A fired-up Senator Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., appeared to issue a vague warning toward Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh on Wednesday, during a rally held as the court heard arguments in a high-profile abortion case. (Snip) "I want to tell you, Gorsuch. I want to tell you, Kavanaugh. You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price!" Schumer warned. "You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions."

So threatening sitting court justices...Wouldn't that be considered obstruction?

Schumer and his liberal merry men-women-whatevers march and scream to keep baby killing legal. Something that should never have been under the federal umbrella to begin with.

A sitting senator threatening Supreme Court Justices? Just what "price" will they pay?
Is Chuck planning more smear campaign's? That's how they do it these days. Then they scream, cry, kick their feet and hold their breath until they get their way or, slink away and lie in wait until another day.
They sure do LOVE abortion. Schumer should be censured.

I agree with #1. A Senator threatening Supreme Court justices who are appointed for life. So, does that constitute a threat of violence or similar harm?
No POLITICAL process can touch these men other than impeachment, .....perhaps this is the next lunatic, unhinged path that the Demonrats want to stumble down?

This is at least the second time Mr. Schumer has threatened people. First, he told PDT that if he poked at the FBI/CIA/NIC/etc. that law enforcement could get him in many different ways ..."Let me tell you: You take on the intelligence community — they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you," said Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer. Now, he threatens two Supreme Court justices. Either he's full of Schiff, or he is capable of enlisting goons to sic on these men who are just doing their jobs--justice-is.
This man needs to be held to account for threatening people. How can we sit by and let him spew hatred against fellow Americans as well as promote the killing of babies. He's a sick puppy!
MAGA!!! KAG!!! TRUMP 2020 AND BEYOND!!! Best way...embarrass his party at the ballot box in November!!! A LANDSLIDE WILL BRING HIM DOWN--A FEW NOTCHES!!!

Does anyone here really expect negative consequences for Chuckie?
Just yesterday - - on live television - - Bobo Brazile screamed out - - twice - - to Ronna McDaniel - - "Ronna! Go to hell!" - -"Ronna! Go to hell!"
And what happened? Well there was Bobo last night - - sitting as calm as can be - - and offering her "expert analysis" of the election returns. Just imagine what would have happened - - if Ronna screamed out - - "Bobo go to hell!" - - "Bobo go to hell!"
How long do you think Ronna would remain as Pubbie chairlady? Two tiers of justice - - my friends - - two tiers - - and we're on the bottom one.

Perhaps an allowance has to be made for well-intentioned people being elected to Congress caving to the demands of their party’s congressional leadership. If people like Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer have the audacity to berate President Trump, and now two U. S. Supreme Court Justices, it doesn’t take significant gray matter to imagine the control such leadership has over their congressional underlings to toe the party line.
Taken to another level, the elitism that constitutes highest class and refinement with which some individuals deport themselves evaporates with such threats and, therein, betrays their innermost morally revolting selves. Such rhetoric and behavior are beyond the pale.

Perhaps Chuck Schumer should be more concerned with what ruling God will render on his behalf when he faces his Creator on Judgment Day rather than what two mortal men may decide on an abortion (murder) case presented to the United States Supreme Court. Lest it be forgotten, mortal man is to obey God’s laws rather than man’s laws when man’s laws violate God’s laws and murder is clearly a violation of God’s law to “not murder.” (Acts 5:29)

Chuckie Schumer, Satan' leader in the U.S. Senate, is proving to his master Satan that he is doing everything in his power to destroy the American Christian people.
Satan has all abortionists believing what their NEA leadership of “Humanism religion” states. We must convince all Christians that their belief is merely a rotting corps of failure because their God allows us Satanists to run roughshod over their faith with apparent immunity. Christians allow us Satanists to educate their children in every evil depraved thought and action conceivable in the human mind put there by us evil Satanists calling our selves social progressives who are the evil ones we Christians must stand against. Christians have failed to control the Gates of the city (Government) allowing Satanists inside an among the leadership..
Ephesians 6: 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

Schumer is trying to bait one or more conservative justices into doing or saying something he can use as a basis to bring an impeachment action against them in the Senate. It has been a power grab by the House all along, and Schumer is in on it, beginning with Pelosi's claim last May that the House is the superior part of government. They are trying to morph our system into a parliamentary type system with a president that serves at the pleasure of the House and a compliant judiciary that can be removed any time they want.
But that isn't even the real issue. Some would say it is all about abortion, but even that is a trojan horse. The issue that underlies the abortion fight is this: when does the right to life attach? Conception? Birth? Somewhere in between? Because if it is transitory, and can be arbitrarily assigned, it can be just as easily arbitrarily taken away. Involuntary euthanasia for the elderly is the prize they are pushing for.

It would be interesting if a court issued a restraining order against Chuckie and he couldn't come within 500 or so feet. Then, on the courts off days, one of the threatened Justices goes and hangs out in the Senate gallery for the day. Guess Chuckie would then pay a price for issuing violent threats against a coequal branch.

#32- On cue, a Schumer spokesman chided Chief Justice Roberts for his criticism with an excuse that defends the Schumer threat. Article just posted at 10 PM: (Roberts chides Schumer for ‘dangerous’ remarks on 2 justices – Associated Press). In the corporate world, some would suggest the excuse uses “weasel words.”

Schumer just exposed the real reason Democrats have been fighting like seditious maniacs to get rid of President Trump since Day One and will keep at it when he wins again in 2020. It was not because he trounced criminal Clinton then and will beat Biden this year. It was -- and is -- to protect abortion in the Supreme Court. –Veterans for Trump 2020
