Biden administration halts student loan

The Biden administration has stopped taking applications for its student debt forgiveness program, citing a Thursday ruling from a federal judge in Texas that declared the program "unlawful." On Friday, the Department of Education's student debt relief website displayed a message informing borrowers that "student loan debt relief is blocked." It added, "Courts have issued orders blocking our student debt relief program. As a result, at this time, we are not accepting applications. We are seeking to overturn those orders." The Education Department said it will hold the applications for the roughly 26 million people who have already applied for forgiveness.

Hahahahaha! All of these supposedly smart and well educated college graduates got suckered into voting for the communist death democrats because of their stupidity and greed in thinking that they would not have to actually pay of their usurious loans. Wait until the Communist Federal government comes after them for unpaid loans. That will happen. Welcome to reality Chumps. Wonder if these geniuses have ever heard of the saying "Nothing is for Free"? Pay up losers. Wonder if these college idiots will now understand and finally learn the other critical life saying "First time shame on you, second time shame on me" or will they continue to be dupes for the communist death democrats. Unfortunately I am betting on their continued college brainwashing to kick in each and every time the communist death democrats run their next scam. Welcome to communist death democrat hell morons.

Well you knew that Biden and his crew were going to bail out of their unconstitutional student loan forgiveness scam as soon as the they picked up the additional votes in the midterm election from low information to stupid student loan borrowers that was the object of that scam in the first place. If student loan borrowers still can’t figure out that they were taken for a ride by Biden and his crew by January when they will have to start making payments on those outstanding loans again this country is really in bad trouble. After that Biden and the Democrats can always cast blame for the quick demise of their scam right AFTER the election on Trump, so-called extreme MAGA White Supremacists, and the wimpy Republicans in general.

Chances are we will not hear too much about Biden’s bogus student loan forgiveness scam from now on until the Democrat candidates begin their run up to the 2024 Presidential election. Then if the Democrats figure that Biden’s bogus scam brought the Democrats a lot of votes in the midterm election from young people, a Democrat student loan forgiveness scam will be a part of the 2024 Democrat political platform, just as support for abortion has been for a couple of decades.

I’ve seen a lot of rationales being tossed around for why the Republicans didn’t win more despite what all the polls and data points suggested. I must confess, I’m not particularly satisfied with any of the answers I’ve seen. Yes, could some candidates have been better? No doubt. But Democrats got John Fetterman in and even voted for a dead man. So let’s not even pretend the quality of the candidate or even being alive truly matters. If you voted in Fetterman, it’s all based on wanting power for your party, no matter what. Did Sen Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) take some money away from races

I wrote earlier about the dustup between Sen. Ed Markey (D-WA) and Elon Musk but there are a few more points that I wanted to hit on. Markey blamed Musk for a Washington Post reporter impersonating Markey with a fake account with a blue check mark. Now, I wrote about some of the confusion created by the Twitter Blue subscription, by people getting blue checks by paying for the service. Yes, that created some questions and Musk suspended the service to work out the kinks and reports are that it will likely be coming back next week. While Markey wanted to blame the impersonation on Musk,

Somewhere between $1-2 billion of that amount has now gone missing and Bankman-Fried also has disappeared. What makes this so interesting, though, isn’t just that a lot of really wealthy people got scammed. It’s that Bankman-Fried also happens to be one of the top donors to the Democratic Party. In fact, outside of George Soros, no one has done more to bankroll Democrat efforts since the 2020 election. Joe Biden alone received a whopping $5.2 million.

On election night, election analysts examine all the available vote data in real time, adjusting the probabilities for each House race accordingly. PHILADELPHIA—Call it “the White Wave.” A flood of white envelopes containing mail-in ballots lofted Democrat candidates to victories in several key Nov. 8 races. Case in point: Democrat John Fetterman will occupy Pennsylvania’s coveted U.S. Senate seat instead of Republican Dr. Mehmet Oz. In that race—and several others—mail-in ballots acted as a breaker against the “Red Wave” of wins that Republican leaders had hoped would wash across the nation at a time when Congress and the White House are both Democrat-controlled.

Surveying the wreckage of the disappointing Republican midterms, voters were left scratching their heads, trying to figure out what went wrong. With the fundamentals being as bad as they were this year, Republicans underperformed expectations, and it was fairly obvious that they would experience no red wave by early in the evening on Election Night. While I've seen plenty of postmortems already, the single biggest issue that wrecked the wave was mail-in voting combined with ballot-harvesting, which all but eliminated Republican hopes in states where Democrats control the voting rules. This is why Senate polls were so wrong in these states.

Election Day is increasingly looking like election month, and frankly, unless state residents under our federal system get control of this, I see no end to it. In the worst cases, ballots are emailed to everyone who has ever been registered to vote whether or not they’ve died or moved away, faulty ballot printing results in valid ballots being tossed, equipment failures misregister votes, ballot drop boxes are left unmonitored, and so on -- all of which contribute to an atmosphere in which corruption flourishes. The more this happens, the more voters believe they cannot vote themselves out of policies and politicians with which they disagree.
