So it’s Senator Kamala Harris?
Want to bet?

Original Article

Former Vice President Joe Biden seems to have announced Senator Kamala Harris as his running mate. There was an inquisitive photographer's shot of his notes suggesting just that. But there's also some question about whether she's really qualified. The media has already seeded the ground with quotes from some of the dumbest lawyers in America to state she is a “natural born citizen” under Article II of the U.S. Constitution, and is therefore, eligible to be vice president or president.

Comments:

The Trump Campaign will allow her to be nominated at the DNC and then expect a lawsuit challenging her eligibility, throwing the Biden campaign into total chaos.

Harris was born in Oakland. She is a natural born American and on that level is qualified to be president. She was never naturalized because she is an American at birth. I’m confident the Trump campaign won’t embarrass itself by wandering down the bizarre path In which this author has lost himself.

#10, to be a natural-born citizen, both your parents have to be citizens when you were born. Doesn't matter, as the first congress, second session, said, whether that be across the seas or right here on American soil, if your parents weren't both citizens when you were born, you don't qualify as a natural-born citizen. Very simple, but leftards always try to deliberately muddy the water when they want to get their way.

Oakland is a good place to be from. Far from! Harris says she was one of the first students of color to go to a white school. Oakland schools were mixed race from the 50's. I have the pictures to prove it. Grammar school, Jr. High, and High school, all of them were mixed. I graduated in 1964. She said she was in second grade in 1972. She is playing the race card big time. I hope some reporters go to Oakland, or anywhere in the Bay Area, and try to come up with an "all white" school. The closest thing to a "racist" school was the newest High School around that time, Skyline High School. It was in a nice neighborhood in the Oakland Hills, and is the high school Tom Hanks went to. Let them ask Tom Hanks if he went to a "racist" high school.

I continue to wonder if Kamala Sutra's mother became a Canadian citizen, and, if so, did she also have her two little daughters become Canadian citizens? daughter lives and works in Canada, and is a holder of 'landed' status. (Appears to be like a green card status in the U.S.) If she became a Canadian citizen, more government benefits would be available to her. that leads to the question about Kamala's Canadian status.

She's clearly a dual citizen. She is a legal citizen of Jamaica as well as an Anchor Baby citizen of the United States. Our Founding Fathers were very clear about dual, divided loyalties. She is NOT a second-generation, Natural Born Citizen.

Sorry for the second post, but at best, Kamala is a Native Born Citizen (also known as a first generation citizen). If Anchor Baby citizenship is ever ruled illegal, then she's no longer a citizen. (In 1982, the 14th Amendment was altered by one liberal Supreme Court justice to create the notion of Anchor Baby citizenship out of thin air. When President Eisenhower deported more than million Mexicans in the 1950s -- even the ones who were born here -- none of them went to court to claim they were U.S. citizens, because they knew they weren't.)

While I might wish this was true, just to muck up the dems plans, it is not clear to me that this issue will be a winner. Kamala was born in California and it is accepted law that children born on US soil are citizens. I have some qualms about that but it seems to be the way the law deals with it. The "natural born" tag is stated in the Constitution but NOT defined. Common use at the time gives suggestions of intent but that is NOT stated law. The area is grey. Certainly someone could challenge Harris' qualification but it's far from certain they would win. There is so much other stuff to go after Kamala and the dems with that would be far more fruitful.

#25, I don't think Jill the gatekeeper will let anyone of the female persuasion neat uncle Joe. I saw a series of statements from Dem women all thrilled that now a "woman of color" will be VP. Can Harris attract more women than Hillary did? We all know here that millions will vote the ticket ONLY because a woman is on it. None of those --or i should say, I suspect that none of these Dem women voted for McCain/Palin because of Palin's sex. It is an ideological thing. Keep our wits about us. I don't think this is going to be easy, but the survival of the Republic depends on defeating the dems.

Recall the rather immoral approach Kamalie supposedly took to gain stature in her legal career and her rather evil approach to prosecuting people. I think this fuss over her family blood lines is a waste of time. If I was her, I would be insulted to have been nominated all because of the higher melanin levels in my skin. She strikes me as a modern day Geraldine Ferraro. The Trump campaign should file a legal challenge just to get in the way. Meanwhile, just suppose we all rally behind the President and Vice President and make sure we vote in November and bring that expected landslide win.

This is idiotic. All four of my grandparents were immigrants. My father was born in 1909, one year after the family arrived here. There has never been any question of his citizenship, although the parents did not have time to become citizens. My mother was born about a year after her mother arrived here and married her father, a widower. No question about her citizenship. The children of illegal immigrants are citizens -- that is why "birthright citizenship" is an issue. Why would anyone make Kamala Harris's citizenship an issue? She is the worst candidate Biden's handlers could have picked. Just watch her for one minute -- she is the most unpleasant politician ever, totally unlikeable. She has an outrageous record as a prosecutor. She is not African-American. Why divert attention from these things by going on a wild-goose chase that will make people defend her instead of looking at the repulsive person she is?

Mark Hewitt does not know what he is talking about. The only requirement for being a "Natural Born Citizen" is for the baby to be born on United States territory and neither parent is a foreign diplomat. Kamala Harris was born in Oakland, California. Over a century ago, the Supreme Court ruled that the child born in California to oriental parents, neither of which were U,S. Citizens, was a U,S. Citizen based solely on where she was born. A byproduct of that ruling is "anchor babies," where women come to the United States (mainly from Mexico) to give birth to their children. Changing the law to stop this practice has been proposed over the last hundred years, but Congress has done nothing about it.

This is an important question because of precedent. If the Republicans had a brain in 2007, they would have made the case to the black community that we have no problem with a black President, just get this right and look elsewhere and disqualify Obama. They should have made foreign allegiance front and center because there is ample evidence that the majority of the black community is pro-USA. The Founders were rightfully concerned about foreign allegiance of the President and today that is more important than ever (ref. NBA, Apple, et.al.). This needs to be dealt with.

Harris's outrageous bullying and nastiness at the Kavanaugh hearing made a huge impression on me, so I looked into this nasty and wildly ambitious woman (and I am female), who rose in government thanks to her affair with the married Willy Brown, who bought her a BMW . But once she gained a foothold (and after he dumped her?) she announced she would prosecute him mightily if he remotely stepped out of line. Everything the woman has done seems to be to gain power......Biden better not let her stand behind him on a stairway. By the way, she is NOT Black: Indian and Jamaican and upper middle class at the very least in her upbringing--that bussing she complained of (during the debates) were that little girl, "me", going to advanced placement classes.

The other issue is the number of left wing idiots, feminazi's and "African Hyphen Americans that will vote for her and Biden's incipient Alzheimer's disease that will put her into the oval office and the destruction that her hatred of America will do to The USA. Biden wouldn't be POTUS for more than 6 months before Nazi Harris would be POTUS. THAT is scary. I'm honestly starting to believe that the Dems are nominating both of these dopes as a matter of "principle" ... even though they have none to speak of that I can mention. Kind of like McGovern. What's going on here, I believe, is the proverbial Hail Mary pass with 20 seconds left in the fourth quarter. Their own internal polls are probably showing Trump wins. So ... make a statement. Carry the flag. Maybe we can steal the election after all! The real agenda, however, seems to be that although they have written of the POTUS job they want to hold the House and/or take the Senate by getting Warren's & Sanders' supporters to show up. A Trump second term will be tied in knots --- again --- if he doesn't hold the Senate and also take back the House. Otherwise, a loss of either one means another impeachment attempt, more Soviet show trials palmed off as "hearings", subpoenas of financial records, etc. I think it's all about the down ticket --- not the top --- anymore.

#39 is NOT correct. The concept of birthright citizenship is NOT a completely settled matter. and even if it were the law review articles on this subject argue that natural born citizenship(the Constitutional requirement) is clearly NOT the same as Birthright citizenship. The Founders wanted to avoid dual loyalties-she is a dual citizen--ipso facto NOT qualified to serve as President.

39... Nobody is questioning her citizenship. They are questioning her eligibility for being elected Vice President which requires a narrower TYPE of citizenship. Neither of her parents were citizens of the U.S. She is an anchor baby. And, under Jamaican law, is ALSO a citizen of Jamaica by virtue of being born to a Jamaican citizen. Obama's eligibility was called into question because ONE of his parents was not a U.S. citizen. He skated on that because his MOTHER WAS a U.S. citizen. NEITHER of Harris' parents were citizens.

I don't want to seem like a crazy conspiracy theorist but Kamala's obvious ineligibility may be a feature and not a bug. The plan at the DNC might have been a president Pelosi all along.

Citizen, Schmitizen, Kamala "Ho" Harris is still a slut any which way you look at her past. Without paying lip service to Willie Brown's willy for several years, she would be working as an attorney in some non-profit advocacy outfit. Totally redefines the Peter Principle.

So it’s Senator Kamala Harris?
Want to bet?

Former Vice President Joe Biden seems to have announced Senator Kamala Harris as his running mate. There was an inquisitive photographer's shot of his notes suggesting just that. But there's also some question about whether she's really qualified. The media has already seeded the ground with quotes from some of the dumbest lawyers in America to state she is a “natural born citizen” under Article II of the U.S. Constitution, and is therefore, eligible to be vice president or president.

A new poll indicates that voters would favor a 2024 presidential election between Democratic New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and Republic Senator Mitt Romney. The poll released Thursday by Canadian polling firm Leger surveyed over 1,000 registered U.S. voters who listed the candidates as their top choices for GOP and Democratic nominations. Neither of the current candidates, President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden, were listed as choices.

Bill Gates this week added more flame to the fire in the ongoing debate over the usage of hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID-19, claiming that using the drug to treat the coronavirus carries with it the risk of "severe side effects" and arguing that medical officials should instead pursue the numerous "good therapeutic drugs" currently in development. Yet there is at present little evidence that "severe side effects" are common in COVID-19 patients who take hydroxychloroquine, with the majority of reported adverse events being relatively mild and only a small fraction of reported effects so far being dangerous and/or fatal.

On Thursday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” Attorney General William Barr said that, on Friday, there will be a development in U.S. Attorney John Durham’s investigation. Barr stated that the development is “not an earth-shattering development, but it is an indication that things are moving along at the proper pace, as dictated by the facts in this investigation.” Barr also vowed that there will be “significant developments” in the Durham probe prior to the 2020 election and maintained that the investigation is not being done on any schedule that relates to the election.Barr said, “I’ve said, there are going to be developments, significant developments

Prominent Democratic donor George Soros called President Donald Trump “dangerous” and asserted that Trump would do “anything to stay in power,” in a wide-ranging interview Tuesday with Italian newspaper La Repubblica. The 90-year-old Hungarian-American and billionaire philanthropist told La Repubblica that Trump is a “confidence trickster” who unexpectedly won the 2016 U.S. election and was inadvertently working to “undermine democracy from within,” per a translation of the interview on George Soros’ website. (Tweet) Soros added that Trump was a mere “transitory phenomenon” suggesting that his ascension to power was an anomalous four-year period in U.S. history
Why It Should Matter to Women That
Kamala Harris Slept Her Way Up

It is no secret but public knowledge that Kamala Harris slept her way up into California political life by being a very public escort and mattress for California Democrat Kingmaker Willie Brown. Willie Brown is 30 years older than Harris and was very married at the time. It was public. It was an embarrassment. With Joe Biden’s photo metaphorically the definition of the 25th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, voters will decide in November whether they want Harris to be their president some time in the next four years. Of almost equally significant concern is what Harris represents to hard-working women across the country who devote years to their careers
Lose the nasty words, Mr. President —

President Trump continues to be his own worst enemy: On Thursday, he stooped to calling presumptive vice-presidential nominee Kamala Harris a “mad woman.” That doesn’t promote his agenda. It doesn’t help him with women. It doesn’t shore up his image as worthy of the nation’s highest office. It’s just, as Trump would say, mean and nasty. Sure, Harris isn’t the first target of Trump’s ad hominem attacks or over-the-top language. But making everything personal is unbecoming. It turns off voters who like his policies but dislike his rhetoric.

Last night a group of anti-gentrification protesters in Seattle marched through a section of town for a couple hours to complain that white people were living on stolen land. Well, not stolen exactly. They aren’t claiming the black people who used to live in this neighborhood were pushed out at gunpoint. But they are claiming that an injustice has taken place because white people are now living in new homes in this formerly black neighborhood. The crowd of maybe 50 people was marching down the street after dark chanting “Black people used to live here!”

Commuters driving into downtown Boise the morning of Aug. 13 may have seen a new colorful billboard sign that reads “Black & Brown Folks Built This Country / (And We’re Doing It Again) / Join Us Or Get Out Of The Way.” It’s a strong phrase, and activist/organizer Tanisha Jae Newton said they are radically unapologetic about it. “This message is for folks within impacted communities to know that people recognize them and see them and their power,” said Newton. “These communities need hope and empowerment.”

MSNBC “Morning Joe” co-host Mika Brzezinski repeatedly ranted throughout Friday’s broadcast of the show over everything Donald Trump, suggesting that he was intentionally letting people die from COVID-19. Brzezinski, who appeared to be in a near state of rage throughout the show, repeatedly berated the president with names, and later, at the end of the show, said, “If you’re sensing a little intensity here, I’m a little amped up because this is an emergency.” The video clip below, compiled by Grabien News founder Tom Elliott, is a supercut video that shows the highlights from Brzezinski’s ravings. On Monday, all of America reeled at the sight of Chicago's Magnificent Mile being pillaged by roaming bands of thieves, who seemed to move with abandon through the city's downtown. Just one week prior, news networks spread similar images of a shootout in front of high-end boutiques on Oak Street. To downtown residents like Gary Hebding, it was no surprise. Hebding said he has seen continued crime downtown in recent months. "This is never something I've seen before in the four years that I've lived here," he said. "Those incidents are coming here downtown, and they are happening right here
Biden shouldn't rule out a

It has become almost conventional wisdom that if Joseph Biden is elected President this November he will only serve one term and not seek reelection in 2024. Given Biden's age, this makes intuitive sense. At 77, he is already the oldest person ever to be a major party candidate for President. Although his doctor says he's in good health for a man his age, there is no guarantee that he will remain so for another four years, let alone eight. This reality framed Biden's decision about choosing a running mate. Because of his age, Biden needed to choose somebody who

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) broke with President Trump on Friday by saying there is no debate over whether Sen. Kamala Harris is a U.S. citizen, remarks that came after the president encouraged a conspiracy theory that the California Democrat may not be eligible to serve as vice president because her parents are immigrants. In a pair of tweets, Graham, a frequent defender of Trump, said he disagreed with Harris on “plenty of issues,” calling her “one of the most liberal members of the U.S. Senate.” But he said there should be no debate over her citizenship status.
