the microphone and push him down'

The nation's top infectious disease expert, Dr. Anthony Fauci, described the challenges of working with the Trump administration during the coronavirus pandemic in an interview with journal Science published Sunday. Asked how he responds to falsehoods from the President during press conferences, Fauci said, "I can't jump in front of the microphone and push him down," according to the interview. "OK, he said it. Let's try and get it corrected for the next time," Fauci said. The director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, Fauci has advised six presidents and has played a central role in the White House's Coronavirus Task Force. "I'm sort of exhausted," Fauci said in the interview.

Many of us are sick of the duplicitous Dr. Fauci...

Fauci is a weasel and a face for the deep State just like Meuller. He is the reason we are overreacting to this whole China bug. The Democrats have found the golden egg in trashing the economy prior to the election.. The regular flu to date has taken 13,000 American lives this season out of the 38,000,000 cases. The China bug has yet to infect 1,000,000 world wide with only 300 deaths in the US. Go away Dr Fauci. Your 15 minutes are up. Get Back to Work America!

Dr. Fauci was on the FNC Mark Levin program last evening and he did not talk like that about President Trump. Chances are CNN misrepresented Fauci’s comments to attack Trump and create controversy. To the contrary, while on the Levin program Fauci said that anytime he explained the scientific aspects of a problem related to the corona virus pandemic to Trump, that Trump went along with him 100% of the time. Fauci is a DC career “Deep State Super Bureaucrat” and in that position is highly likely to politically support the political party of big government, the Democrats, who always give the DC Super Bureaucrats increasing amounts of money to keep expanding their bureaucratic ivory tower federal agencies.

One hopes Dr Fauci isn’t the height challenged version of James Comey, beloved by the DNC press while undermining the President whenever possible. If Fauci and his Democrat dominated NIH keep denying that the malaria drug combined with the antibiotic arithromycin hasn’t had a controlled test after 3 months of tracking the disease we’ll know that the good doctor is a party loyalist first, a physician second and a public servant last. How much more time does the NIH and FDA need to approve the use of these two long approved medications?

One explanation could be that Dr. Faucci, for all his good points in this crisis, is still a two-faced weasel who will say one thing to your face (Pres. Trump and Mark Levin) and another thing behind your back (Science magazine). I long ago learned that the least trustworthy people are those who do that. The guy who says he's going to screw you and shoot down everything you want is the most honest person you'll ever deal with. Because you know you'd better be on guard 100%.

I get ALL my news off this website, that is unless looking to post articles. It would seem to me that President Trump has his meetings with VP Pence's group before going on camera with daily updates from the White House. He uses the people behind him to fill in the blanks to the mostly hostile press. It is not President Trump's responsibility (as members of Congress have shown in their own subcommittees) to be an EXPERT on everything, et al. He is doing excellent to try to calm US in these uncertain times, in spite of the ongoing "fake news" personal attacks and misinformation.

Re his Levin interview, is it possible that Fauci may have decided (or been told) the he’d gone too far with his mockery (the “facepalm”) and remarks like this one to CNN, and that it was time to pivot before he found himself out of a job or at least the object of the President’s wrath? I believe Fauci is capable of being two-faced as suits his purposes. Whether he succeeds with that is up to the President and those watching him who have discerning minds.

So who jumps in front of the microphone and push Fauci down when HE says something false (which he has)? So far the Trump administration has exercised great restraint in not publicly humiliating Fauci. But I suspect it will come, especially if he keeps unfiltering his opinions on CNN.... "It's not unreasonable to make the assumption" that cases will die down come spring, Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, told NPR. "We hope when the weather gets warmer it will diminish a bit," he says.

The doctor was interviewed by the journal Science. CNN paraphrases the question that was asked and purportedly quotes the doctor's response. So a game of telephone with two entities that I don't have much confidence in. Can we see the video or hear the audio tape of the interview? Given the doctors cautious phrasing I doubt he would respond to a question that essentially accused the President of deliberate falsehoods in the fashion presented by CNN. I doubt he has a MAGA hat but given the discrepancies I have witnessed between CNN reporting and hearing/seeing the actual event I suspect neither the question or the answer are honestly reported. However, firing most of the federal bureaucracy is fine with me, starting with the person who did not restock the federal stockpile of N95 masks after the 2009 H1N1 outbreak depleted the supply.

Career DC Deep State Super Bureaucrats believe they are in office to slow things down until they render approval of any issue that the US Government becomes involved in, through a process that has been commonly called "Red Tape", so it is not out of the ordinary that Dr. Fauci would believe that President Trump should not jump ahead and offer people dying of the corona virus the chance to be voluntarily administered off label generally safe drugs that were not yet approved by the Super Bureaucrats after long inter-agency testing and approval process for that specific purpose.. President Trump, a businessman who gets things done fast does not think that way, as Trump considers that off label compassionate use of such drugs by dying patients should take place, if the patient agrees, because what does the patient have to loose, if him or her will definitely die if the drug is not administered. Fauci while talking about Trump's thinking, has said that Trump is all about giving dying people hope, while he (Fauci) is all about science. So it is natural that at times Fauci and Trump would not agree. There is nothing sinister about all that, accept that such disagreements serve as a basis for the politicized so-called 24/7 mainstream (liberal) media that is really the propaganda arm of the Democrat Party the opportunity to create controversial and sensational misleading news.

What the lying sack of man ewer Fauci is not telling the American people, is that the drug Chloroquine has been in use for over FIFTY years, it is considered very safe already, it is av available in every country, and it is perfectly legal for your doctor to prescribe it off-label TODAY to save your life. All you have to do is ask. The only possible thing Fauci's advice can do, is hurt people. There are now several human trials under way for effectiveness. Some have already completed. The reports are phenomenal results. Remember, coronovirus (the communist or socialist virus, if you can't say Chinese) doesn't just kill you or not kill you. It can destroy the lungs of people who do recover, including your children. We are not going to sacrifice two million American lives while this little paper pusher defends his little fiefdom. I think he needs a seven year sabbatical starting last week. But even the Chinese probably don't want him.

#14 - the FDA doesn't need to approve chloroquine. It is already approved and has been in use for over fifty years. Your doctor can prescribe it TODAY. That means he is using his best judgment to apply the drug for a use that has not been investigated by the FDA. Docotors are allowed to do this by law. Z-Pac is arithromiacin, a widely used antibiotic. Antibiotics are not normally used against viruses, but may fight bacterial infections that take advantage of your weakened state. Zithromax is also known for its ability to kill senescent cells, ones that have gotten old and weak and are scheduled by the body for eventual destruction. Despite all the fussing and pontificating on TV, you can get this drug now if you can find a doctor who will do it. The FDA 'blessing' might sway the doctors to be more willing to do so. Please don't get the medicine until you have real symptoms or there won't be enough of it. If your doctor won't prescribe it, you can fire him or her or they, and find another. Your body is your property. It doesn't belong to anyone else, even the FDA.

Greta Thunberg said Tuesday it’s “extremely likely” that she became infected with COVID-19 on a recent jaunt to Europe — but has “basically recovered.”The 17-year-old Swedish climate activist said both she and her father, who accompanied her on the Brussels leg of her journey, have experienced symptoms associated with coronavirus.“I was feeling tired, had shivers, a sore throat and coughed. My dad experienced the same symptoms, but much more intense and with a fever,” she wrote on Instagram.

Nevada’s governor has signed an emergency order barring the use of anti-malaria drugs for someone who has the coronavirus. Democratic Gov. Steve Sisolak’s order Tuesday restricting chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine comes after President Donald Trump touted the medication as a treatment for the virus. (snip) Sisolak said in a statement that there’s no consensus among experts or Nevada doctors that the drugs can treat people with COVID-19. His order also limits a prescription to a 30-day supply so that people cannot find a way to stockpile the drug and ensure it’s available for “legitimate medical purposes.”

England is in danger of experiencing droughts within 20 years unless action is taken to combat the impact of the climate crisis on water availability, the public spending watchdog says. The National Audit Office (NAO), in a report published on Wednesday, says some parts of England, especially the south-east, are at risk of running out of water owing to decreased rainfall and a need to cut the amount taken from natural waterways.

Democrats are publicly talking about “contingency options” for their July convention in Milwaukee in case the coronavirus persists in being a public-health threat. But privately, some are also talking about needing a Plan B if Joe Biden, their nominee apparent, continues to flounder. Some Democrats are openly talking up New York governor Andrew Cuomo, whose profile has soared during the crisis, as a Biden stand-in. Yesterday, a Draft Cuomo 2020 account on Twitter announced that “Times have changed & we need Gov. Cuomo to be the nominee. Our next POTUS must be one w/an ability to lead thru this crisis.” Charles Pierce, the politics blogger for Esquire magazine, wrote a piece headlined

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi quoted a prayer by Pope Francis today in remarks she made celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the Affordable Care Act—or Obamacare—and attacking President Donald Trump for opposing Obamacare.“Last Thursday,” Pelosi said, “Pope Francis offered the world this prayer: ‘Enlighten those responsible for the common good, so that they might know how to care for those entrusted to their responsibility.’”In the same remarks, she praised President Barack Obama as

Dr. Anthony Fauci was noticeably absent from the White House daily coronavirus briefing for the second day running on Monday. The coronavirus expert admitted in an interview over the weekend that he has to tell Donald Trump facts four times to get his point across. Since the chat with Science was published Sunday he has not been seen at the press conferences led by the president. (Snip) Trump was asked Monday about Fauci, saying: 'He's a good man. I like Dr. Fauci a lot, just so you understand. He is not here because we are discussing what he is best at but he will be back very soon.'

You can tell when Speaker Pelosi recognizes a political backlash for her manipulative schemes because it’s the only time she blitzes the media. After suffering a very large political hit, beyond the capability of the media to defend, Pelosi said today the House will take up the Senate coronavirus bill. The writing was on the wall late yesterday as people started digging into the 1,400 page House proposal and exposing all of the far-left ideological efforts within it. Billions were earmarked for nonsense progressive projects and the House scheme was fraught with social engineering that had nothing to do with assisting workers and businesses.

Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva has released 1,700 inmates from county facilities and is ordering gun stores in the county closed. Fox 11 reports the gun store closures are part of the coronavirus stay-at-home order while the release of the inmates is an attempt to slow the spread of the virus in county facilities.Villanueva is the Director of Emergency Operations, which means “all FEMA requests go through him, and all National Guard requests go through him.”He said, “When we’re communicating the shelter in place or the safer at home, there’s a lot of anguish, however, the people who have to enforce it are public safety,

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi snapped at CNN’s Dana Bash Tuesday afternoon when the host brought up Trump’s recent remarks suggesting bringing Americans out of quarantine and back to work.“I don’t have time to follow people’s twits…tweets, Twitters, whatever, tweets — so don’t expect me to comment on that,” Pelosi said.“Well, even beyond Twitter, the President of the United States is signaling that he could open it up,” Bash said.“What is your opinion on that?” Bash said pressing Pelosi.

It’s not much of a shock to discover that Rachel Maddow doesn’t like President Trump’s daily briefings on the coronavirus. “I feel like we should inoculate ourselves against the harmful impact of these ongoing false promises and false statements by the president by recognizing that when he’s talking about the coronavirus epidemic, more often than not, he is lying,” she told her MSNBC viewers. What is rather surprising is what Maddow wants to do about it, an idea that is gaining cachet among other commentators on the left as well.

The Senate's $2 trillion coronavirus relief bill may be the largest rescue package in U.S. history, but it doesn't provide nearly enough for New York state, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Wednesday. The bill, tentatively approved early Wednesday, "would really be terrible for the state of New York," Cuomo said at his daily briefing in Albany. Cuomo's criticism came as White House officials made clear that President Donald Trump plans to sign the massive relief bill into law as soon as Congress sends it to him.

Nancy Pelosi has long been a thorn in the side of not just conservatives but the House itself. (snip) The Speaker, after all, is a relative of sorts with California's Gov. Gavin Newsom as well as the two other oligarchic ruling families of California besides House Newsom - the Jerry Brown clan and the Gordon Getty family. She's benefited enormously from legislativee favors around the tuna industry on the federal side. Remember her tuna scandal? Bottom line? The Pelosi family are like the Gambino crime family. They get their way, they get rich, they care about nothing else.
