Fix Is In: Arizona Ballots Make Stop at
Runbeck Printing Company to Scan Ballot
Envelopes Before They Are Sent to County
— With No Observers

Original Article

Ben Bergquam was outside the Maricopa County election center and followed a Penske truck leave the center and return to Runbeck. Once at Runbeck, the gate is closed. Every mail-in ballot that is returned in the county is sent to Runbeck first. Runbeck is scanning the Maricopa ballots before they are sent to the Maricopa County Elections Center. CORRECTION*

Comments:

Maricopa County is the only jurisdiction in the country that picks up completed ballots at USPS Processing Distribution Center, but doesn’t bring them back to the election department or tabulation center.

So I'm a Zonie and noticed that although my mail-in ballot had a space for the DATE, the official instructions ONLY mentioned SIGNING the ballot---no mention at all of DATING it. So I emailed the AZ SOS with one question only: Did a mail-in ballot have to be DATED in order to be tabulated? Here is the official answer to my question: "State election law makes no reference to a date as a requirement in order for a ballot by mail to be tabulated [A.R.S. § 16-547]." Gee. I wonder what some corrupt, nefarious person could do with hundreds of thousands of (legal) UNDATED ballots?

And the Voters in Arizona are going to be told to sit down and shut up. Nothing to see here! I think fool us ONCE (in 2020), but sure as heck are not going to fool us a second time. Voters should DEMAND that those votes be scanned by a scanner brought into the County. They should also fire Katie Hobbs for not fixing the problem from the last election. Makes AZ look like a bunch of Idiots. and Yes, they probably used the same dumb people they used in 2020 to count the Votes. I guess it doesn't matter who is running, the outcome is the Democrat wins!!

Where is our Republican Party while the election is being once again stolen? Where is our Republican Party? Why is there not an army of volunteers, lawyers filing suit after suit right now? We are once again being betrayed by our party. No more, no more . Why won't they stand up and fight. Lake, Moore, Laxalt, that clown Oz should concede nothing to the Communist Death Democrats. The mail in envelopes are marked on the outside with an "R" or a "D". Runbeck just has to count the R's to see how many D ballot's need to be printed up and submitted. That's why Lake never catches up. With each drop of ballots are the fake D's. That's how Finchem and Masters lost.

With all the accusations against Arizona election officials this should never have happened, especially during the 11th hour. The only way this would happen is if there was no other way to cheat. This is too brazen to have been a innocent routine procedure. Way too brazen. They should get a court order to secure the bldg and go from there. Of course if they swapped out ballots the originals likely went down the sewer after shredding.

I am now in late 50.s, My signature is certainly not the same day to day. Whose signature is??? Since I have a long name- part of it depends on the length of the signing area, then does my pen slip? Are my finger joints swollen and painful? Has my full body neuropathy kicked in? Etc, etc, etc. I saw Kellyanne Conway on tv and she was saying the same thing. Base it on my ID, not on my signature.

I agree with the comments of "DZ-015 @disqus_3T1zACXxLO" who writes: "The problem in tracing ballots to voters would destroy the secret ballot privilege we are all supposed to enjoy. The way to fix this Maricopa mess would be to investigate the contract between the county and Runbeck to see if it is free from things such as nepotism and kickbacks. If the contract is on the up-and-up and represents the most economical way to get ballots scanned, then poll watchers should be allowed to view the process. Otherwise, cancel the contract and buy scanners, so the ballots do not leave government custody. Oh, and match voter signatures on mail-in ballots without opening the envelopes as soon as they are received, rather than batch them up for review after election day. Cure any apparent mismatched or signature missing ballots as soon after the problems are found. Open the matched envelopes and tabulate those ballots immediately after the polls close." Also, the answers to the following questions are needed: 1. Have any Republicans studied the text of the applicable written contracts between the county and Runbeck? 2. If not, why not? 3. Was this contractual relationship between to county and Runbeck disclosed to the public as required by law and/or the county's purchasing procedures, including, if required, was the contract approved by the county as an agenda item on the County Commission's agenda? 4. If the above answer is "yes" - were questions and objections regarding this contractual relationship brought to the attention of the County Manager and/or the County Commission, including, if needed, at a public hearing?

There is a passage in one of my Bibles titled "Coping With Competition" - it is lengthy but it makes a good point. Here it is: "Overcoming the natural tendencies of a competitive spirit takes supernatural intervention. It must be a constant petition to God. A competitive spirit is often fed by a dissatisfied spirit. If we learn to accept God's place and plan for us, we won't need to compare ourselves with someone else. Having developed the use of gifts with humble service as our goal, we will be able to serve quietly without envying. We will be able to work in the church nursery in a spirit of service and contentment rather than wishing we were gifted like the person who leads a large Bible class. Servants in either situation can feel confident and grateful for the opportunity to serve God wherever he has placed them. The bottom line may be our willingness to forget about who gets the glory for our service - ourselves or God. Certainly, when we learn to hand the bouquets back to God, we won't need to compare ourselves with anyone else." When a party base seeks to take God out of society, they lean on themselves. At all costs. They will cheat, sabotage, corrupt processes so they always win. It is impossible for them to give the glory to God because of their disbelief. As a result, they are self-centered. That is how I view the Democrats especially in the 2018, 2020, and now the 2022 election. They will win no matter what even when they look foolish and the 2022 election looks just as foolish as the other ones. I hope Republicans can get their act together on this, too. Some of them are looking very self-centered. . .

H&C was used brazenly in this cycle, esp AZ, PA. No change in any policy, EVs, shutting off everything coal, abiotic oil (it's not fossils), and being beholden to China. All in our future. And China has HOW many police "stations" in the US now? To go after not only their own dissidents, but whoever - our own citizens - on OUR OWN SOIL - that dare speak against CCP? Read hat yet?? It's over unless we play as they do and unleash the same against them, to save our Republic. Unless we do, we certainly will never see a majority anything again, let alone Presidency, no matter what the vote count. H&C determined it all. And people who took screen shots of their own voting stations w mysterious WiFi - NOT ALLOWED - in their voting precincts? Turned it in - NOTHING has happened. NO WiFi. Hackable for sure, there for one purpose? Absolutely. No more free and fair dreams. You have to go at them with the SAME artillery they are coming at you with, on every front - school board to the WH.

PHILADELPHIA—Call it “the White Wave.” A flood of white envelopes containing mail-in ballots lofted Democrat candidates to victories in several key Nov. 8 races. Case in point: Democrat John Fetterman will occupy Pennsylvania’s coveted U.S. Senate seat instead of Republican Dr. Mehmet Oz. In that race—and several others—mail-in ballots acted as a breaker against the “Red Wave” of wins that Republican leaders had hoped would wash across the nation at a time when Congress and the White House are both Democrat-controlled.

When something is so obvious, if the outcome makes no sense, if the outcome is literally impossible, then it is what it is. Forget “proof.” You know it. You saw it. You felt it. You experienced it. It happened. It’s real. The 2022 midterm was just stolen. Just like 2020.

Surveying the wreckage of the disappointing Republican midterms, voters were left scratching their heads, trying to figure out what went wrong. With the fundamentals being as bad as they were this year, Republicans underperformed expectations, and it was fairly obvious that they would experience no red wave by early in the evening on Election Night. While I've seen plenty of postmortems already, the single biggest issue that wrecked the wave was mail-in voting combined with ballot-harvesting, which all but eliminated Republican hopes in states where Democrats control the voting rules. Election Day is increasingly looking like election month, and frankly, unless state residents under our federal system get control of this, I see no end to it. In the worst cases, ballots are emailed to everyone who has ever been registered to vote whether or not they’ve died or moved away, faulty ballot printing results in valid ballots being tossed, equipment failures misregister votes, ballot drop boxes are left unmonitored, and so on -- all of which contribute to an atmosphere in which corruption flourishes. The more this happens, the more voters believe they cannot vote themselves out of policies and politicians with which they disagree.
