Sen. John Fetterman’s (D-Penn.) staff has released an update regarding his condition. Fetterman remains hospitalized at Walter Reed Medical Center as he undergoes treatment for clinical depression. A Miami judge declined to block Florida’s 15-week abortion ban, HB 5, on Friday in a lawsuit brought by clergy members of several different faiths. The clergy members — three rabbis, a Unitarian Universalist minister, an Episcopal Church priest, a Buddhist lama, and a United Church of Christ reverend — filed separate lawsuits against the State of Florida in August claiming that the law violates their rights to freedom of speech and freedom of religion.
