The Supreme Court is expected to rule on June Medical Services, LLC v. Russo, a case that calls into question the constitutionality of an abortion clinic regulation in Louisiana, in the coming month. The imminent ruling has the potential to reshape the future of abortion industry litigation, advancing the pro-life movement in one of the most significant ways since Roe v. Wade. The law in question is Louisiana’s Unsafe Abortion Protection Act, which requires abortion providers to hold admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of their practice.

Abortion, gay marriage, Obamacare ... and others - isn't it nice to have the Supreme Court make law for us instead of our elected representatives and senators?

The reason for the law is that there are situations that cannot be handled in a clinical setting. My primary care physician is in a clinic that is very well rated and my care is excellent. That being said an ambulance comes sometimes to take people to the hospital when the problem cannot be solved in a clinical setting .

If black lives matter, why do the baby murderers killing millions of black babies before birth not count?

Since I'm old enough to remember, one of the arguments to legalize abortion was to protect women from getting abortions in less than proper medical facilities - "back-alley abortions", "abortion mills", "coat hangers."
The idea was, if anything went wrong, the women couldn't get proper medical care.
Now, they want to pretend abortions are no more dangerous than having a tooth pulled.

#3 Black lives matter...unless it’s a vulnerable and defenseless black baby. That’s why this bunch has no moral high ground. And as Mark Twain said, “no amount of evidence will persuade an idiot!”

I fear that John Roberts’ Trump-hatred will cause him to vote with the liberals. Sad!

Roberts has already proven that the lie-berals have some really juicy blackmail-quality stuff on him.
So he will do what he is told, and side with the lie-berals any time it really matters. They throw him a bone on occasion on minor cases so as to not make it look too obvious. But when the important cases come up, they just send him one of those incriminating pictures and he knows what he has to do.

John Roberts is Harriet Miers.
He'll vote the wrong way.
Count on it.

Remember the dems were the KKK-now the same white dems are killing black babies. The problem is NOT Trump or the republicans. Blacks still support those that lynched them and kill their babies. When will you wake up and learn. Blacks abort more babies in abortion in 4 days than all the lynchings combined.

I don't think anyone has anything on Roberts. IMO he is just a squish who seeks Beltway Respectability over all else. Smart guy with a mediocre character.

I don’t suppose anyone on the Left sees any disconnect between the rhetoric about “back alleys” and “coat hangers” and a regulation requiring hospital admission privileges.

If the lefty dems & rinos have there way, the law enforcers would be banished and so there would be no need for lawyers & judges. The Supremes would also have to go and the people would just be nice to eachother as they make daisy chains all day. S/
