Joe Biden is out pulling rank.
In response to a little priest in South Carolina denying him Holy Communion for advocating pro-abortion positions inconsistent with Church teaching, the former vice president and Democratic Party presidential frontrunner made it clear he didn't deal with pipsqueaks.
Asked about the incident, Lifesite News reported Biden's response:
“It’s not a position that I’ve found anywhere else, including from the Holy Father, who gives me Communion.”
So instead of thinking about the priest's position and offering some kind of contemplative thought, Biden declared it was all O.K. to be advocating for abortion from his position,
It’s pretty obvious who the Little Man is, and or want the priest who was doing his job. Unlike the current Pope.

I'm not sure that "Communion" with this dopey Pope is something to brag about. Unless the Pope's given name was Corn Pop.

#7, Catholics aren’t screwed up. Biden is. He didn’t pull rank on anyone and God will ultimately exact his price for Biden’s behavior. I predict a seat next to Ted Kennedy in the Lake of Fire. There are “Catholics” like Biden, Pelosi, the Kennedys, this pope, etc, but then there are real Catholics who practice their faith and live by the Church’s laws.

There is nearly as much politics going on at the Vatican as there is Washington. This pope has been a complete disaster for the Catholic church and an abortion loving liberal bragging that he took communion with him doesn’t speak highly of either one of them.

Politicians excuse for supporting abortion is that they, being elected to public office, cannot tell others to live by what their beliefs are. I think this excuse is called, an "out!"
The nasty comments about the sex scandals does not help in healing. Just remember, there are more sex scandals in the Boy Scouts, teachers having sex with students, oh and lets not forget the dems, Mr. epstein and Mr.Weinstien. Oh and lets not for Hollywood, who I be no one ever considers when going to the movies and in the long run supporting their way of life.
The belief in the Catholic Church is in the Eucharist. The priest had every right to refuse Biden Communion. I pray for the priest. He was right. Biden, in his arrogance is using his "rank has it's privileges." The very same attitude he had with getting his son a "job" in Ukraine.
Thank you to #11 and #16.

Sad to see the Catholic bashing here, but we're used to it! At least feeding us to the lion's den has been banned.
The Pope is a glorified priest with fancier clothes and housing. That's it. Seriously. He's elected "leader" so there is a guiding light for the faithful. Sometimes he can get a bit fuzzy --- sometimes he blinks on & off --- sometimes he's clear as a bell. Next one may be better, maybe not. God will straighten it all out in His own time.
Meanwhile, here's another example of Quid Pro Joe abusing his power. He appears with the Pope at a Mass (a privilege few get) and of course promptly gets in line for the wafer. If he had any kind of conscience, he would restrain himself.
The local priest, however --- holding the same rank as the Pope, but without the in-house title ---- KNOWS Biden is a "public sinner" by Joe's own words & actions witnessed by the priest. Thus, to avoid a moment of allowing a sin (Joe's receiving) to happen on his watch, the priest wisely refrained from handing it out. As is his, the priest's, right to do so.

Joe is a snake, lying quietly in the weeds most of the time and then striking when he thinks his power is absolute over some helpless creature. Taking on a good priest is like trying to outrank God, which is a very stupid and futile thing to do.

Joe Biden went to the Barack Obama of the Catholic Church Pope Francis. The man knows less than Obama did about being president. One doofus Joe Biden meets with another doofus Pope Francis. If this makes Joe feel good that he beat a parish priest then he has a lot more trouble in store when he faces God or even Donald Trump.

From my Life Application Bible: "Unborn generations are depending on our faithfulness today. As we teach our children about the Lord, so they will teach their children and their children's children. If we fail to tell our children about the Lord, we may well be breaking the chain of God's influence in generations to come. We must view our children and all the young people we meet as God's future leaders. If we are faithful in opportunities today, we may well be affecting the future."
Not only do I think that chain gets broken in families, I think it is broken in churches. Many churches don't even require their members to read the Bible from beginning to end. We end up with a lot of people leaning on their own understanding and that includes Pastors and Priests.
It is about time that churches start living up to what they are preaching. Turning the other cheek is not working anymore. Joe Biden and company think they are gods and can tell God what to do. God is sovereign; have to wonder if Joe Biden is trying to build his resume.

Re #16-18, I think religion bashing is against site rules. Glad to see you speak up.
My religion teaches that to take the sacrament of the Lord's last Supper unworthily brings condemnation. Maybe Joe deserves pity? IDK.

It is my understanding that on the Great Day of Judgement all men will stand before Our God, their lives laid bare. Priests will be doubly judged as those set here to protect the Church and the souls of her people. He will be judged by how he led his flocks, how he taught the Gospel, and how he upheld the immutable truths of God. In this instance, this "little priest" will not be shamed on that day.

It is interesting to see that their (any of the Dims who declare faith in God/Christ) hold their politics above their faith.
If Joe cannot find support for withholding communion because he supports abortion, he obviously has no knowledge of scripture and the standard of honesty, purity and truth the Bible establishes.

Well, Joe. If you had ever actually read the Bible, you might have found that position stated there, where it says that it would be better to have a millstone hung around your neck and tossed in the sea, than to offend one of those little ones. You cannot support the murder of innocent children and be a Christian.

As a Catholic I would say the problem is not with the "little" priest, after all Jesus considered himself to be a humble servant and washed the feet of his Apostles. On the other hand the other rule I think Catholics should adhere to is never ever ever put a Jesuit in the Papacy. Too much arrogance, too much phony piety and too much destruction to be a good shepherd to Mother Church, oh and way too much politics throughout history and some things never change with the Black Robes.
