How many Krakens are there? As of late Wednesday night, mere moments before Thanksgiving officially hit the calendar, attorney Sidney Powell and her team released not one but two versions of her much-anticipated “Kraken” lawsuits. She released the first in Georgia, going after Governor Brian Kemp, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, and the state election board.(Snip)The second lawsuit released late Wednesday was for Michigan. There, Dominion Voting Systems played a much larger role in the lawsuit. It discusses security issues that, at the very least, invoke doubt in the sanctity of the results.

All that has to be done is for fraud to be proven in one location that favored Biden and it's over. Biden cannot be accepted as a legit President

Ok, so this looks very convincing to the likes of "me" but how much mainstream media attention will it get besides the overused boiler-plate "the president's team filed a desperate and weak complaint against GA & MI today" blah, blah, blah? Sorry, Kraken, or no Kraken, seems that the fix is in.... Truth is that the Mrs. and I are for the first time ever looking to spend our remaining years outside this country and our relocation consultant told us they are overwhelmed with people from the UK and USA leaving their respective homelands. Sad.

I have been reviewing the findings and it looks pretty good. What really stunned me was the 35K votes in AZ at the very beginning to every democrats running for office. I could see it happening in one district but every district. That is when my eyes started to roll. In Philadelphia, fraud is normal because these people got away with it forever. We need these people prosecuted and jailed. At the hearing yesterday, one witness said that they tried to use the race card on her. This is common. When they can't win an argument, just pull out the race card. This woman was a democrat it happened to.

2, why do you care what the msm reports? Their lies quite literally do not matter at all. Only thing that matters now is what comes from court. Unimportant: my opinion, yours, twitter's, Trump, Biden, Pelosi or anyone else's opinion who isn't a judge directly involved in one of these cases. CNN does not defied elections. They are irrelevant to the process unless I missed the CNN references in the US Constitution somehow.... :-)

Main part of the lawsuit alleges that Dominion software was designed to be manipulated Georgia law mandates absentee ballot signature verification, which was not done for the most part Fulton county officials lied about a water pipe break, and republican observers left while ballots were counted Plus other various 'irregularities'

In Philly, in the middle of the night, after all counting had been stopped and workers sent home, a MASSIVE spike of ballots were counted in such a short time that it was impossible to have been done by ballots being fed into the machines. If THAT isn't proof of fraud, then NOTHING is. Trump's 700-800,000 lead went POOF.

Does she have standing to file such suits and will they just be summarily dismissed by these courts no matter how good they read to us? I don’t know these answers. I just know my hopes keep getting crushed over and over.

The media is not just ignoring these reports. If they were ignoring it, we would just see more human interest stuff, sports, and "American strong" stories. No, it's the resurgence of wall-to-wall Covid horror stories. The crying nurses are back on TV with a vengeance, mobile morgues, National Guard augmentation, zoom broadcasts, etc. I.e., they are regurgitating April 2020 to the nth degree. It's one yuge distraction so the masses have no inkling what's about to happen to Slo-Jo. They promote panic and ignorance in the name of socialism/communism. They can all GTH.

Below is letter from an anonymous reader who sent this to the President of the United States. We felt this was fitting on this national holiday. Dear President Trump: The 2020 elections have lived up to their expectations. They will be remembered as the critical juncture in our history, the point where either, the individual American citizen lost his or her right to freely consent for their choice of government, or the point where Americans of all creeds, with you at the helm rose up and beat back the elites.(Snip)We enter this battle together with you Mr. President aided by God’s help.

As more evidence floods in that the 2020 elections were rife with an obvious mountain of voter fraud, it’s becoming increasingly clear that President Trump is going to be reelected.(Snip)First and foremost, we must prepare to address the unhinged reactions from peers and those we know on social media. They’re going to take mainstream media’s word for it that when it happens,(Snip)Second, there will be violence. Lots of it.(Snip)Lastly, we need to hold the weak or fake conservatives accountable. Are the policies Joe Biden plans to pursue as president good or evil? As the nation's second Catholic president, will he act in a way that is consistent with the teachings of his faith? Will he follow the natural law and protect the God-given rights to life and liberty? At least five things candidate Biden promised to do as president can fairly be described as evil. The first is to enact a federal law to "codify" a "right" to kill unborn children. The Catholic Church has correctly called such killing murder.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor issued a stinging rebuke of her conservative colleagues, calling out what she perceived as hypocrisy and false equivalencies in Wednesday’s ruling against New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s COVID-19 restrictions. In a 5-4 decision, the court’s conservative block of justices granted a temporary injunction requested by a Catholic Diocese and two Orthodox Jewish synagogues. By so doing, the court narrowly held that Cuomo’s regulations limiting attendance at religious services likely violated the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment. The practice of democracy in our constitutional republic flourishes in the presence of contradictions. Democracy, itself, is bound by our inalienable rights, bestowed to us by our Creator. These rights, not given to us by our government by any majority or by any vote, cannot be rescinded, for they were not wrought by man. Voting is a contradiction for it is both public and private at the same time. Its process is intended to be secret, but transparent. Its agency is intensely partisan, but its effect is intended to be unifying. The legitimacy of voting must survive despite the contradictions intrinsic to the process.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) is blaming the new conservative majority on the Supreme Court for a decision late Wednesday against his state's COVID-19 restrictions on churches and places of worship. In remarks to reporters on Thursday, Cuomo said he thinks the ruling “was really just an opportunity for the court to express its philosophy and politics" and that it was making a "statement" with the vote. The court's five conservatives, including Justice Amy Coney Barrett, who was confirmed just before the Nov. 3 presidential election and replaced liberal Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, ruled against the New York measures.
