Kellyanne Conway, the longtime adviser to President Donald Trump and wife of outspoken Trump critic George Conway, is leaving the White House at the end of August, she said in a statement Sunday.(Snip)One administration official told NBC News that Kellyanne Conway told the president Sunday night in the Oval Office about her departure. The president expressed support for the decision, the official said. This official and a second source familiar with the matter told NBC News that Conway is still expected to speak at the Republican National Convention on Wednesday as was previously scheduled.

He's the reason for the conflict. She should divorce him and move on.

I'm not surprised.... read yesterday that her 15 year-old aughter wants to be emancipated and live on her own. She's a loonie liberal it seems who openly disdains both of her parents' political views.

I think the deal was: You stop bashing the President and I will resign. Maybe a last ditch effort before the divorce.
Wishing her well.

The daughter would soon be a welfare case or a pole dancer without the support of her parents. She should be careful what she wishes for. The few photos I've seen of her make her look like she's fifteen going on twenty-five.
No child should be so publicly disrespectful, no matter what her parents do for a living. I saw her whining about having her social media taken away, when her parents did her a favor. She would have gone on disgracing herself and her family had she kept up with that.
It's a shame that Kellyanne had to walk away from one of the most important jobs on the planet to deal with her surly husband and out-of-control daughter. I hope they prove worthy of her sacrifice.

RE: #5 - obviously her actions are wrong. But she's a kid...the other two nimrods are the parents. They need to start acting like it.

# 8..The mom, Kellyanne, never brought the family situation to the public. The male donor and fat slob, George and the 15 year old did. You know nothing of Kellyannes' parenting. The male donor and snotty kid made public attacks directly at Kellyannes boss and her job. I guess women should just stay home and placate the male donor and snotty kids.

Both the husband and daughter are disrespectful to
Kellyanne. The daughter sees how her father disrespects her and thinks that is okay.

I have waited all weekend to say I am so glad she is stepping down. She has made a very difficult decision, though. I wouldn't want to be in the same room with ol' George, much less in a marriage!

A win for George, he drove his wife away from her job. What a chump.

I suspect she may just be moving to the campaign. I never believe anything NBC says.

If your 15 year old looked this hard, wouldn’t you decide she needed her parents?

THANK heavens. Her horrible husband and now her brat of a daughter have been terrible. I am glad she leaving. She was great but to have a family like hers attacking her and her boss 24/7 is a fail. Her husband is such a horrible putz of a man. I wish her luck but with that guy? I doubt it. Maybe she wants to be able to divorce him quietly.

Her daughter needs a trip to a "Brat Camp." They work wonders with out of control teens, and provide counseling for the parents. I had a cousin who was sent to one and he came out a changed young man.

Kellyanne’s husband, George Conway, is leaving the hateful/vindictive anti-Trump Lincoln Project, which he co-founded, to devote more time to his family, but said he continues to support the Lincoln Project and its mission—passionately. He’s also taking a break from his Twitter efforts which, allegedly, has 1.4 million followers.
