What you might not know about Lucianne Goldberg

Original Article

Lucianne would have laughed uproariously at what is happening in San Francisco and at what Elon Musk is doing with Twitter. (snip) the Lucianne I knew for the past 27 years was probably the most discreet person in public life. She knew just about everybody in politics and the media. She knew lots of the nitty gritty embarrassing details in the lives of the rich and famous but she never publicized them. She had a bawdy sense of humor and might have been outspoken in private discussions (snip), but she was not a malicious gossip. Only the Clintons brought out her knives.

I am so thankful that Ms. Goldberg made provisions for Lucianne.com to continue its work after her passing. I too start my mornings here. It has been months and months since I turned on Fox and Friends, which was my old standard in the a.m. I don't miss it in the least. After you scroll from top to bottom here, you are both updated and informed.

Lucianne wasn't in the spotlight much, however when she was on TV it made me smile. She disliked the Clinton's as much as most of us did. We all know that True Information is our armor and the leftists cannot penetrate it. Lucianne was the provider of that armor.

FTA: "This is what is so compelling about lucianne.com. One can read articles from the NY Times, Washington Post and other major news feeds and then contrast their leftist drivel to the well documented exposes from conservative sources. In addition, the ldotter comments are frequently hilarious." Absolutely true! Love that I can glean from the community wisdom here and get a laugh to start the morning. Thank you to Lucianne and all y'all here. You are appreciated.

A very poignant tribute to someone we all love and respect. Without Lucianne we might never have learned about how horrible the Clintons really are. Sure Drudge did the world a favor publishing the spiked Michael Isikoff story, but it was Lucianne who went to the carpet fighting to get truth to light, which resulted in the Clinton's "aura" being damaged forever. Hillary is still a venomous snake, and snakes only know how to be snakes, so she will continue to be a threat as long as she's breaking down sugar. With great fondness I will always miss our lovely hostess. RIP, Lucianne

One of the best features of Lucianne.com is the option to turn off obnoxious toe fungus ads for a small fee and focus on the red meat that we are presented with every day . Imagine being able to pay to get rid of the hundreds of stupid and woke commercials on your TV. For what cable and satellite costs they should do it for no extra charge.

The more I read about Miss Lucianne, the more I respect and admire her. She was a woman of courage and conviction and I pray her legacy will continue to be something she would be proud of. I honestly don’t know what I would do without this site to wake-up to everyday. It is a wonderful place filled with good people who can agree and disagree without being disagreeable. It has become my home on the internet. A virtual family of sorts filled with friends I respect and admire. Thank you everyone for making this place so special.

FTA - "When I called Dru after I learned of Luci’s passing, she was still devastated and I could hardly blame her because Lucianne was larger than life and anybody who spent time in her presence had a great story to tell and a memory of side-splitting laughter." This is Americana. This is who she was. Great piece, Alicia, for a great American. The closest I ever came to meeting Lucianne was getting permission to post some articles a good number of years ago. Several days later a letter arrived by snail mail with no name or address in the "from" space. As I opened the letter and before I was able to read it, my phone rang. The Bay Area is experiencing mobs of bicycle riders stopping to attack and seriously injure drivers who provoke their wrath, while riding around in large groups that the cyclists call “ride outs.” ABC7News (KGO Television) reports: A Santa Clara driver suffered fractures to his ribs and back after a mob of bicyclists brutally assaulted him following an accident involving one of them. This is the latest in a string of violent incidents involving large groups of bicyclists, popularly known as “ride outs”, a rapidly growing trend where large, often informal groups of cyclists -- from dozens to thousands -- gather to ride through city streets.

The assassination of Charlie Kirk is a horrific reminder that the left is based on nothing other than terror, violence, and aggression. This has been true since Karl howled to Friedrich that the bourgeois would someday pay for his plague of skin boils. The history of the Left is a history of violence. Scarcely a single leftist government has gained power without violence or the threat of violence. No leftist government has ever remained in power without violence. Violence is built into the very foundations of leftist ideology. Marx himself fantasized in print over the apocalyptic events that would accompany the revolution of the proletariat

Americans should expect, at a minimum, to have elections that are free and fair, and results that are delivered promptly. But California is taking its laid-back reputation too far, failing to deliver its election results in a timely manner and creating the perception that they are neither free nor fair. Slothful election results have plagued California for years since it made wholesale changes to its election system in 2016. It has mass mail-in ballots that can be counted post-election and allows for an extremely slow pace of counting. Proponents of the system say this makes their elections more “secure” and accessible. You won’t be surprised to learn that Gov. Gavin Newsom, a Democrat,

The House of Representatives on Wednesday voted 215-208 to end the war with Iran. This is the first time the House has voted to stop Trump’s military action in Iran. Four Republicans voted with the Democrats: Thomas Massie, Brian Fitzpatrick, Tom Barrett and Warren Davidson. The resolution is likely dead on arrival in the Senate. If it passes the Senate, Trump will veto the resolution. The Hill reported: House lawmakers on Wednesday passed legislation designed to force President Trump to end the Iran War, marking a victory for Democrats and the constitutional purists who say the conflict is illegal without explicit congressional approval. The tally was 215-208, with four Republicans — Reps. Thomas Massie (Ky.),

Democrats in New Jersey just handed a primary win to Adam Hamawy, a candidate with actual ties to the terrorist organization Al-Qaeda, which is credited with carrying out the attacks of 9/11. This is in a district where Todd Beamer is buried. You may remember Todd Beamer as the airline passenger on Flight 93 who famously said “Let’s roll” as his last known words, referring to other passengers as they prepared to retake control of the plane, which crashed into a field in rural Pennsylvania instead of somewhere in DC. This is what Democrats have come to. Utterly shameful.

While raising an LGBT pride flag over the state capitol building, Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers said he plans to defy a Supreme Court ruling on so-called “conversion therapy.” On Monday, the Democratic governor shared his support for protecting “trans kids” and, in particular, keeping on the books a regulation that effectively bans counselors from assisting gender-confused and same-sex attracted kids. “Let me be clear: I have no intention of repealing the ban on outdated and dangerous practice of conversion therapy on kids, period, end of story, and no questions,” he said to applause. The rule did not pass through the legislature after committee hearings, mark-ups, and open debate.

As the vote-count totals crawl across Los Angeles and California, The California Post visited the county’s 144,000-square-foot ballot processing facility Thursday, which showed dozens of empty work stations. The scene at the warehouse appeared at odds with the mounting pressure to process hundreds of thousands of remaining ballots. County officials announced Wednesday night that just 77,521 additional ballots had been processed since June 2 election night, but an estimated 713,180 ballots are still outstanding. Yet during The Post’s visit, large sections of the facility appeared lightly staffed. Rows of workstations sat empty.
