President Donald Trump is once again up against an opponent who would drag the country down into a socialist hellscape and his most threatening opponent on the opposite team is a list of leftist cliche’s soaked in social justice.I think it’s fair to say at this point that Biden is hardly a threat to Trump. The coronavirus pandemic is grounding Joe Biden’s campaign. The former vice president’s campaign team hasn’t booked any air travel, leaving no need to lease a plane to jet around the country for political rallies, Axios reported on Monday. With many swing states limiting the sizes of public gatherings, the Biden campaign is betting that adhering to health guidelines paves a path to the presidency. It also allows Biden, who will accept the Democratic presidential nomination at a convention being held virtually, to contrast himself with President Trump, who will be flying on Air Force One for campaign hangar rallies in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Arizona this week.

Schweizer, author of “Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of Power by America’s Progressive Elite,” said he believed Biden selected Harris based on her fundraising ability, but explained she has a “deeply troubling” way of raising money that is related to not prosecuting certain sexual abuse cases involving rich and powerful families and lawyers representing the Catholic schools in the crosshairs of investigations. “This has been an issue that’s been bubbling forth in San Francisco since

Democrats have spent several days flogging the false “mailbox conspiracy” theory that President Donald Trump is deliberately crippling the U.S. Postal Service so that it cannot handle votes by mail in November — even forcing it to remove mailboxes. The truth is that the mailboxes were removed because mailboxes are always being removed. About 14,000 were removed during the Obama-Biden administration. Democrats are creating a new hysteria to cast Trump as a tyrant and motivate their conspiracy-theory-addled voters. Former Vice President Joe Biden has enthusiastically inflamed this phony conspiracy theory

This was once the center of Western civilization, its stem just hundreds of feet from where I’m standing. Individual liberty and democracy first flourished right here, when 300 Spartans gladly went to their inevitable death against as many as 100,000 Persians in order to preserve free thought. Because of their sacrifice and those of many others following their example, fifty-some-odd centuries of triumph and tragedy have created a rich historical and cultural heritage that has indelibly stamped its imprint on the way Greeks think. Perhaps 70 percent of Trumpism remains a hodgepodge of Reaganism: strong defense, realist foreign policy, deregulation, smaller government, big deficits, tax cuts, energy growth, and stars-and-stripes traditionalism. But it is the other unorthodox 30 percent that excited his base, terrified conservative apostates, and won Trump the 2016 election by energizing between 4 million and 6 million voters in swing states who had either given up on Republicans, or on elections altogether. NeverTrumpers talk of Trump’s demise and their own resurrection as Phoenixes to rebirth the GOP. They have no idea that those who despise them had ensured their Beltway-preferred candidates could rarely win; nothing has changed since.

The California Senate is considering legislation to use taxpayer funds to pay for hormone blockers and sex change operations for minors. The bill, after passing the Senate Health Committee by a 7-1 vote last week, moves to the Senate Appropriation Committee and then the Senate floor before the end of the month. As noted by health experts, the use of cross-sex hormones and surgeries for adolescents would permanently destroy their reproductive systems, a fact which bill backers seem inclined to ignore. AB 2218 initially asked for $15 million to start the fund. It passed the State Assembly with little debate.

She’s attractive, youthful (she looks 15 years younger than her actual age, which is 55), and presentable. Her voice is neither a hectoring Midwestern drone (like Hillary Clinton’s) nor does it have the prissy professorial condescension of Elizabeth Warren’s. Her voice is fine, albeit a bit nasal. If you are queasy about entrusting the U.S. Postal Service with a vastly expanded role in our electoral system in the midst of a crucial election, the following news will exacerbate your nausea. Last Friday, the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) followed the lead of the American Postal Workers Union (APWU) by endorsing presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden. Thus far, most objections to increasing the role of the USPS in the election process involve the inevitable logistical problems that will accompany a precipitous expansion of mail-in voting. The addition of overt partisanship among postal workers to inefficiency renders it obvious that the widespread expansion of vote-by-mail is dangerous.
