the election. It's their Trump card.

In a representative republic the legislatures of each legally constitutionally complying state and the members in states being contested are obviously "in standing." By denying this what they did, maybe unwittingly, maybe with knowldge, is turn laws into suggestions. These suggestions have already been initiated against the compliant servants in the fascist controlled cities like Minneapolis, St.Louis, Portland, Seattle, NYC, Chicago, Detroit and Atlanta. When the Democrat Socialist Party announce they are no longer going to enforce or incarcerate certain crimes against person and property all laws are desecrated. We just don't know yet how much all of us can get away with.

Agreed, it is a shock. But there are still some pending cases out there that may/might save us. We got caught flat-footed. I did not see a battle plan and an organization geared to deal with the cheating we all knew was going to take place. It all looked like a scramble, disorganized and disoriented. That surprised me. I always think of President Trump as being anticipative and highly organized. The Texas case was a long shot from inception. I still like the idea. I thought it was heading in the right direction because this is a constitutional matter. The Kelly case out of PA had a valid legal basis but the sat on it too long. It gave off an air of incompetency by the legal eagles - lack of standing, lack of admissible evidence, sweeping allegations instead of being specific, well defined causes of action, and so on. The Supreme Court has its rule that it must play by. There is still time for Team Trump to pull it together. And I don't think that the Supremes want this result any more than we do. So, it is up to the remaining cases to put a package together that establishes standing and is suppoted by admissible evidence. I would not give up all hope. There is still a game afoot. Keep praying,

When I saw this I was upset and angry. At SCOTUS and God (after hours of prayers). But after reflection, his plan is perfect and I see these state legislatures, who haven't done their jobs in a long time, finding their balls and starting to step up. Their states did this and they can fix it. I don't want to hear that Half (gretchen whitmer) won't call them into session. Call themselves in. Decide what electoral votes are being sent. Trump opened up the swamp and has carried the fight. It is time for the state legislatures to do their job!

So where to from here for us? A few peaceful possibilities could include: 1. We sadly accept the SCOTUS decision. Sadly accept that judicial at all levels has sold its soul. 2. Accept election fraud and that all future elections will be fraudulent. 3. Fight like hell to make sure that Perdue and Loeffler win the Georgia Senate runoff elections in January and hope these are somewhat fraud-free. 4. Prepare for Biden the cheater to be shown the door 25th Amendment style and accept that heels up will replace him. 5. Rollout the welcome mat for Klaus Schwab, Soros, our uniparty, and msm to proceed with the Great Reset. 6. Hope like hell that Trump runs again in 2024 despite his enemies expected attempts to destroy him. 7. Consider forming a new political party to oppose the new uniparty. 8. Consider secession of our states from the union. This is the best I got right now.

I was angry, sad, scared. And now I want to fight. So these states that let this happen have had legislatures asleep at the switch for many years. Maybe this is God smacking them up the side of the head. They have the power. SCOTUS fixing this would have been too easy. Contact your legislatures, contact the 6 states legislatures with the fraud (I think 5 are RR) and tell them to grow a pair! The Republicans are still full of RINO'S and they could have dealt with this... We are a republic and everyone knows this was fraudulent. Can't count on the courts... too much money in lawyers and too much BS in their logic. The power lies in the states. Why would any RR state legislature let a dem Gov submit bad electoral votes because she didn't call them into session! Take yourself into session under power of the constitution! Let the exec branch in the state sue you!

Austin, Texas The University of Texas' long-awaited report on “The Eyes of Texas” has found that the school song has “no racist intent," but the school president said athletes and band members will not be required to sing or participate when the song is played at games and campus events. The 58-page report, released Tuesday, was commissioned last year by school President Jay Hartzell after a group of Texas athletes, most notably football players, demanded the school drop the song as part of racial injustice protests. The issue erupted into a tempest of fan outrage when football players chose to leave the field instead of

The worst kept secret in Washington, D.C., is that Joe Biden is suffering from serious age-related cognitive decline. In January, although some people predicated he would remain in office for up to two years before he was gently ushered out to make room for Kamala Harris, I looked at the man and thought he was going to be retired by June. Lately, though, Biden looks as if he’s heading for an April or May retirement. On Monday, he had his worst public appearance yet, when he was unable to remember either the name for his Secretary of Defense or the Pentagon.

Is this a new defiance against Donald Trump by the GOP? Or a clever marketing ploy by Trump and his team? Over the weekend, Trump’s attorneys sent a cease-and-desist order to the RNC over their use of Trump’s name in their fundraising efforts. Their predictable response all but guarantees the party will continue to build its brand around Trump’s: The Republican National Committee is denying a cease-and-desist demand from Donald Trump’s attorneys, who asked the party organization to stop using the former president’s name and likeness in fundraising appeals.

"The only thing we have to fear is...fear itself — nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance.” — Franklin Delano Roosevelt The recent school reopening guidance released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is an example of fears influencing and resulting in misinterpretation of science and harmful policy. In the U.S. 50% of schools are closed and more only partially open. President Biden ran on a campaign indicating that science and data would guide his policy. As we approach the anniversary of the first COVID shut down, this approach is needed more than ever, especially when it comes to schools.
