We can add “America’s Tire Company” to the long and growing list of virtue-signaling corporations that continue to prostrate themselves before the Black Lives Matter altar of pretend “systemic racism.” And for virtue-signaling extra credit, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company has told its employees that terms like MAGA, Blue Lives Matter, and All Lives Matter are “unacceptable” in the workplace. As reported by WIBW 13 News in Topeka, Kansas, a Goodyear employee leaked a screenshot of a slide that was presented during a diversity training session showing what’s acceptable and what isn’t acceptable as part of the company’s new zero-tolerance policy. “Zero-tolerance.” Let’s talk about that for a moment.

I've made money on their stock in short term trading but never buy the tires. I won't even give them that amount of attention now.

Goodyear is trying to Clinton-Parse it's way out of this. It's not a back-track, its a 'play the fools'. They implied it was fake.
Goodyear said it didn't come from "Corporate". Ok, it came from Goodyear Regional Management, ie. GOODYEAR
Goodyear said it wasn't a 'diversity training class'. It was instructions to Goodyear employees! Name the class whatever you will, they write the checks and dictated what rights you had left.
Goodyear said they ask employees to refrain from political advocacy at work. Funny they said nothing about addressing the Political Advocacy that one of their management teams put into this gem.
Not buying it. Not buying GOODYEAR. EVER.

It saddens me that an Ohio company would do this. But these corporations need learn -- go woke, go broke.
Never forget the lesson of JC Penney. After their CEO decided to play politics instead of focusing on selling clothing, the company suffered. In fact, as soon as he began embracing liberal values -- like featuring a lesbian couple on the front of their Mothers Day ad and a two homosexual men on the cover of their Fathers Day ad -- the company lost money for the first time in decades. In fact, JC Penney continued to lose money EVERY quarter that the CEO was in charge and continued to do so even after he left the company.

Sorry for the second post.
Goodyear did NOT backtrack. They carefully worded their public statement to say that political messages are banned, except for messages promoting left-wing, social justice ideologies.

I remember Ford Motor Company being asked why they, as an "American company," would do something. The Ford spokesface said, "Ford is a "Global company." That pretty much said it all regarding the decline of that American industry. More an more have followed suit and now we have all of our largest corporations in America with more workers in foreign countries (hello, India) than in the USA. Goodyear tires aren't what they once were. Choose Pirelli or Yokohama Tires instead.

This is what happens when what used to be the personnel department morphed into this PC monster called HR in most companies. What was caught at Goodyear is pretty much standard fare in the corporate world thanks to the woke underlings with useless “x-studies” degrees running HR departments.
Goodyear must pay the price good and hard for this through their shareholders and executives for allowing it to happen in their corporate culture via litigation and firings. Make an example of them and don’t let the Jacobins in HR get away with it.

I SUPPORT total BOYCOTTs for EVERY LEFTIST COMPANY...NO EXCEPTIONS.
If we all do it, they WILL notice and change their tune...at that point I won't be satisfied until every executive is GONE and the workers own the company (never gonna happen).

I would boycott Goodyear except I stop buying their products decades ago cause their tyres were crap. Wish I could boycott them cause I need some tyres now. Guess some other 'global' company will get my business.
