There's stupid, there's pig-stupid, and there's Oregon.
That's the astonishing picture we have here where a suspect, Domingo Lopez, Jr., 45, who had been arrested just 12 hours earlier for setting fires, got somehow let out and proceeded to commit to more arson, with the Antifa weapon of choice, the Molotov cocktail, as if that couldn't be foreseen. The second time around, he set six fires.
Who needs global warming with guys like this?
The big fail here was from the justice system, which let the known firebug, freshly caught in the act, out and about. Obviously, there's something going on
What is wrong with today's democrats? But, I guess, if you can later blame it on climate change, and you have fellow democrats who believe that instead of realizing an arsonist lit the fire, you likely feel empowered to keep fooling people.

Wait, the arsonist's name is Domingo Lopez, Jr.? But I thought Oregon's Rat Governor said his name was "Climate Change!"

When there is no law, there is vigilantism. Democrats will only have themselves to blame when the Vigilantes come for them.

Can the authorities in Oregon be that dense and stupid, or is this intentional with a purpose in mind? The voters are of the same mindset, obviously. They are all hopeless and they won’t change. Let them secede from the U.S. if they want. I won’t miss them.

I realize liberals are stupid but my god, how can any human being be THAT stupid? Well they can't be. This is obviously liberal corruption. What are the odds that Domingo Lopez Jr. is here illegally? Is it possible democrats were protecting an illegal alien criminal? Nah, the democrats would never let a criminal illegal alien slip put the back door. That would be crazy.

Some years back we were having random fires here in FL. Store owners posted signs on their doors with a picture of a semi-auto and words like "we shoot arsonists".

This vicious violence won’t stop until answered by in kind action. Not necessairly vicious, because most normal people are not vicious. But in kind. These paid bullies are not principled or courageous.

That would be the Multnomah county DA who is OP. He has admitted to friendship with at least one of the activists, and that is enough for me. He needs a Federal investigation into his serious conflicts of interest. They will never admit any kind of responsibility for their failed policies and mismanagement of our forests, and even to law enforcement. Watching them twisting on their own petards has been very instructive.

Of course OR let him go. It's comrade Cuomo's playbook - let all the criminals go free so they can do what they do best - maim, burgurly, rape, incest, murder, etc. He calls it sentence reform so he can save all that money spent on locking felons up on the premise they might get CV-19. Since NY doesn't have a death penalty, I say leave them in prison. Most deserve the death penalty anyway.

Arsonists, undoubtedly funded by outsiders, are by now responsible for many people losing everything they own in various parts of the Nation. Worse, lives are being lost as well with barely a peep of outrage from prominent Democrats, shamed into grudging, reluctant support of law enforcement. (Even Al Sharpton knows that inner cities would be uninhabitable without police.)
The sentiment of #3, no doubt by now very widespread, is what citizens unprotected by the political classes, are preparing for, hoping and praying it doesn't have to come to that. What's the policy? It's sh-sh-sh, short for shoot, shovel, shut up. Arsonists can be let out of jail many times, and some if not most will go back to setting fires. If they get shot in the act of setting their blazes, that's the chance they were taking. Self defense. Some people don't take kindly to being burned out.
