Democratic presidential hopeful Joe Biden struck a unifying tone with mourners during his virtual remarks at George Floyd's funeral in Houston on Tuesday as Floyd's death sparks calls for racial equality and police reform across the country. We can't turn away. We must not turn away," Biden said in a video address from his home in Delaware to the Fountain of Praise church in Houston.
“We cannot leave this moment thinking we can once again turn away from racism that stings at our very soul, from systemic abuse that still plagues American life," he continued.

Sure we can. We will need to wait for the months long trial, but at this point, looking at the only actual FACTS that are released to the public, the autopsy, it looks like a illegal drug overdose caused respiratory distress and then a panicked fight with police caused a heart attack along with the depressed respiration from the high levels of illegal opiates in his system.

Hey, hollow-head Biden. What evidence do you have that racism was involved?

He wasn’t there. He never intended to be there. It was important to Ben Crump, Al Sharpton and Biden’s campaign that he NOT be there but that he do a scripted, staged video because no one knows what he is going to say or do these days. How would it have looked for him to have his minder/coach Jilly standing by him and guiding his moves and trying to head of any of his gaffes? What will he ever do in live debates? Or do they have a plan for that, too?

Oh yes the gentle giant who spent his life on humanitarian works, a volunteer at a hospice care center, planning on going to law school but it probably would have been at the prison law library. Put in his free time working at the local food bank and tutored school kids in mathematics. Always willing to give all he could to others. Has been clean and sober good years and was studying to become a drug and alcohol recovery counselor. The loss to society is immeasurable. His body should lie in state in the DC Capital Rotunda for three days so mourners could post respects to this wonderful man.

Biden can't turn away because he doesn't have the muscle control and would just face plant in his basement.

Convict his killers for sure but for a while I thought GF’s various services were going to rival John McCain’s never-ending saga. Apparently there were no trains available.

I wonder how many takes and/or edits were required for this speech. If it weren't for covid19, Biden's jig would have been up months ago.

when did videotaped remarks become a 'virtual address???'
and why has a drug induced death of a violent felony become a presidential funeral?

Lying headline, to fool any who weren't really paying attention. He didn't deliver an address at the Houston funeral, he recorded a video to be played there. It was neither at the location, nor at the time.
Campaign Biden might as well be carrying around his own blue screen to stand in front of, so the fake news media can digitally superimpose him onto any scene they want for their custom-crafted narrative.

Isn't that special? These remarks are coming from an individual who belongs to the Democrat Party. The very party that defended slavery and even had a Ku Klux Klan member in Congress. This is the party that supports abortion where the original intent was to abort black babies namely Margaret Sanger. Ah yes, the candidate that now says, "We cannot leave this moment thinking we can once again turn away from racism that stings at our very soul, from systemic abuse that still plagues American life." Yet, it is Democrat policies that failed George Floyd and Derek Chauvin.
How you might ask? George Floyd had methamphetamines and fentanyl in his system shown by the autopsy report. We had Barack Obama leading America down a frightening path by legalizing marijuana. Democrat policy that is a big failure.
Now we have to hear the cry of "defund the police" when these individuals on the Minneapolis City Council just kicked the can down the road. Everyone is pointing fingers at everyone else but can't seem to understand the concept that these are weak Democrat leaders.
Derek Chauvin needed anger management classes and some kind of discipline and Amy Klobuchar dismissed something was necessary. Democrat policy that is a big failure.

Watch me, Joe. If they can kill thousands of their babies every year and shoot their neighbors in Chicago every week, why can't I live with the idea that they don't care so why should I?.

Is it just me, or is this like the fourth funeral for this guy? Exactly when are they going to plant this person, or are they going to put him in a glass case like Lenin and put him on display for generations.

Hey, during the all day, all channels coverage of the George Floyd funeral there was some good news. The Pope is going to push for the canonization of George Floyd as a saint. The bad news, getting Biden elected as President is the miracle required to push Saint George over the top.

If I NEVER hear the name of George Floyd again, it will be too soon!! His funerals and memorials have managed to make the John McCain state funeral look like amateur hour!! I am grateful for my DVR so I am able to record what I want to see and fast forward through the memorial bull crap!! ENOUGH, already!!!

Hey Pervy Joe, if YOU and other Democraps had done their jobs vs. pandering to everyone to get votes your party would be in much better shape. BUT since you all insist on trashing America and trying to make it your Communist Hell, there you are!

Thirty-five years in congress and eight years as VP to America’s first black president and Biden turned away the entire time.
