Rap icon and fashion mogul Kayne West told GQ magazine that he is “definitely voting” in November and intends to support President Donald Trump and urges black Americans to ignore the media’s manipulative messaging.
During the wide-ranging interview published in the men’s magazine on Wednesday, West explained his decision to support President Trump and don his red “Make America Great Again” cap. GQ asked if the Grammy-winner considered himself a “forward thinker.”

Mr West show great ability to think for himself.
Backs used to only vote Republican. Then Lyndon started his Great Society, giving away billions of dollars per year in perpetually, in order to buy black votes. It worked so good that blacks voted practically 100% for what ever democrat was running for every office.
Now the democrat party simply uses them and gives them nothing in return.
Let’s face it. No one party is perfect and deserves a blanket vote.
Blacks will achieve real equality when their votes are such that each party is forced to hear them.
Right now neither party listens to that as their vote is pre decided.
Trump has gotten their attention and has finally got brave blacks, like West to speak up and not be afraid of the group mentality.

Only the experts can screw this up. Kanye and others, although I detest their "artistry", are challenging "The Community" to actually think and act rather than be told and just be loud. Opportunity is not being denied by society. It's denied by the self-segregationists within The Community. Let this nascent awakening proceed without outside intervention.

A lot of Black problems can only be solved by Blacks as individuals. That requires overthrowing the victim mentality. The dems/media/Left are hammering on EVERYTHING as racist. A virus comes out of China and is taking a toll on health compromised people, like those who are obese and have high blood pressure. Blacks are being hit harder by the virus because they have problems with obesity and high blood pressure. So, racism!????
Why is racism being hyped? Because it is something that the dems/media/Left has used that gets some knee jerk traction no matter how absurd it is. Independant, thinking Blacks have realized they are being dog whistled, the absurdity of it, and are fed up with being used. Kanye doesn't want to be owned by either side. That's a healthy attitude.
Trump has shown that when the American People are "helped" by government getting out of the way, Blacks are helped as much or more than other Americans, as long as they are willing to take advantage of it by working to get ahead. How many Blacks have realized that? Trump only got 6% of the Black vote in 2016. 28% of the Hispanic vote. If Trump gets 12% of the Black vote and 40% of the Hispanic vote in 2020, it would have equalized the 2016 popular vote and the dems are toast.
Kanye is going to make many Blacks take a hard look at their political choices. That is death to the dems.

I don't get my advice from Hollywood types no matter who they back. Particularly those with such abrasive personalities.

When Kanye first came on the scene, I thought who does he think he is? Well, like our President, he's definitely one of a kind. I admire people who go against the grain and are not afraid to take shot or stand up, especially for our country. Along the way, I watched a few of his interviews and found him to be humble and honest. He's also responsible for bringing Candace Owens into the fore.
With all that, I wish him success and happy to have Kanye West on our side.

This is the Democrats' worst nightmare. Blacks finally waking up and leaving the plantation. Trump can do it. They not only like his swag, they instinctively know that he isn't racist. And he isn't.

I really don't know much about West, his world has almost no intersection with my world.
But, now that he is breaking free of the Dems and leftists telling him what to do, how to think and and who to vote for, and he is helping others to "escape the Dem plantation", that is a good thing.

I am still surprised at how much respect I now have for West. Now if he could just put the brakes on his left of liberal wife Kim.
