Three weeks after President Trump called the country’s attention to a Newsweek op-ed questioning Sen. Kamala Harris’s eligibility to be vice-president, angry commentators are still referring to it as “birtherism.” It is nothing of the sort. In some ways it is reminiscent of Trump’s hateful, racist, and patently false accusations that Barack Obama was not born in the United States and was therefore ineligible to be president. Typical lefty blaming Trump for Hillary's birther claims about Obama.
Face it, Obama could be from Mars, the democrats would still vote for him. But a white guy with that thin resume wouldn't get the time of day from them, much less support to get his name on a ballot or elected.

No offense pal but that was a pretty phony photo shopped birth certificate that they produced. BHO was illegitimate in so many ways.

This idiot is another useful tool in helping rats ignore every law, rule and regulation that not only built this country, but kept it together... till now. This is a criminal coup in broad daylight using parts of Hitler's Brownshirts and Stalin's thugs. If we are still able to have anything left this time next year I will be pleasantly surprised.
When the rats want to use laws that help them, then you follow the law. If Trump had BOs baggage of one underage mother 'married' to a foreign bigamist, he NEVER would have been allowed to be President. Same with Harris, but since the country is bleeding out and there is very few men and women of courage with the impact of the 24/7 media brainwash, lies like this get published.

According to a promotional booklet produced by the agency, Acton & Dystel, to showcase its roster of writers, Obama was "born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii." I have to disagree with Mr. Dunlap. It was not hateful, racist or patently false concerning Obama's birthplace. Especially when you have literary agent such as Acton and Dystel publishing a roster of writers (1991) that note that Obama was born in Kenya.

This guy keeps saying "Citizen" as if there's no distinction anymore with a Natural Born Citizen. Honestly though, politically speaking, it helps if your parents at least became U.S. Citizens. But the whole point with Natural Born, that is, born to Citizens, is that another country cannot claim you are a citizen by virtue of your "nature".

Barak was an un-American traitor.
Kamala is an un-American fool.
The Democrats have proven time and time again, that THEY are the evil, Barak admitted to, in America's founding.

Obama was a total unknown to anyone but people from his neighborhood before he ran for the senate in 2004. I remember after an early ad turning to my mother and asking "What the heck is a Barack Obama?" He never would have won without the dirty, dirty tricks he played on both his Democrat and Republican rivals.
His book flyleaf claimed that he was Kenyan born for at least seven years, until he claimed to be born in Hawaii, which shows that he will lie about anything to become the person he is presenting in any given situation. He could have cleared everything up by being transparent with his personal documents and school grades. He was president for eight years and we really know nothing about the real Barack. We all know why he was never challenged in the way that "open book" Donald Trump goes through on an hourly basis.
Kamala Harris personal life is "untouchable" for the same reason (plus the woman angle). Hopefully, because she isn't particularly liked by the press, she may get a few tougher questions on her record. Just don't hold your breath.

The question about William V. Dunlap's grasp of the laws and the Founder's Intent on the topic is an assault on the concept of knowledge .
This website will inform anyone who doubts it all they need to understand the difference between Natural Born Citizenship as a requirement to be President or Vice President, and the other forms of legal citizenship. The link goes to a Harris specific page but there are many pages of other information.

Whatever . . . Obama never produced a genuine, valid birth certificate. "They" tried to push a phony one or two, or more but they were debunked as not being factual. The story lost traction and was swept under the rug. Interesting too, his years at college are so unremarkable. Few if any even knew him there. I would think that his "wonderfullness" would be legendary while attending college. Mystery of misteries?

The left holds that citizenship is a meaningless concept - inasmuch as they consider any human to be a US citizen without question.
A resident of Beijing is a US citizen who just hasn't gotten here yet.
According to liberals, there are no illegal persons, therefore liberals make no distinction between citizen and non-citizen other than that non-citizen "citizens" have more rights and more entitlement than real citizens.

The MSM's absolute refusal to examine the Democrat candidate's qualifications is criminally negligent. Their refusal to examine even the ELIGIBILITY is an assault on the Constitution and the concept of Citizenship.
The framers did not put "natural born" there to waste ink or because they were being paid for the Constitution by the word; there are very meaningful differences between Natural Born Citizen, Naturalized Citizen, non-Citizen, and illegal Alien that we wrongfully let the Left throw away 30 years ago.

Just Stop It!
We know that Obama was ineligible to POTUS because he was not a Natural Born citizen, We know the the BC's were flagrantly faked. Whether he was born in Hawaii or Kenya is irrelevant; his father was neither a US citizen or someone within the jurisdiction of the US government . He was not Natural Born.
Neither is Camel-Toe

I thought after the Kenyan was made president all of that regulation about being a citizen--natural born or otherwise was gone.

Yet again, the article makes reference to Harris' being "African-American." She's not remotely. Born to a Tamil Indian mother (to whom I have no objection, I think she was a citizen at the time), and a Jamaican of Irish descent. I don't question her citizenship or birthright, just this constant reference to her being "Black," and worse "African-American."

No, it is not.
The term "natural born citizen" is very different than "citizen", a HIGHER standard. That is why there are two adjectives added - BECAUSE IT IS DIFFERENT.

Everyone is missing the point. Kamala is neither a Natural Born Citizen, nor a Native Born Citizen. When she was born in 1964, she was legally considered a citizen of Jamaica, just like her father. Just several years earlier, President Eisenhower deported 1.5 million Mexicans -- including the ones born here -- because according to the 14th Amendment, they weren't considered U.S. citizens. It wasn't until 1982 when one Supreme Court justice unilaterally declared that the 14th Amendment meant the opposite of what was written and then created Anchor Baby citizenship out of thin air. But here's a VERY important point that everyone is missing. Kamala's father applied for U.S. citizenship and became a Naturalized citizen. If he included his two daughters in his citizen application, then Kamala is also a Naturalized citizen, and therefore clearly ineligible to be running for the second-highest office in the land.
