Forget the coveted Harvard MBA. You can learn all about regression analysis and trend forecasting and all the fancy stuff and how Nike branding is genius, but in the end, it turns out that when the far-left Marxist groups call in the chips, all the analysis goes away, and faculty members cravenly submit to the lies of the Marxist mob.
Nike is now in a real predicament, as its Ivy League–trained marketing and branding experts surely know that insulting the Fourth of July will cost the company half of its market. But once the Marxist central planning marketing board announces that you must submit, you submit!

Good article. My immediate reaction (from the headline) was, "I already do. I pay taxes to fund police, who are supposed to do their job and not turn a blind eye to vandals." But that is not the point or subject of the article.

I don't buy anything from Nike. I don't go to sporting events any more and miss my beloved baseball. I have cut the cable and don't use the Disney+ streaming app. I haven't been to a movie in over a year. I do have Netflix since I want some entertainment, but I never watch any of the woke programs on it. I'm a woman who is almost 70 and thus invisible to the market, but I can do my little bit.

#1 you pay the Gov, Mayor salaries too. The Police are instructed to as your wrote #turn a blind eye to vandals". If they don't follow orders they get fired. Don't dump on the Police, they are putting their lives on the line every single day, now more than ever.
As to the article, we try to practice what we preach, its difficult when every company panders unlike anything I've seen before. Their advertising groups are either complete idiots or all homegrown Marxists

#3, you are right about every company pandering to BLM, etc! Even my subscription toothbrush company sent me an email about supporting BLM. I wrote them a note and said, "You are a toothbrush company. You make and sell great toothbrushes. Have you seen the teeth of any of these screaming people as they throw bricks and Molotov cocktails at the police?" Me, either. Now go back to making toothbrushes. You can pander and demonstrate on your own time!

Great article, as it sinks in I see must read material because it got me thinking. Conservatives, or what ever we are because I include classic liberalism in the non-commie club, generally have jobs and just block out the BS and purchase based on value. We may never identify all the businesses are actively working against us as they suck up to the new communist overlords in the hope that they will be allowed to exist once the new order is fully established. But three things are easy and a great start:
1) Support companies that openly express traditional values
2) Defend the targets such as Goya
3) Boycott the Nike's where we don't have to quit our jobs to know they are working against the republic.

The headline should be reversed. Withhold your money to fight the jackasses. After all, they are nothing without white money to fund them.

"Just start aligning your retirement account with firms and organizations that share the same American values that you do, and then align your consumption in accord with those same values."
That's easy to say and there are certainly some high profile targets to eschew and to support but many corporations operate in stealth mode and it is difficult to tell the difference between the angels and demons. Are there people who figure it out and make naughty and nice lists? The smaller scale investor and purchaser may not know the good choices to make.

sitting around and typing up comments on websites is fine but not enough. When in public, speak up. Speak loudly and often. Then again. Then yet again. Contribute to key campaigns. Trump's campaign. Senate and house campaigns. All the way down to county dog catcher.

The most immediate thing we can do is to get President Trump re-elected, and get the House away from Pelosi. Keep the Senate also. Then, be very vocal and oppose the cancel culture. Write to you local newspaper, call you congress persons regularly.
Tell your local and state politicians you will only donate to them in person, so they better have more public events. Give them a check-no credit cards- and staple a note to it explaining your views.

If you want to have your say with your wallet, take a look at 2ndvote.com
It lists corporations by where they send their donations and who they support. You can make your own list of companies to boycott and companies to divest from.

Thanks for the link #11. As I suspected, the defense contractors I looked up were liberal or leaning liberal. Even USAA is leaning liberal. This highlights the other problem. Many companies in addition to the big guys are in some way linked to government business concerns. They comprise small subs to even mom and pop businesses. Any vendor which provides goods or services to the gov't. will have to abide by all of the regulations and diversity crap (depending on size) mandated by the swamp or no work for you. Unfortunately, the gov't. is embedded in so many "private" companies it's hard to tell who is really independent any more.

The writer insists that there are far more of us than there are evil elites. What he overlooks, though, is how easily sensible and decent people can be co-opted without even realizing it. Decency without "woke" is little to no obstacle for the Marxists.

Stop buying, entirely from those who hate us.
Stop buying on Amazon, for example. Amazon supports all this insanity.

This is a good idea.
I just now sent a clip from the article about BlackRock to my wealth manager, asking what he thought about it. We are up for a semi-annual rebalancing of my portfolio and I can move some money away from BlackRock if this is a correct view of what they are about.
It's my money, and it's certainly not in Bill Gates' class, but it is not a small amount, quite a bit could be moved around as I need to, of course not all of our money is in any one fund company.
Why support globalists who hate America?
