Gov. Jay Inslee’s announcement of a plan to release hundreds of inmates from Washington prisons has left unanswered questions, with officials unable to share a detailed plan on Tuesday for who will be freed and exactly how the changes will protect inmates left in state lockups. (Snip) The announcement of the planned releases has frustrated some on both sides of the issue, with prisoner advocates worrying it won’t go far enough, victim advocates concerned about sexual assault survivors

So let me get this straight. Ordinary citizens who do nothing wrong have to stay quarantined from each other or become punished by any number of dictatorial proclamations by their fascistic governor, but criminals are free to leave quarantine and do whatever they want?

Of course he needs to make room in the prisons to house the ordinary citizens protesting the loss of their freedoms...

People WILL die that would otherwise not have died.
Inslee will be literally, directly, predictably responsible for their deaths.
Will there be any legal retribution possible for this clear negligent homicide?

Plainly, the convicted criminals need to remain in quarantine..
....unless Inslee is trying to kill them with the virus.

When will Americans who call themselves Democrats realize that their leaders do not give a damn about them?
Democrat mayors and governors throughout the land are closing legitimate businesses and opening prison cell doors.
What could possibly go wrong with criminals roaming the streets with no place to go?

For one small moment, think about how MUCH money, time, and effort that has been spent to investigate, prssecute, give court time to and incarcerate the criminals--regardless of what crimes were committed--
Then, realize that the recidivism of convicts is a REAL problem and then you have all the elements for anarchy.
This is not the Bastille~

How on earth does anybody think this is a good idea. It would seem that the IDEAL situation to impose a quarantine would be prison.

Green River Killer Gary Ridgeway will be delighted. He can add to his tally of 70+ murders while the rest of society cowers in their homes.

History shows that most will reoffend making more work for liberal Democrat defense lawyers paid for by the State of Washington.

This is when prison wardens and sheriffs, any person running a lock-up takes one look at the quota of prisoners he is supposed to let loose and either place that in the circular file, Gov's move next... or draft a letter of resignation.

With all the inmates out of jail, the jailers should be laid off, the police and sheriff's, judges, all let go. Nothing for them to do. Quit paying them!
