The far-left magazine Teen Vogue ran a column this week suggesting white people need to go after their racist relatives at the holiday dinner table. [Snip] “Often, during the holidays, the dinner table feels so safe that many family members are comfortable uttering their most racist, transphobic, queer antagonistic, misogynistic, and generally ugly ideas over their turkey and cranberry sauce,” Jackson writes.

In essence the magazine teaches confused children to trade parent-child love for the Truth that God Himself gave to all of us. And uses the celebration of Christ's birth as the platform. One more proof that Satan is not stupid; just evil.

Yeah, because I know when some teenager who knows absolutely nothing about life attacks me for something I say, I always fully agree with them and change my "evil ways". Hey, there is never any consequences in life for speaking your mind now, is there? /sarcasm off No, wait, that's not true. I usually just crush them with logic, reason, and facts, and send them crying to their mommies. Pull that garbage on me, and I'm going to show you what "adulting" truly looks like!!!

I heard my very very Southern Democrat Granny say the n-word one time in my life 30 years ago. She was born in the 1920's and has been gone now for over a decade. Had I said anything to my granny about her supposed "racism" my momma would have slapped me into next week. It was just understood that people who came from other times and were old were due a certain amount of respect and you keep your trap shut!! I knew full well what happened to a sass mouthed teen who knew zip about real life.

Demanding wisdom and experience to bow before immature exuberance SOUNDS good, but is not really a worthy trade-off. Yes, our elders are less PC than our younger enlightened/woke generation on the rise. But I caution them - we too had stars in our eyes about how wonderful we could make the world. We brought you to this point. Whatchya gonna do different, kids? Attack your own family for wrong-think? And tell others to do the same? Children of the Corn much? You want everybody to go through the Pla-doh extruder press so we all come out the same? Come to my table for Christmas. Love to have you.

A feminist friend of my son told him a few months ago that she used to think he was a nut, but after the way the media had lied about Trump, she was voting for Trump. Not all the young are lost.

Any entity that tries to turn child against parent, spouse against spouse, parent against child citizen against their own country, is acting like any cult recruiter, they must break apart fundamental associations which bind people together at the most elemental level and learn from those how to function in the world. Therefore, Teen Mag is a dangerous viper coming into the home. Don't pay for it, if it's in your home, get rid of it now, its venom paralyzes and kills the brain and the heart. If a dependent in your home insists on carrying out this disrespectful behavior, pack a bag, remove from them what they haven't paid for, put the bag by the door, and invite them to leave. Tell them you love them, but they have chosen the cult master. Now i doubt most of us could actually do this, but children must be disabused of these marxist ideologies if we want our Republic to survive. I really wish those who hate America would leave, regardless of who wins elections.

This must be what happens in leftist households. My parents and grandparents were conservative even if they didn't vote Republican, and one thing they didn't tolerate (and there were many things, by the way) was youngsters "going after" their elders. Especially those who paid the bills. I had a little grandmother who could smack you so hard and fast you thought you instantly died from a rocket blast or something. She had monkey paws too; those things hurt. I grew up when kids spoke only when spoken to, and we didn't insert ourselves in grown folks conversations. They didn't tolerate lying on people either. We need to bring back the days of yeah and nay.

Against the backdrop of a pandemic’s blight and wounds from an acrimonious election, a group of acclaimed actors on Sunday will stage an online reading of a religious text with remarkable relevance to the current moment: the Book of Job. Audience members may be drawn to the production by the casting of Bill Murray as Job, the righteous man tested by the loss of his health, home and children, but the real star is the format. Staged on Zoom, it's aimed at Republican-leaning Knox County, Ohio, with participation from locals including people of faith, and designed to spark meaningful conversations across spiritual and political divides.
