President Trump was greeted with rapturous applause from a small crowd of supporters as he returned to Washington, D.C. following the death of his younger brother, Robert. The Commander-in-chief, 74, touched down at the White House on Sunday evening with his wife Melania, 50, and their son Barron, 14, following a short flight from Bedminster, New Jersey. It was the first time the trio have appeared together in public since the coronavirus pandemic upended American life more than five months ago. The President appeared somber as he made his way off Marine One, giving a tentative wave to the group of well-wishers as he walked across the lawn.

As small as the crowd is, its 10x bigger than anything gropey Joe has been able to muster. ' the Commander-in-chief is also dealing with continued civil unrest, a gloomy economic outlook, and accusations that he is trying to botch the upcoming election by undermining the US Postal Service. ' I stopped reading right there. Intellectually dishonest and biased. Yeah, big surprise, I know.

I find the DM am odd little rag. In addition to the quote #1 cited, how about that headline:...” are all seen together for the first time since the pandemic began...” We didn’t see no squirrelly headlines re Sasquatch and The Fam when they were returning from their various junkets.

It was wonderful to see the First Family even as we saw in the President’s body language he was in deep mourning for his best friend and brother. I am convinced these boat rallies and organic rallies of support across the country are very important to our President. He needs us now, folks. In my red Trump area, a group of us went to our Republican headquarters to ask why we aren’t planning a big MAGA Rally. Himming and hawing. So a lot of us are planning it ourselves. Its going to be awesome. We are praying for you and yours at this time of great sorrow, Mr. President.

As noted by The Daily Wire on Monday, Republican strategist and congressional GOP candidate Kimberly Klacik released a hard-hitting ad slamming Democrats for their apparent fake concern for black lives, highlighting the devastation in Democrat-run cities, particularly Baltimore. The ad went viral online, racking up millions of views within hours and earning astounding social media engagement, such as shares, likes, and comments. The ad was so hot, in fact, it seemed to have eclipsed former First Lady Michelle Obama’s Democratic National Convention speech given on the same day, at least digitally,

President Trump praised far-right congressional candidate Laura Loomer after her victory in a Florida GOP primary race.“Great going Laura,” he said late Tuesday in addition to retweeting a few posts about her win. "You have a great chance against a Pelosi puppet.” (Tweet) Loomer, who has self-identified as a "proud Islamophobe," won the Republican primary for Florida’s 21st Congressional District, where Trump is registered to vote. The president did vote in Tuesday’s primary, but it is not known for whom. Loomer is unlikely to become the district’s congresswoman, however, as it is generally thought to be a safely blue district. The candidate has a history of making bigoted remarks.

A DNC panelist is ready to end terrible things…like capitalism.I have a question for you: Is it believable that someone would drive to the store, buy markers and poster board, go home and make signs, sit in traffic for an hour, and spend all day yelling words of which they never paused to discover the meaning? That seems implausible, but I’m sometimes convinced to suspect otherwise. For example, socialism is a system in which no one may own his or her own business. Capitalism is the opposite. How could it be that anyone would prefer the former? And why have I seen business owners touting the “S” word?

In one respect, the virtual Democratic convention proved last night to be a massive improvement on the real thing: The roll call of the states leading to the nomination of the presidential candidate. It’s usually a trial to sit through. Not this time. The sheer visual variety of the 57 separate little rah-rah moments delivered by sometimes eloquent, sometimes wacky speakers proved to be an unexpected delight. The necessary evil of every convention became an unexpected high point, especially the guy from Rhode Island who talked about the state’s squid business while the burly and masked guy next to him held up a plate of calamari. In composing my new book, Unmasking Obama: The Fight to Tell the True Story of a Failed Presidency, I thought hard about whether I should address the question of Barack Obama's sexuality. Two considerations persuaded me to pursue the issue. One was the no-holds-barred media treatment of the sex life, real and imagined, of Donald Trump and Brett Kavanaugh. The second was the fact that despite Obama's early feint to the center, his presidency was something of a golden age for gay America. A May 2012 Newsweek cover story, in fact, dubbed Obama "the first gay president."

Ordinarily, most of us wouldn't care too much about a political leader's love life. After all, President Trump is a stellar president but his personal life hasn't been perfect. Big deal. Trump's never brought it up to win votes out on the campaign trail. Joe Biden's different. Michelle Obama, in her Democratic convention speech last night, brought it up, selling it to voters as proof that he's a nice guy.

The debate over schools reopening has affected how Americans view teachers’ unions. It has been well-publicized that the unions in many districts have submitted political demands that have little to do with pandemic safety as a condition of returning to the classroom. None of the political demands have anything to do with educating children, either. One of the requirements, defunding the police, has actually been getting children killed in cities like New York City, Chicago, and Atlanta. Perhaps the most annoying displays were members of the teachers’ unions protesting school openings in large groups while maintaining that returning to the classroom is too dangerous.

All good things, it’s been said, must come to an end. Even the Beatles. Though John Lennon had informed his bandmates months earlier that he was leaving the group, the breakup of the Beatles did not become official until April 10, 1970, when Paul McCartney issued a press release stating he was no longer working with the fabulous foursome. That release came after a whirlwind year in 1969 that saw McCartney, Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Starr record Abbey Road, which contains the final occasion all four members recorded together with its closing song, “The End,” and also Let It Be, the band’s final record, while also being filmed during rehearsals
