As Trump rails against mail voting,
some allies embrace it

President Donald Trump is claiming without evidence that expanding mail-in voting will increase voter fraud. But several GOP state officials are forging ahead to do just that, undermining one of Trump’s arguments about how elections should be conducted amid the coronavirus outbreak. While Trump has complained that voting by mail is “ripe for fraud,” Republican state officials in Iowa, Ohio and West Virginia have all taken steps to ease access to mail-in ballots, following health officials’ warnings that voting in person can risk transmission of the deadly virus. The Nebraska’s Republican governor urged voters to apply for absentee ballots.

In PA we now have mail in ballots as an option. People are not happy with our legislators for passing this. The bill was passed way before the virus and we all begged our representatives not to vote for it. Well they did and we are just waiting for the fraud to begin. By the way, this is an AP article. AP is among the liberal militants that write fake news daily.

Can you imagine what would happen to this country if someone other than Trump wins the coming Presidential election? Trump is not Our Savior, but he was not afraid to mention the name of Jesus Christ in prayer on Good Friday. I have got to believe that this country's resurrection won't come about because of what some politician or technocrat wills for it. His Will Be Done. Please God, help our country come back to life. There are way too many dishonest people (30%?) in this country to put up with no voter ID, mail-in voting (except in some specific cases), same day registration, etc. There is no need to 'drag' people into voting. I don't trust the current voting system.

There are LAWS pertaining to our most cherished right as CITIZENS. Therefore, only US CITIZENS should vote. Nobody would want to curb this right. The problem comes when there are those who want to bend THE LAW to allow for persons who are not registered to vote, those who are NOT citizens, illegals, felons, those who have moved away or DEAD PEOPLE show up or attempt to vote against the laws on the books. Photo ID can help stop this at the polling location, but when ballots are sent out to EVERYONE, and then even weeks AFTER the date of the election they are "harvested", this throw the reliability and the veracity of the vote into question. After the votes have been cast, they are counted (provided they all come in from the polling places) and the week after, those that came in the mail are counted and then verified using certain criteria which proves they are valid, and then added to the election day totals. Most persons on that ballot board are WELL AWARE of the laws of the state regarding proofing the mail in ballots. How do we KNOW FOR SURE that someone who might just have a mail-in ballot handy is not PAID to sell it to someone offering $$$ for it? How do we KNOW that Mr. Soros and his minions haven't been offering BOUNTY money for each vote "harvested"??? There should be no such thing as someone who is not named on the mailing label touching the ballot, and without proper ways to prevent FRAUD from happening, this should not stand--REGARDLESS OF PARTY affiliation

The allies of our enemy are not our allies! Absolutely no mail in voting! We already have absentee ballots for those who qualify, and even those need much better control and scrutiny. Democrats are criminals, and criminals will always find ways to cheat the system. On the subject of mail-in ballots, how are officials to be able to recognize counterfeits? Most laymen can't detect counterfeit money, so ballots would be much easier to produce. Democrats would visit every cemetery and take names from headstones, then crank up the printing presses in democrat basements!

Is it really worth a little safety today by not having to vote in person with a picture ID, for a lifetime of servitude to Marxist Communist democrats harvesting fraudulent votes. I remember around 20 years or so ago when several voting districts had 1,000's more votes counted than they had voting age populations. When the Republicans took their case before the courts the judges had the perfect answer for the Marxist Communist democrats. The judges simply asked the Republican complainants, 'which of these extra democrat or republican votes do you suggest the courts toss out as being fraud. We have no way of knowing which votes are real and which votes are fraud.' The courts ruling was in all cases that all votes must be accepted and counted even the 1000's of extra votes in order to not disenfranchise any voters into thinking their vote did not count. Naturally the Marxist Communist democrats won those districts by and overwhelming majority. That is how in most cases they get majority control over state governments, and once they do there is never any turning back to freedom from their majority tyranny and control over the voting process. It is all the over 100 year plan to establish a One World Government of Marxist Communism control over the entire world which today they are calling 'A New World Order'. Marxist Communist Globalist brainwashed control over all people that they leave alive to work after they have reduced the world population to their sustainable world population of 1.5 to 2 billion people.

No, no a thousand times NO to vote by mail. Those idiot governors need to open their eyes and look at the states who have had this process for decades. But hey the Ryan led RINO's gave the House to the democrats, so I expect no less from them than trying to destroy out nation by giving the Presidency to Cuomo. You all know it is only a matter of time that Cuomo is gonna be announced as the real candidate for Fall. Either outright or as the VP, Cuomo is most likely the dark horse for the DNC.

Unfortunately, I live in Washington state. We have had vote by mail for years. That is the biggest reason the west side of the state always controls everything. It is also why they are able to find boxes of more ballots when they need to. It has happened at least twice in governor races, Why is it that whenever any precinct anywhere finds more ballots it always favors the democrats?

Switzerland votes by mail, and has no issue with it. That said, Switzerland is 1.5 times of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with population to match (8.3 million). First off, you don't just stroll into the country and become a citizen. Suffice it to say they don't bestow citizenship easily, and mostly not at all. They know exactly where each Swiss citizen resides and they mail them a ballot. Once all the ballots are back they count the votes with Swiss precision. It is absolutely THE best form of voting for them however, it only works for THEM. Americans are far too sloppy, and corrupt to follow such rules. Sorry, it's best for us to have everything done in broad daylight for all to see.

My homebound nonagenerian mother has voted absentee for many years. I register her by mail and she fills her ballot and I mail it. I fear if she relied on a stranger caregiver to oversee the process there would be ample opportunity for her ballot to be mismarked or for it to never be mailed.

I could probably go along with allowing folks to request absentee ballots. But just mass mailing ballots to everyone on the voter rolls is a big NO. But understandable why the Rats would be all in on it. The rolls are loaded with the deceased, who you know would all faithfully vote straight line Rat on the ballot. It's why the Rats fight tooth and nail against removing the dead from the rolls.

This is so disingenuous and is frustrating to see this issue so poorly debated by both pro and con sides. This article and many MSM herd want to equate mail in ballots and absentee ballots. They are not and the opponents never make the distinction thereby making the average person think, what is wrong with a reasonable option. That is exactly what they want! Absentee ballots must be requested by a voter and an application filled out that verifies their identity before the vote is remitted. On the converse mail in ballots ( that dems and MSM) are pushing is to send every registered voter a ballot tegardless of a request and WITHOUT ANY ID VERIFICATION. The voter rolls in most states do not purge dead voters, have not ever verified if a registered voter is who they say they are, nor updated addresses. So a mass mailing of ballots to such a flawed list of voters will end up providing ballots to unknown individuals that happen to in a previous address of a deceased person, an illegal or ineligible person who lives at an address on the voter list, or ballots undeliverable and floating around for anyone to submit. It also allows partisan groups to hit up elderly homes and otherwise handicapped individuals to “ASSIST” in filling out their ballot. None of these situations will ever be caught as fraud. These are just a few of the obvious bits of evidence the article snidely dismisses as without proof. Some things are just common sense.

How about linking any mail-in voting to proportional allocation of Electoral College votes. No more winner-take-all by any State. There are 435 House districts, and each is a EC vote. Allow each Senator to cast their EC vote as they desire, likely partisan. This would narrow the scope of any malfeasance, and it would likely motivate many who don't think their vote will matter since they live in a deep blue state, for instance, to cast a ballot. But, all mail-in voting must be done by mail, have ZERO drop-off locations. Thus, someone can be prosecuted for mail fraud if they voted illegally. Sadly, it's been proven Republican voters don't like to allow someone to "harvest" their vote, which make one wonder why Democrats don't seem to have similar reservations, unless many of those people don't realize they are actually voting. Jury duty is generally pooled from voter registration rolls, but in California they had about 450,000 people state they could not serve on a jury due to ineligible.

I have counted absentee, mail in ballots. And three times, THREE SEPARATE ELECTIONS, some Democrat has shown up with another "bag" of votes they found in the trunk of their car. It is outrageous and it is always Democrats. The only way Dems can win is through fraud. And weeny Republicans will gladly help.

This and Ballot Harvesting is EXACTLY how the Democrats stole California and made it into a monopoly for the Democrats. Now, no Republicans can get elected here even in areas that have always been Republican majority. The movement even began back when March Fong Eu was SOS of California. Eventually, the Dems started heavily gerrymandering (they even found ways to manipulate and bamboozle the new Citizen Committee for Redistricting!), changing the election laws and manipulating the actual elections until they created a system where they can run completely unopposed. Now, the Dems are incrementally working in all the other states one at a time and nobody seems to notice!!! The frog is slowly boiling and soon it will be too late to save his life!!

In an open letter released Sunday, Pro-Life Evangelicals for Biden urged him to “honor his commitment” and include the Hyde Amendment in Democrats’ $1.9 trillion COVID-19 spending package, writing “we feel used and betrayed.” The letter states: We are very disappointed about the COVID-19 relief package’s exclusion of the Hyde Amendment, a longstanding bipartisan policy that prevents taxpayer funding for abortion. [snip] As pro-life leaders in the evangelical community, we publicly supported President Biden’s candidacy with the understanding that there would be engagement [with] us on the issue of abortion and particularly the Hyde Amendment

If you had any doubts that Meghan Markle is a manipulative piece of work, her bombshell Oprah interview Sunday night dumping on the British monarchy would set you straight. Prince Harry’s American wife accused his family of hateful racism against her baby, claimed they refused to protect her and drove her to the point of suicide. She made the incendiary and implausible charge that when she was pregnant with Archie, the royal family decreed that her unborn son would be denied the title of “prince” because her mixed race meant he might have dark skin.

Nancy Pelosi’s top priority is to turn America into a one-party nation ruled by Democrats. Her bill HR 1 trashes the U.S. Constitution in an attempt to rig the system and make it virtually impossible to elect a Republican president or Congress again. It’s a power grab. The bill eviscerates state voting laws and forces all the states to conform to a set of rules that includes automatic voter registration. Anyone who goes to a DMV or applies for food stamps, Medicaid or other social services, or attends a public college will be automatically enrolled to vote. Noncitizens are obligated to identify themselves and opt out,

I’m probably second to none in my dislike for Meghan Markle. There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred. And the problem is that, when it comes to that left-wing diva, Meghan Markle, it’s hard to believe most of what she says. After weeks of hype, CBS finally televised Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah.

Rep. Steve Cohen vowed to renew the push to remove former FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover’s name from the bureau’s downtown Washington headquarters, according to an interview released Monday. Appearing on Yahoo! News’ Skullduggery podcast, the Tennessee Democrat said the effort is getting a fresh look after the release of a new movie highlighting the FBI’s secret program to discredit civil rights activists. The Washington Times in 2019 first reported Democrats’ bid to strip the longtime FBI director’s name from the bureau’s headquarters. Mr. Cohen said the impetus to revive the bid is the new movie, “Judas and the Black Messiah.” The movie details

“There must have been a moment, at the beginning, when we could have said –-no. But somehow we missed it.” Tom Stoppard The millions of Americans who were paying attention throughout the 2020 election campaign all became painfully aware of the fact that Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities were slipping and slipping fast. His wife, as the person closest to him, should have been the one to call the campaign quits in order to reduce stress on the man. Instead, apparently so anxious to become the First Lady by any means necessary, Mrs. Biden continued to push her failing husband’s campaign forward as if he were mentally qualified.
