The ongoing chaotic mismanagement of the coronavirus crisis would seem to jeopardize President Trump’s reelection prospects; however, an analysis of the Electoral College vote puts Trump in a favorable reelection position.
My projection gives Trump 249 and Joe Biden 248 electoral votes. Three states — Arizona (11 electoral votes), Pennsylvania (20 electoral votes), and Wisconsin (10 Electoral votes) — are toss-up states. Trump won all three in 2016, and he has a good chance to win these states again in 2020.
Several factors work in Trump’s favor. First, former Vice President Joe Biden’s debating and campaigning performances have ranged from inarticulate to incoherent. Also, his expressions and tone of speech

All you have to see is the video today with Jill Biden reading what Joe should have been saying, but he can't. Sorry, but I have seen that empty look on both of my parents faces, as well as my mother in law. We cared for all three as they aged and watched them slip into dementia, some further than others, but sadly all three died from it a co-morbidity. What Jill Biden is doing to her husband, for whatever motives she has, is elder abuse. This man should be out of the spotlight, aging in place, and where he can't hurt himself or someone else (like a young girl or woman).

What they are doing to Biden should be criminal. However, he has done worse to others. Do Democrats seriously think Biden is up to a debate with Trump? Unless moderators give him silly baby questions (what colors are on the US flag?) he will look as pathetic as he is and no one could vote for that. I've said from the start he's a place holder and I do think it's for Hillary. Just think of all the negative press she is escaping not having to actually campaign to win. She still wants to be president.

Have experienced the same as #1 with my father.
It’s most certainly heartbreaking.
As far as I’m concerned what doktor Jill is putting her husband thru now, is senior abuse.
Right now the only decision gropey joe should be entrusted with is whether to watch a rerun of “Gunsmoke”, or “Law and Order SVU”.

Mr. Sandman, with his hate-colored glasses, sees "chaotic mismanagement", where those of us without our hate-colored glasses on see a President doing a very difficult balancing act, pretty darned well.
Trump has been trying to balance the economic well being of the country against the millions of deaths that he was warned were coming.
Whether the warning was right or wrong -- it was judged, "by the experts", at the time as credible, and regardless of whatever the "miracle" of 20-20 hindsight might now show, it was a difficult yet probably the correct decision - GIVEN WHAT WAS KNOWN AT THE TIME. And China's lies figure into this significantly, too.
But now, we have either A) bent the curve over successfully by isolating ourselves or perhaps B) discovered that perhaps the virus isn't as deadly or as easily spread in most of the USA as it is in the densely packed, jammed sidewalks, packed elevators, filled commuter trains and jammed subways of NYC. NYC is clearly not a very good model for the rest of the USA. Even LA, pretty dense...but with minimal high rise apartment buildings, fewer high rise office buildings, no subway and fewer buses had a very different trajectory.
I think Trump will win, and that, even with the Enemedia screaming lies against him, will win big.

Those of us who have lost parents, spouses, or grandparents to this disease know Joe is very sick. Simply unthinkable to put a person with compromised mental acuity due to illness under such stress. It only accelerates the disease. Jill Biden wants to be First Lady and the power behind the throne so bad she is willing to sacrifice her husband for it. Disgusting and evil.

The dems believed the polls stating that Hillary would win by a landslide so they were unprepared for cheating. This time they will be ready with boxes of ballots after the polls close depending on how many they need. Any precinct with over 100% of registered voters voting should NOT be counted.

#3, I vote for Gunsmoke. Great array of character actors - it's fun to watch for them. Edward Asner, Lee J. Cobb, Burt Reynolds, Eric Braeden (Victor Newman on Young and the Restless) Gomer Pyle's Marine Sgt.,l and on and on! There are episodes where the character actor plays a bad guy, and a few years later plays a good guy! And one of the best was Festus, played by Ken curtis, I think, who replaced Frank Sinatra sas vocalist for Jimmy Dorsey in 1943.
Curtis shows up in early episodes in a variety of different characters. The whole Festus shtick, right down top the squinty right eye were all affectations for the role of Festus.

Ken Curtis was great in several roles but his best career move was marrying the boss's daughter

My dad had Alzheimer's. It's dreadful and heartbreaking. I personally don't think Biden will be on the debate stage. He will have gotten much worse by then. As you all know, this mental decline doesn't reverse itself. So enter Hillary. I doubt if she can rally enough of her former followers but who knows? I think over the last few years since she lost to Trump, she has probably turned some folks against her. But did they turn to Bernie or Trump?

Not just boxes of ballots, stacks of mail-in ballots (Cuomo is making sure millions are being mailed out whether you wanted them or not). Millions of votes from undocumented guest citizens from all over the world. Millions of "harvested" ballots. Provisional votes. Votes in multiple states from snowbirds and college students. The votes of all the Civil War, Spanish American war and WWI vets and their entire families. And then there is the counting - the loss of military ballots, loss of boxes being delivered from red precincts and anything else they can think of. I think that Trump will win the majority of legal votes, even coming close in places like California. And the deep state RINOs will smile and say "not us". And the cowardly Republicans will re-assume their subordinate position while promising to do better in only you put them back in the majority next election. So don't think he is "on course" and vote, and get everyone you know that supports Trump to vote and hope it is enough.

My daughters and I shepherded my parents through their declines and deaths. They were both teachers and seeing dementia take hold and overwhelm their personalities and minds was a very painful process. Joe Biden is significantly affected and I agree that what's being done to him is cruel. At best. Too bad this isn't a comedy show. Joe would be Walter, the talking dummy, and Jill would be Jeff Dunham. And then it might be funny.

Also - Biden performed terribly in the primaries with the young leftists-in-training on college campuses. He barely captured 10% in many states.

Biden is no contender.
Omusbro endorsed him only after no one else was there.
Biden will be made to be a fool - eaten alive by Mr. President 2020.

Biden is not going to be the nominee. Biden is the fall guy and was put in place at this point to sink Bernie and that is it. The elites will pick someone just as they picked Obama. Democrats will not have a say in who they will vote for. The media and elites are deciding right now.

If Joseph Biden shows up to debate President Trump it will be all over for Biden so he can’t debate Trump. The Democrat big shots know that, but before they can replace Biden they have to get Bernie Sanders out of the race. The question is how do the Democrat big shots bypass Sanders and get him out of the race without loosing Sander’s supporters?
