Gov. Tony Evers released this statement tonight:
"Jacob Blake was shot in the back multiple times, in broad daylight, in Kenosha. Kathy and I join his family, friends and neighbors in hoping earnestly that he will not succumb to his injuries. While we do not have all the details yet, what we know for certain is he is not the first Black man or person to have been shot or injured or mercilessly killed at the hands of individuals in law enforcement in our state or in our country.
We stand with all those who have and continue to demand justice, equality and accountability for Black lives in our country --

Let me summarize Democrat Governor Tony Evers’ statement:
Dear BLM rioters, Antifa members, Anarchists, Marxists, and Guilty White Liberals with Daddy Issues: Democrat Governor Tony Evers cordially invites you to Kenosha, Wisconsin to Burn The City Down. Please bring water bottles filled with cement, balloons filled with feces, and explosives to throw at police. Weapons of all kinds are encouraged. Please meet downtown for the First Annual Kenosha Reparations Rally. We ask that you be prepared to loot. Please bring your own bricks, chunks of concrete, and large vehicles to haul away your reparation items. Let’s show Portland how to do it right!
The video never tells the whole story. So much context is missing or ignored — as usual. Jacob Blake could have been reaching for a gun in the car. Let’s wait and see. Regardless, he refused to follow orders from several police officers who had guns pointed at him. I don’t know any person in their right mind who would even try a stunt like that. Then, Blake, who wasn’t following police orders and didn’t seem like he was in his right mind, was about to climb into a vehicle that he could have then used to run over the police officers. Blake's actions weren’t going to end well for him in any scenario. Also: Jacob Blake had an extensive, violent criminal history. Also: Justin Pruitt, a Kenosha police officer was shot on August 8th and almost died.
Context matters and Tony Evers is a jerk.

Governor Tony Ever's statement shows what an inferior leader he is. Inferior leaders are ones that get involved in identity politics.
It is truly sad that this situation occurred but I firmly believe it is the failure of Democrat policies that have led to the suffering of individuals and families. So many individuals are caught up in drugs, alcohol, corruption, inappropriate sex and the list goes on and on. It becomes sadder because it affects families in some form or fashion.
Just think, Democrats or liberals want to take God out of society even more. I have been watching a marriage Bible study by John Drescher (little bit older study) and the last segment talks about a couple putting prayer and reading the Bible together in their daily married life. I would apply it broadly too. I think individuals should put prayer and reading the Bible together in their family life every day.
Governor Tony Evers, you are predictable because you are a Democrat. Your leadership is so weak and you only stand for the obvious, identity politics. Quite frankly, I don't think you won fair and square anyways. When four boxes are trotted in at the midnight hour, I find it suspicious.

Nailed it #1.
This idiot governor just drove a gasoline-tanker into a house fire. If you live in Kenosha or anywhere near it, I'd be getting out today.

The Governor shouldn't have commented at all until all information is in. I admit that it looks really bad. I don't see any reason for shooting him in the back for simply disobeying orders. There are other ways to de-escalate and pull him down. What bothers me is that cop had his gun pointed at his back for a long time as he was walking away. Why was his gun out then? Why didn't they just take him physically down before he opened the car door? I hope for the cops' sake that there was a gun visible in the car. Otherwise, it's just plain murder.

I guess Wisconsin was getting jealous over the attention that Minnesota got recently.

Another Social Justice Whacko makes the wrong decision and takes the wrong side. That's why these burned out and looted cities are where they are today, with criminals being actively encouraged to commit more crimes.
Get yer reparations here, folks. Need another big screen, a second pair of Nikes? There's a store still standing right over there. Hurry, hurry, it won't be there for long.

Here we go - another BLM celebration (riot) for a long time criminal thug who finally went one step too far. I thought that all black children were given “the talk” and told not to mess with the police. It’s always some thug with a long rap sheet who is either mentally ill or high as a kite. Too bad BLM doesn’t celebrate black (I refuse to capitalize) men who actually accomplish something positive.

There were 3 useful idiots holding signs in my small CA town yesterday afternoon, 1 of which I hadn't seen before: "White Folks Against Trump." Had there been less traffic, I would have pulled over and asked her where I could join.

From what I saw posted last night, the fool had turned around to reach into his car for something. Given how tightly stretched the national nerves of the cops are at the moment, I cannot blame the cops for assuming the worst. No good cop likes shooting anyone. But the goal of every cop is to survive the day and go home in one piece. This is truly sad, but I blame the fool for reaching into his car like he did, not the cop.

From what I saw posted last night, he pulled something out of his waistband or pocket and had it in his hand as he approached his car door. And it didn't look like keys, though of course it could have been. I thought it might have resembled a box cutter, but not a clear enough picture.

Last time I was in Kenosha (and it was many, many years ago), the town already looked like it was looted.

All this rioting by the BLM supporters will only solidify the votes for Donald Trump in Wisconsin. People outside of metro areas are sick and tired of looting, burning and rioting. Watch Wisconsin change from a swing state to solid Trump if this keeps on.

The first sentence of the Governor's statement is fine. The second sentence starts out ok stating "we don not have all of the details". He should have stopped there! The rest of the statement is liberal drivel meant to throw gas on the fire of an already volatile situation. He literally invited rioting and looting into Kenosha and other Wisconsin cities with his statement. He should not act surprised when the rioting / looting started. He probably hoped it would happen so he could show how bad things are in Donald Trump's America.

I'll wait for the facts to emerge...but it doesn't look good. If Blake had a weapon on his car seat, he was in a tough position to use it...car door hardly open, car window up, cop on his back and another following...

Bears repeating: if this Blake character had politely cooperated with police officers, this wouldn't have happened.

Another elected dem encourages the anarchy?! The leadership of the dem party has joined, -maybe led, their party in joining the anarchists who are filled with hate for America and Americans who cherish the freedom & opportunity offered here. What a a bogus, ugly view they have of life itself. How pathetic they are.
