RUSH: Here is Blaine in Toledo, Ohio.(Snip)CALLER: I spent part of the morning reading partway through the Texas lawsuit,(Snip)RUSH:(Snip)Is this the lawsuit, State of Texas, they’re aiming to help Trump upend the results here.(Snip)CALLER: That is precisely the suit, and they have an excellent case. The fact that a state is suing other states means it goes directly to the Supreme Court. They don’t have to bother with anybody else. And they also, the suit is not relying on accusing individuals of fraud or cheating. Instead, it’s based on uncontested facts, which are these elected officials, usually the governors and their secretaries of state, altered the election laws

People who say Supreme Court will cause immense social chaos if it steps in
and orders the legislatures of these states to directly elect presidential electors
1. may be Biden voters who will benefit from SC inaction, and
2. State un-Constitutional lawlessness is already causing immense social chaos.
A nation of criminals, or a Nation of Law?
Choose wisely.

Personally, I think the graft and corruption in elections and governance has reached such a stench level, that nothing short of an armed insurrection to enforce the constitution will suffice anymore. Don't count on the Supremes doing the right thing here, even though they should. Anyone know why they didn't include NV in this? I thought I saw pretty much the same unconstitutional actions in Carson City and probably Las Vegas. Not sure about AZ, but maybe there too?

The Supreme court did not take the PA case. My understanding, they are similar but the TX one covers more areas and the Supreme court decided to more on the TX case. Let's keep our fingers crossed and pray that it goes as it should to save our country.

Heard on talk radio (as good a source as any - not Rush's show, though) that the Georgia legislators were afraid to stand up because they feared antifa and blm and their tearing up Atlanta. Probably also because they, themselves, would be exposed. Couldn't they declare martial law or something?

Think on this. We are putting the very future of this entire country in the hands of nine individuals. This is happening because the democrat party has fallen so far into the pit of corruption and lawlessness that they will flaunt any law and the Constitution to get their way. As much as I am not comfortable putting all my eggs in the Supreme Court basket, we must fight these radicals by any means possible. When a political party flaunts the theft of a presidential election, we are at the end of the Republic if the theft stands. The SCOTUS will nullify the votes of 75+ million Americans if the Texas lawsuit is not successful. That amount of voters is clearly far and above the number of actual votes received by Biden. If the SCOTUS steps up and hears the case and rules in favor of Biden, we will actually be ruled by the tyranny of the minority. I cannot for the life of me, after seeing all the evidence of fraud, understand how anyone with two brain cells to rub together could not see that the President has been cheated out of a landslide victory. Hate for this President has propelled democrats to commit massive voter fraud, the SCOTUS cannot allow that to stand. It is time justice is restored to this country because democrat lawlessness is destroying the Republic.

I decided to see what CNN and FOX news had to say about this Texas lawsuit this morning. Crickets!
I had to turn to Fox Business and Newsmax to get any news on this case. It was like coming home from working overseas and finding out all the news you had no access to while there.
So when your liberal friends and relatives can't understand what is going on, that is because they have no access to the facts. Add to that the fact that they are lost and have no Holy Spirit showing them truth....they can't help it! They are in the strong delusion.
... because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them STRONG DELUSION, that they should believe a lie: ~ 2 Thessalonians 2:10-12

It would be difficult for SCOTUS to not accept this case. What I would like to see though would be at least two or more other states join Texas in the case preferably Florida and Ohio. This would make the case even more powerful and more likely to be decided in favor of the Constitution.

Yes. Nine individuals on the SCOTUS - that what this entire affair comes down to. Let's hope the SCOTUS takes the case and that five Justices see it our way that the Republic is worth saving. Justice Barrett may go down in history as our deliverer from evil.
But, regardless of how this ends, the war with the left and msm will rage on until the left finally comes to understand that the end does not justify the means anymore and that America is "one nation under God" and will remain so.

Lets hope this finally forces the whole country to see the fraud that has turned this election upside down! Biden knows he didn't win! You have to be a dirty, greasy, nasty person to live with that! They MUST take the case! It would be massively improper for the USSC to deny a STATE of our Union an opportunity to resolve a grievance. The USSC is the first Court a State can take its case to be heard.
This is not some trivial grievance, as each of those States violated their own State and Federal Constitutions. Any SCJ who votes not to take it should be Impeached and Removed from Office, period.

#10 makes a very good point about "liberals." Often their comments indicate that they are not only misinformed, but also uninformed. Most leftists will physically shudder when the topic of Fox News comes up. But now that even FNC has gone over to the dark side and joined the corrupt lineup that includes MSNBC and CNN, they have no obvious place to get legitimate news, so they just plain don't know the facts.
In listening to a local radio talk show yesterday, when a caller lamented the numerous instances of election fraud (specifically the GA video showing vote counting in secret), one of the 3 hosts said "AG Barr has publically stated that there was no fraud in this election". The statement went unchallenged by the other two hosts, even though it was an obvious lie by omission of key elements of AC Barr's statement where he indicated that "so far" there was no proof of widespread fraud. So I guess that "misinformed" and "uninformed" are just two sides of the same coin.

Here is food for thought.
FDR pushed through all sorts of laws, fiddling with the Great Depressioin, and the U.S. Supreme Court had the temerity to overturn some of them, so FDR told Congress he wanted an expansion of the Court, adding one justice for each justice over the age of 70. (That would have resulted in a 15 member U.S. Supreme Court.)
Congress refused, but FDR scared the Court enough so that they reversed themselves, most notably on collective bargaining rights, approving the Wagner Act, after previously declaring the content of the act unconstitutional.
Could the Roberts Court be equally scared by dimocrat talk of expanding the size of the Court?
f we add the fact that a drugged-up Chief Judas John Roberts does inexplicable things under ordinary circumstances, it is an enigma never seen by our country.
We know exactly how Braying Brayer and the two cunning linguists will vote on any given issue, but the other 6 votes are not necessarily predictable.

I know they rarely take cases like this (per Dershowitz). But if they don't, there is going to be massive bloodshed, and the old Civil War will become the second most bloody conflict on this continent.
If any of those old crows on the Court are sticking their fingers in the wind, they should know, there won't be a forgiveness, this time, to any who helped bring us to blows!

Cont. If SCOTUS DOES give relief, and calls for the legislators to select the electors, we aren't over the hill, yet. BLM and Antifa will try to butt in to threaten our representatives. If we want this to go well, we need to personally, as individuals, go out and shut them down.
All of these States sued have Conservative Legislatures and Liberal Governors and DOJ. (Yes, Kemp ranks as a Liberal) They will not protect their state congresspersons from harm - if anything, they'll funnel the trash right to their front doors! We need to have armed patriots waiting, and we need to contact our representatives to let them know we have their backs. Don't count on the police or even the National Guard. They will be ordered elsewhere, or be woefully under equipped for the violence planned.
If anyone studies history, remember Kansas and Missouri before the Civil War. The Democrats sent hordes of armed thugs into the State to suppress the vote of actual residents through murder and other violence, to attempt to force the State to declare itself a Slave State. It CAN happen, today!!

Last night, I listened to Jay Sekulow's podcast Jay Sekulow Live. Jay specializes in Supreme Court cases and has a long track record of winning them. He said the Texas lawsuit is strong and follows the constitution, especially now with 10 states joining Texas. If ten states don't certify in suit to those who are trying to steal this election, the election goes to the House and we have the majority there. We have until the 5th of January. Don't believe anything the media reports. They are gas lighting and don't know what they're talking about. The Dems are very quiet because they know they are going to lose this charade of theirs.

We place the existence of our Constitution based representative republic now on the single hair holding the sword of Damocles? Perfect. I thought that oath meant something to its takers. Voting is now a complete waste of time and will be until a Revelation 18-like episode happens to us. Harris' first 100 days will help scoot that along quite nicely. And, if Georgia gets two Marxist senators but SCOTUS results in Trump's re-election, he'll be impeached and removed from office within the first 100 days anyway. ("But G2P, the American people won't stand for it"! Really? I hope you said that with your mask on.) Thank goodness Mitch will be there to make it all "bipartisan."

SCOTUS will skate around the issues. Expecting a remand to the individual states, and then to Congress. That's what the Founders wanted, and that's what the "originalist" judges will follow. Oh, now you want activism...
Does it occur that this election rigging is bigger than many would like to admit? Does it occur that the Democrats are no less the bad guys than the Republicans in running off PDT with algorithmic counting and dummied ballots for the dead and "incapacitated"? GA is exhibit one, fully under Republican electeds, from governor through secretary of state to the legislature...and what is GA doing? Sure, they're afraid of BLM and Antifa...things weren't supposed to be exposed like this...but the buggers are REPUBLICAN, and I say likely in cahoots with the National UNIPARTY from the get-go.

SCOTUS has to disposition the case. There is no other court for state vs state cases. They my summarily dismiss it for a technical reason, but otherwise they must rule on the merits. This is also the most important case SCOTUS will hear since it determines a president and although might prefer to not have to get involved, it will define their tenure on the court, Constitutionalists, cowards, unelected legislators or deep state political subversives. If they want to make a mark, this is it.
Most likely they will concur that the Constitutional process was subverted, but the end result would not likely change if all states conducted their elections the same as Pennsylvania, Georgia etc. sort of turning the logic around. Texas wins but Biden wins anyway. Typical SCOTUS slipslide.

The e-mail address being circulated is: Corey.Jordan@ohioattorneygeneral.

Comments:
The caller indicates the elected officials all violated the U.S. Constitution and does not think SCOTUS can turn down the case. It was filed as a plea for certiorari which, the caller thinks is a legal term pleading for SCOTUS to let them present the case and, should the Court refuse to take the case, the caller contends it would enable politicians throughout the states to meddle with election laws and destroy the country.
