The New York Supreme Court has ordered reinstatement for all employees fired over their nonvaccinated status and ordered back pay for those who were unlawfully terminated from employment [Full pdf Ruling Here]. The state supreme court found that being vaccinated does not stop the spread of COVID-19, saying the vaccine mandate and firing of the non-compliant employees was “arbitrary and capricious.” This is a strong rebuke to the totalitarian fiats created by state leaders including the state governor, mayor of New York City and health commissioner.

Various courts throughout the U.S. should have made such rulings before the employees were fired. The trampling of our rights by governments under COVID fear is the greatest abuse of power in our history, and far too often the courts did not stand up. Now is the time for governments to pass and amend laws, rules and regulations to prevent these abuses from occurring again.

Great! It's a start. Time to rehire all the military who were fired for not getting the shot. Time to rehire everyone who lost their jobs because they wouldn't get the shot. It always amazed me that Americans were losing their jobs while the border was wide open. These invaders were not not tested nor vaxed. This regime is the worst we've ever had.

Great news that will catch fire across the country. Residents, get out of New York before the next tax bills come due because they will try to make you pay for everything including the care and feeding of thousands of illegal aliens. Now we need to go after the teachers unions, airlines, military and service academy leadership and all of those mayors who fired police forces and caused this crime wave. MAGA

Augusta National, the United States Golf Association and the PGA of America are now included in the Justice Department’s growing antitrust investigation into the PGA Tour, according to The Wall Street Journal. The initial investigation stemmed from the Tour’s feud with the controversial Saudi Arabian-backed LIV Golf, which has prompted lawsuits from each league against one another in a lengthy legal battle. Initially, the DOJ was just looking at the Tour. However, according to The Wall Street Journal, it now includes Augusta National, the USGA and the PGA of America. Augusta National hosts the Masters every year, and is independent from the rest of golf.
