The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has pulled its updated guidance that the coronavirus is airborne and can travel distances beyond 6 feet – saying a draft version was posted in error on its website.
“It is possible that COVID-19 may spread through the droplets and airborne particles that are formed when a person who has COVID-19 coughs, sneezes, sings, talks, or breathes,” the CDC said in an update posted Friday. (Snip) But after adding last week that tiny particles known as aerosols could transmit the virus, the agency restored its earlier guidelines about how the deadly pathogen is spread, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Yep, too many folks were no longer hiding in their homes, but out having fun but staying six feet away from other folks.
Can't have people having fun, don't you know that Trump is President! You are REQUIRED by federal bureaucratic edict to be miserable!

There is plenty of evidence that coronaviruses travel in much smaller (less than 5 micron) droplets than the WHO admits. These smaller drops are referred to in the medical literature as "airborne transmission." You can bet your bottom dollar that those virus-laden drops travel much farther than 6 feet, too.
CDC seems to be knuckling under to the Chinese-dominated lackeys that make up WHO.

So, are the leftoids going to holler at the Antifa crowd for not socially distancing?
BTW- what are the COVID numbers in Portland,Minneapolis or any other hot spots of unrest?
Right. So CDC can shove their propaganda up their collective backsides.

I knew when RGB died that there would be a ramp up of more Coronavirus bad news stories. The vote fraud scheme is now more necessary than ever for dems, and they MUST create a reason for people to stay away from the polling places to justify the overwhelming bags of “discovered” votes.

Okay President Trump, it's time to fire a lot of people at CDC. Please start with the Director, then work down till you get to the mail room.

You can do this, no you can't, well maybe you can, but just to be safe... Sorry, but I no longer believe any of the "experts"! Unless Covid turns into the plague and people start turn into flesh eating zombies when they get it, I will continue to mostly ignore the "experts" as they can't seem to make up their minds. I will continue to use common sense and do what works for me (so far) which involves minimal inconvenience and practical protection. These so called experts are getting ridiculous. WE NEED NEW "EXPERTS"!

We need non-political "experts"! I thought that AIDS was a political disease but this one is much, much more politically contagious and dangerous.

6 feet, 26 feet... One person can infect an entire WalMart, or infect 56,000... Pick any. All of those "facts" have been put out since this fiasco began.

The CDC assumes that all persons are equally susceptible to Covid-19 clinical disease, but really it is a small subset of people. And this is the same cohort always mentioned - elderly, compromised immune systems, obese, etc.
I, we all, contract numerous airborne viral infections every year, but our immune system kicks in and we experience minimal or even subclinical disease. It is not the end of the world. And that group just mentioned - elderly, etc. - can be carried off by practically anything if compromised enough.
TRUMP is the real disease which must be eradicated by all this fascistic social control, and so far he has been resistant to all their phony disinfectants.

This is ridiculous. CDC is turning us into a nation of paranoid wimps. If your immune system is compromised be careful. Otherwise use common sense and be cautious when among people until vaccination.

The CDC affirms the saying "Close enough for government work." Only fools listen to the pronouncements from this overly bloated Agency. Cut its budget by at least 50%. It's staffed by do nothings who sit around all day, drink coffee, and bloviate.

#9, don’t forget that 200 million people died during Biden’s speech the other night.
I know a man whose wife got a really bad case of CV19 and recovered. He was quarantined in the house with her for 2 weeks and never got sick. That goes along with #11’s statement.

Don't listen to the "experts" claptrap, don't let them scare you, they really are finger in the wind people, blown by the political 'bombshells' of the daily news posturing. I use a mask, for the looks and courtesy of it but I wear it under my chin because it steams up my glasses and lowers my blood oxygen, both dangerous to health and well being. If you keep your immune system topped up with sensible foods, supplement with zinc and quercetin, vitamin C and D3 you should be in good shape. it helps if you don't have to travel on public transport or by air. otherwise we should not be forced into unnatural isolations or business lockdowns, sheer idiocy. I believe we the people must go about our business and not fear these tinpot dictators, so denying them the pleasure of power , that is good medicine.
