Not many people think of the Ten Commandments these days, unless some group is trying to fight a legal battle to place them on public property.(Snip)When considering the "wealth tax" proposed by presidential candidates Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders, the 10th Commandment is particularly relevant: "Thou shall not covet thy neighbor's house, thou shall not covet thy neighbor's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbor's."One definition of "covet" is: "to desire wrongfully, inordinately, or without due regard for the rights of others: to covet another's property."

Well that word 'covet' certainly defines the demonrat party. They want your money, your property, your speech, your guns, and everything else in the Bill of Rights. They hate normal rational people but they certainly love thugs, felons, covert criminals, jihadis, useful idiots, greed and corruption.

Socialism/communism is pretty much all about violating almost all of the ten commandments, if you take the time to think about it.

To Bernie, Liz and Alexandria from the Bronx, you are nothing but a resource to the state. As such everything you have is property of the state. That includes your house, your land, your money, your wealth, your life. They are the classic ruling elite. They control the horizontal, they control the vertical, they control everything. And this is not their outer limit.

We don't need philosophic or religious arguments against the wealth tax. The 16th amendment extends the taxing power of the federal government to individual incomes, not wealth. Simply stated: a wealth tax is unconstitutional.

This is where most people who are unhappy start out with their unhappiness. Coveting is sad, really.

Other people's money is so tempting. The concept of property rights has become quite muddled in this country. The advocates of the State use propaganda to deny individual ownership of land & goods. As only 50% of our population really pay any taxes it is so easy to hoodwink the general population with the phrase " the government will pay for it". When questioned as to the source on tax money the Progressives claim it will all come from those 'evil rich' people (who stole it from you) and those ' wicked' businesses which take food out of your children's mouths. The weaponization of envy as a tool for swaying the electorate is so wrong & oh, so easy. Since the decline of religion in our country people are not understanding that this is really wrong. To quote from the Baha'i Writings: They who dwell within the tabernacle of God, and are established upon the seats of everlasting glory, will refuse, though they be dying of hunger, to stretch their hands and seize unlawfully the property of their neighbor, however vile and worthless he may be. The purpose of the one true God in manifesting Himself is to summon all mankind to truthfulness and sincerity, to piety and trustworthiness, to resignation and submissiveness to the Will of God...
