Making sense of the news
about Sidney Powell

Original Article

You probably already know that Trump’s legal team announced that Sidney Powell is not a team member. The brief statement leaves unanswered the most important question: “Why?” Absent solid information, speculation leads us either to “This is the beginning of the end” or “This is all part of the plan” – and I’m leaning to the latter. (snip) If Powell represents the campaign, the government regulates individual donations. If she’s apart from the campaign, things are less constrained. Lin Wood also chimed in, assuring people Powell is still in the game: Sidney Powell @SidneyPowell1 & I are more alike than we are different. We are fighting different legal battles for the same clients

Good article by Andrea Widburg, as always. But why does everyone insist fraud must be proved? If there is a reliable enough record in the software, would it not be enough simply to show without a doubt that votes were switched (for whatever reason) and switch them back? For now, all Trump needs is to get back the votes that were rightly his. Fraud and other criminal prosecutions can occur later.

What I do know. Sidney is loyal to Trump. Trump takes care of people who are loyal to him. I think this had to be done to help ot protect Sidney in some way. Legal or otherwise.

Sundance, at CTH: "This is all about who is getting paid by the campaign and RNC. The Trump campaign isn’t going to reimburse Sidney Powell for any expenses, nor is she allowed to make offers of financial payment from the GOP or Trump campaign. The vultures assembling and protecting their paychecks do not want Powell getting paid, nor do they want any financial liability. That’s all this statement is. ... That announcement is all about money; nothing more." https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2020/11/22/republican-business-interests-separate-from-sidney-powell/

To question by #3: "But why does everyone insist fraud must be proved?" You raise a valid point. The answer is, "Don't need it, but do need whatever it takes." Legal details aside, the effective answer is that the level of proof required is whatever is needed to sway enough legislatures into refusing to certify the election results that Biden's point-total drops below 270...by Dec 15. If a standard of 'reasonable doubt' is enough...fine. If a higher standard of the evidence supporting a screaming case of systemically felonious fraud is needed, then so be it. Whatever it takes. Since we don't know at this point what that level is, then it's all hands on deck, and all sheets to the wind.

Throughout his life as a citizen businessman, President Trump has taken on all comers to get things done. For the most part he has won, to the benefit to them and his companies. This mountain is like nothing he has ever faced only this time he has 75 million plus Americans and untold people world wide behind him.

Believe in Sidney Powell, she has the goods, and will show the goods in the appropriate venue. She is the lawyer for us, not the lawyer for the President. The talking heads dismay is showing and the Deep State is worried. Have patience. The wheels of Justice are slow and the process may take longer than through Dec 14th. And China Joe and Heels Up may be in the White House when the court(s) decide about SP's lawsuits. Ultimately, Lawyer Powell will prove her case, future American elections will be saved from Banana Republic type results. And Ms Powell will become the MAGA Party's nominee for President in 2024.

The big story is not the machines it is the Constitution. I believe all of the states in question violated the constitution by changing the voting rules in their state by bypassing their state legislatures. The only entity that can legally change these rules is the State Legislature. Wait and see.

A statement from Ms. Powell: "I agree with the campaign’s statement that I am not part of the campaign’s legal team. I never signed a retainer agreement or sent the President or the campaign a bill for my expenses or fees. My intent has always been to expose all the fraud I could find and let the chips fall where they may–whether it be upon Republicans or Democrats. The evidence I’m compiling is overwhelming that this software tool was used to shift millions of votes from President Trump and other Republican candidates to Biden and other Democrat candidates. We are proceeding to prepare our lawsuit and plan to file it this week. It will be epic. We will not allow this great Republic to be stolen by communists from without and within or our votes altered or manipulated by foreign actors in Hong Kong, Iran, Venezuela, or Serbia, for example, who have neither regard for human life nor the people who are the engine of this exceptional country. #WeThePeople elected Donald Trump and other Republican candidates to restore the vision of America as a place of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Sidney Powell is not your average lawyer. Her passion for the rule of law and patriotism for this country runs deep and wide. Like many here, my mind has been speculating all kind of scenarios. My gut tells me Sidney has opened a Pandora's box with Dominion. The White House is probably getting calls from every government who has used this system as well as from some of our own states. Let's face it, Sidney has not been restrained in her comments. Personally, I don't think any of the lawyers working of this should be talking to the media including Tucker. Why give them fodder to create wild narratives that are not true. Let them eat cake and wait for the court process like the rest of us. In order to stem the tide of wild speculation from other countries, perhaps, they had to do this, for both legal issues and for her own protection. She will have more leniency and options working privately, rather than as a government official. Basically, Trump is setting her free to go and win this for the Gipper and the American people.

Interesting take on the major game plan....Sidney is a absolute Constitutionalist...our country's fate is in her hands... now whether the courts will follow the laws as written... or whether the swamp can take her out is gonna be a fight for law and order...this is America...not china and the globalists control... interesting that Venezuela's socialist government had control of the dominion software... aided and abetted by china and cuba....the swamp made a deal with the devil....they put up a candidate that can be controlled and then lied and cheated their way to a fraudulent outcome...WE'll see!

Sidney Powell has confirmed that she is indeed working on her own. Has signed no retainer with the Trump team nor accepted any payment. As Lin Wood says, she is stlll very much in the game. There are a number of lawyers involved in the various aspects of the election challenges in various states. Jordan Sekulow said that his “team” would be filing suit on “constitutional issues” in Georgia today or tomorrow. Sidney expects to have her filing ready by Friday. This is a massive project. Good that so many fine lawyers are engaged. We should calm down and keep our powder dry. We know that the media and the opposition use every little change to shout “chaos!!!!” Ldotters never bit on that in the past; why would we do so now?

#3, it would seem to be the case. But will most Americans understand what is being presented? First of all, many Americans have been so dumbed down, they cannot comprehend information viewed on a chart. It's very simple, for example--because we are bombarded on a daily basis the number of coronavirus cases as well as the number of COVID-related deaths--to calculate the mortality rate, which is around 3% overall. A simple fraction. But how many people know how to do this? If Americans can't figure this out, how will they understand anything presented to them on charts by Trump's legal team? However, people understand something simple like the number of attendees at a Trump rally vs. The number of attendees at a Biden rally, a visual that the MSM has censored. Visuals are very important. I have read that if women view ultrasound images of their unborn children, 90% of these women refuse to have an abortion. And this is why Planned Parenthood hates ultrasound images. Trump's legal team, I believe, will need to get images into court that even the most dumbed down members of a jury will understand. But will an evil and dunderhead judge censor them? I still have a glimmer of hope, but Trump's legal team has an uphill battle owing to the dumbing down of America.

Today is the "big day" in Georgia, I understand, with the first Trump campaign suit to be filed. We've hit the bottom of the manure pile...now let's see whether we found that unicorn. If that's empty, it's all going to be empty. As for Sidney Powell, she's a fine made-for-TV lawyer. She can argue the law and she can pound the table with the best. IMO, she made a tactical PR mistake promising the Kraken and delivering nothing to date but more kinda evidence of funny business. The courts will require, as they should, extraordinary proof to support extraordinary claims of election fraud. And either they have it, or they don't. Time to turn over the cards...

Great article and thread, and #3, Sidney knows so much more than she had shared, it’s not just switched votes and software... Remember she has been working for years for Gen Flynn. Dr Shiva, running for Senate in Mass had weighted “integers,” Kim too in Baltimore, and Sidney knows the history of this fraud and where it was originally developed and who has used it for years/decades... Pray for her and her team and Our Trump Team, donate as much as you can, and Stay Tuned! Maybe while waiting, read her amazing earlier book, “License to Lie”! And ‘Pray without ceasing...” KAG

Easy to understand demonstration: Ten "Biden voters" and 10 "Trump voters" enter their ballots into a Dominion machine. What's the vote count. Even if it has been tricked out by the demonstrators, illustrates that it can be done. Who authorized the use of these dubiously , pedigreed machines? Serve warrants, arrest and give their stuff an colonoscopy level review. Someone will flip.

I love Tucker and think he is brave, but I also think he is getting a bit giddy with success. And I absolutely believe Powell if she says he got nasty. I also believe that Rudy did a take it or leave it, me or her, re: Powell with Trump, and since the stuff Rudy is working on can move faster (and speed is of the essence) than what Sydney is going after, which could take YEARS, Trump went with Rudy. I have, by the way, given up entirely Special Report on Fox, which I watched since its inception, and a lot of Fox in general and instead watch Greg Kelly and Lou Dobbs, both at 7 p.m. on Newsman and Fox Business respectively. I adore Maria Bartolromo, Guttfeld and Watters and some of the women (NOT Perino) on The Five, Brian Kilmeade and Mark Levin, among others. I have lost my allegiance to Fox News, as have so many.........more fools they. REALLY FOOLS!

The most valuable possession we have as American citizens is the value of our vote. The USA has cheapened it and made it invaluable. You do not have a right to vote just because you are a citizen. Voting should not be easy. You have to be registered to vote. You can't be an illegal or a felon. This whole mess we are witnessing is the defrauding of 80 million voters of their vote. All in the name of easy voting. The founders of this country would not let you vote unless you owned property. Think of that. You had to have skin in the game. Not now, the land owners are scum. By the way, 'you ain't no man if you have no land'. If you have not invested in American land, you still shouldn't have a right to vote. Yes, and you should have to be 21. The foundation of America is the legitiment vote. That is now gone. My Grand Dad always told me. Son a man dresses from the ground up not the top down. Always wear polished fine shoes. He was right. America, if you destroy this foundaton of voting, you bring in chaos. America will die.

This article states it best. Since Powell doesn't represent the campaign or Trump personally, she is free from the restraints imposed on lawyers who do. Additionally, there is the simple detail of making clear who and which entities she is an agent for, and who and which ones she is NOT an agent for. Housekeeping clarity.

This whole thing is staged. They're acting. Trump is a student of Sun Tzu. (Ancient Chinese General) And throughout the last 4 years Trump has used tactics with Sun Tzu. Sun Tzu wrote the "Art of War". Trump wrote the "Art of the Deal". See if this makes sense; He must be able to mystify his officers and men by false reports and appearances, Literally, "to deceive their eyes and ears." and thus keep them in total ignorance. I increasingly believe there is simply no there there. No court is going to grant the Trump team real consideration if they don't show something substantial. I have never trusted Rudy Giuliani. Remember when he thought he could run for President without putting any effort into it? I had a great deal of respect for Sidney Powell, but at some point she has to back up some of her very damaging claims. I hope I am wrong. If nothing comes of this, the president has been made to appear a sore, whiny loser and we all know he deserves a better legacy in the history books.

There is some good news today, but the nightmarish dimensions of the problems facing the American Republic are also coming into horrifying focus. Alcoholics and others who embrace a 12-step solution to intractable addiction problems tell us that we have to hit bottom before we can take effective action. Well, the nightmare unfolding may be our collective version of hitting bottom and recognizing the real problem. (snip) I rarely recommend readers invest more than 2 or 3 minutes in a video. We are at war with enemies of liberty, domestic and foreign. Domestic enemies are now pressing relentlessly. Why shrink from the word “enemy,” the simple definition of which is “one seeking to injure, overthrow, or confound an opponent.” Who other are these warmakers? This war is much more than disputes over fraudulent elections, though that would be cause enough. The Democratic Party is a means. The new war has been imagined, developed, and phased in over decades (snip) It’s insidious, and has been about stealth and infiltration more so than outright confrontation -- until this year

When Tucker Carlson attacked Sidney Powell, I was unhappy with him. However, I said that I would still watch Tucker because he’s mostly smart, brave, and funny, qualities I like. Some people (politely) disagreed with me. Having seen Tucker’s Monday monologue, though, I am glad that I stuck to my guns by sticking to Tucker. Tucker excoriates the real fraud in the 2020 election, which was the way the media and Big Tech manipulated the system to destroy Trump. It’s hard to explain to people who came of age during the Trump era how differently the establishment treated his presidency.

I am accustomed and indifferent to insults hurled at me and my president by Hollywood airheads. Many of the Trump-haters are mediocre talents at best (Kathy Griffin, for example) or well past their prime (Rob Reiner, Robert De Niro). There would be no need to boycott them because I wouldn't pay any attention even without their nastiness. Their Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) is just background noise in the popular culture. But the latest attack that I've become aware of stings. I've been reading my way through the works of crime writer Michael Connelly and admire his insight and talent.

People, we need to talk. Way too many are caught in a media-induced despondency, knowing the presidential election was stolen, in the dark of night, vote counting suddenly stopped, vote counts on the television switched from Trump to Biden – yet each thinks he or she is the only one who saw it. Why do I feel so alone? Nobody can hide industrial scale fraud, of any sort, for long: Medicaid fraud, stock manipulation, fake invoices. The bigger the fraud, the harder it is to hide and thus the greater probability it is all going to come out.

Based on Internet blogger "Pede's" analysis of "votes switched" from Trump to Biden, and of "votes lost" (thrown away) -- mostly votes for Trump, and my own analyses to detect imaginary "votes added" for Biden, I have decided to continue examining states where everylegalvote.com says ballot fraud occurred in the 2020 presidential election. "Pede" identified two states -- Virginia and Minnesota -- where there were hundreds of thousands of "votes lost, " a sure indicator of fraud, even though those states' votes are not being recounted, nor are there legal challenges. You probably already know that Trump’s legal team announced that Sidney Powell is not a team member.

Having sworn off professional sporting events like many of you, I have made what feels like the moribund turn to other pursuits, such as watching a Dominion Voting System Presentation from 2017. I did this so you don’t have to (snip) In the video we have a team of sales and demo experts (Dr. Eric Coomer, Waldeep Singh, David Marino, CEO John Poulos and other support staff) “…to outline new voting equipment options in Chicago on April 13, 2017.” (snip) let me present some information that has been hiding in plain sight in what is otherwise an unremarkable video.

As the world watches an attempt to impose an alternate reality on the American electorate, there are those in the mainstream media who, in response to corporate pressure and left-leaning proclivity, have now resorted to prematurely referring to mumbling Joe Biden as “president-elect.” (snip) However, who could have predicted that the infamous "fair and balanced" network, Fox News, would join the ranks of bitter lemons like Don, Mika, Joe, and Rachel? (snip) Hints of stilted partiality are even emerging in holdouts such as Tucker Carlson. Aligning himself with a Fox network business decision, Tucker attempted to prove his mettle by criticizing one of Trump's lawyers.

During an interview with Glenn Beck, Sidney Powell offered some fascinating new insights into the claim that Dominion and Smartmatic voting systems have been used to engage in systematic election interference at home and abroad. (snip) Of course, the lawyers do not have to give their proof to the media. The media are just as capable of digging up the material. Moreover, no lawyer should ever give the opponent (and that would be, not just the Democrat party and Dominion, but the media as well) the entire case before going into court. That’s an insane tactic.

To endure the Democrat-Media Complex’s blackout of any discussion of credible allegations of voter fraud or election rigging is tough enough. (snip) the real heavy lifting is going on with Sidney Powell’s leg of the investigation. Her claims involve broad, systemic fraud that could affect tens and hundreds of thousands of votes, maybe even millions. The state cases are penny-ante dalliances that might or might not have legs but, in any event, won’t change much in terms of the vote count. They do provide Powell with the cover she needs for a deep dive into these systems

Fox News continues to insult its audience. This time, the insults came from Kristin Fisher, who was speaking from either ignorance or malice when she attacked Rudy Giuliani after Trump’s legal team gave a press conference. (snip) The conference was essentially a preview of coming attractions. In a trial, first you tell your story, then you prove your story, and then you summarize your story. The legal team is at Phase One. That didn’t stop Kristin Fisher from proving that she’s a lousy listener and is staggeringly ignorant about how the American legal system works.

In what appeared to be an effort to stop the hemorrhaging of viewers after his attacks against Sidney Powell, Tucker Carlson reverted back to being the commentator on Fox News's highest-rated program on Monday. Or did he? After re-watching the clip of Monday’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight” twice, it appears to this humble writer that Carlson’s interview with Dr. Robert Epstein was an attempt to change the topic from fraudulent voting machines to Big Tech, specifically Google, as the difference of shifting six million votes to Joe Biden.

Right-wing Twitter users were fooled by an obvious prank on Tuesday after an admitted troll claimed that “antifa” was preparing to descend on conservative areas of the country. The prank, carried out by political activist and performance artist Adam Rahuba, involved a tweet in which President Donald Trump was ordered to concede the 2020 election.“If you do not concede by Sunday at noon, we will begin to block roads in conservative areas,” Rahuba tweeted at Trump. “Your supporters will not be able to go to work or the grocery store to feed their families. We are armed & will retaliate to attempts at vehicular manslaughter.”

Meghan Markle is sharing the "grief" and "pain" she felt after having a miscarriage this year. The 39-year-old duchess of Sussex went public in an op-ed for the New York Times published Wednesday about having a miscarriage in July while pregnant with her second child with her husband, Prince Harry. In the op-ed, titled "The Losses We Share," Markle said she had a miscarriage during an ordinary morning in July. Markle was with Archie, her now-18-month-old son with Harry, when she realized something was wrong. "After changing his diaper, I felt a sharp cramp. I dropped to the floor with

If Anthony Fauci made another dramatic plea about COVID and nobody listened, would he really make a sound? Better: If nobody other than the Democrat Party and the liberal lapdog media listened, and clapped like trained seals in response to everything he said? The latter was the case on Wednesday morning when Fauci hooked up with Scooter George Stephanopoulos on ABC’s “Good Morning America” in an attempt to scare tens of millions of Americans into “sacrificing” their Thanksgiving in the name of all-things COVID. Stephy lobbed a softball right down the middle of the plate for the attention-whoring emerging and infectious diseases expert, which he promptly hit into the left-field stands.

Vermont Gov. Phil Scott said Tuesday that school officials will question returning students about whether they attended gatherings with people outside their household during Thanksgiving to determine if they need to quarantine over coronavirus concerns. “Unfortunately, we know some will still get together and schools have asked for help,” the Republican governor tweeted Tuesday. “[The Vermont Agency of Education] will direct schools to ask students or parents if they were part of multi-family gatherings and if the answer is yes, they’ll need to go remote for 14 days or 7 days and a test.”

Another 386 unopened ballots have mysteriously been found in Milwaukee, three weeks after the election took place. Recount watchers were also issued wrist bands with poop emojis to wear, in a sign of how seriously this is being taken. [Tweets] The unopened ballots came from a South side ward, according to Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reporter Mary Spicuzza. So far, in the first four days of the recount, lawyers for the Trump campaign have challenged tens of thousands of ballots. Joe Biden is ahead in the state by only about 20,000 votes. The deadline for Wisconsin to certify its election results is Dec. 1.

Even before Donald Trump secured the Republican nomination, the left was calling for his impeachment. Then they spent four years looking for excuses to drive him out of office. So, in the turnabout-is-fair-play department, perhaps it’s time to start making the case for impeaching Joe Biden. Let’s first review how the left treated Trump’s win four years ago. Immediately, #resistance started trending on social media, as though somehow Trump had invaded the country. Protesters shouted “not my president.” Pundits speculated that he’d rigged elections in the battleground states he won. The entire country was then treated to years of fake

Former President Barack Obama said Republicans made white men think of themselves as victims Wednesday - and that Donald Trump's surprise success with Hispanic voters was partly because of his appeal to evangelical voters. He explained in an interview Wednesday with The Breakfast Club that what motivates people to vote is often about 'the stories that are being told.' 'What's always interesting to me, is the degree to which we've created, you've seen created, in Republican politics, this sense that white males are victims. They're the ones who are like under attack,' Obama noted. 'Which doesn't jive with both history and data, and economics.'

Who had a governor is going to shut down grocery stores due to the pandemic on their 2020 coronavirus bingo card? If you did, stamp that square. The governor of New Mexico is shutting down grocery stores in her state over COVID-19 testing results. Just when we thought that liquor sales restrictions in Pennsylvania by Governor Wolf were arbitrary and, frankly, stupid, along comes Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham in New Mexico with a “hold my beer” response. She has shut down a dozen grocery stores across the state. Why would a governor make such a draconian move?

Despite Democrats’ confident predictions of a “Blue Wave” sweeping statehouses in the November election, the final results showed that almost nothing had changed. Yet in California, a Democrat stronghold, Republicans are poised to flip more House seats than in any other state. The results have shown a significant, reversal from the 2018 midterms, which was marked by a rabid anti-Trump furor that helped Democrats flip seven House seats. Now, the GOP is on the verge of taking back four of those seats. Young Kim took back California’s 39th District from Democrats after incumbent Rep. Gil Cisneros flipped the normally Republican district in the 2018 “Blue Wave.”
