WASHINGTON — Democrats are warning Republicans not to fill a possible Supreme Court vacancy this year after denying President Barack Obama the chance in 2016, saying it would embolden a push on the left to add seats to the court whenever they regain power. "We knew basically they were lying in 2016, when they said, 'Oh, we can't do this because it's an election year.' We knew they didn't want to do it because it was President Obama," Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., said in an interview. Kaine, the party's last vice presidential nominee and a lawmaker with a reputation as an

That's not a warning, that's a threat! Go for it! RBG hid her return of cancer [I've prayed for her, don't like to see anyone have to go through this kind of trial]. If she or Breyer were people of integrity, they'd have retired by now. But, they, too, are politicians to the end. DC corrupts absolutely. SC, Congress, or the WH, people change. It's a very sad thing. They cease representing the people and, instead, represent parties. PDT seems to be the once in a lifetime anomaly. MAGA!!! KAG!!! TRUMP 2020 AND BEYOND! I'll take three more vacancies for the win! RBG, Breyer, and Chief In-Justice John Roberts [the great morpher].

I don't think that he should either. Don't get buffalloed by the fake, manipulated polls. Biden has never had the ghost of a chance to beat Trump, even with the epidemic. McConnell should gracefully say that a Supreme Court seat should be awarded to the winner of the election. That way, once Trump wins re-election, he can nominate who he wants and the Democrats can say nothing about it.

#20, the agreed-upon so-called 'rule' was a president at the end of his second (and last) term of office should allow the next administration to fill the seat. It was of benefit to the leftards when it first came up, but when their ox got gored in 2016 they didn't like it as much as they had. So they can shut up and smile. Too bad, so sad.
