Conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh didn´t mince words while addressing multiple issues Tuesday on "The Story with Martha MacCallum" but his strongest hits were aimed at Republicans who had yet to fully jump on the President Trump bandwagon. (Snip) Limbaugh criticized the Republican party for not fully standing behind Trump and celebrating his "victory" when the Special Counsel Robert Mueller´s report was released. He also noted that Trump wasn´t just taking on the Democratis but was battling the Washington establishment--including Republicans. "Where´s the Republican party with the celebratory emails to their voters? Even fund-raising, or just celebrating the

A number of RINOs like Romney, Snow, Murkowsky and more are too busy throwing rocks and doing other sabotage to get on.

President Trump may not be the "paragon of virtue" we desire, but he has been the most conservative President in my lifetime (good argument can be made for Renaldo Magnus)... and he is like so many of us, disgusted with lying politicians who promise conservatives "the moon", but stay in the swamp atmosphere! Yes, the common man love President Trump, we tolerate some of his mannerisms, but as Rush said... we all better "get on board"!

FAR: ´´President Trump may not be the "paragon of virtue" we desire...´´
I suppose you mean someone like Romney, Bush, or any of the other smooth talking, back stabbing politicians?
President Trump has exactly the kind of virtue I desire. He keeps his word, means what he says, fights back, and puts America above party politics- just to name a few virtues.
I get that some people don´t like his style, or something he did before he was President, but that´s their problem. He who throws the first stone, etc.
To worry about something so shallow as a president´s style, or past indiscretions, instead of policies, actions and being true to his oath of office is just a distraction. Exactly what his (and our) enemies want.

I sincerely wish Rush were right on this one.
But I must disagree. As long as Republicans choose "leaders" like Ryan, McConnell, Romney, Flake, and the rest of the RINOs: Trump - like Reagan before him - is not in control of "his" party. The Establishment types are only waiting him out - and then back to "business as usual". Will Mike Pence [good man that he might be] do to Trump´s legacy what George H. W. Bush [another good man - and I concur in that] did to Reagan´s legacy?
Good and honorable men [and women] can be on the wrong side of history. The converse is also true. [Ben Franklin and others had their shortcomings, afterall.]
We all make mistakes - only some are too proud and arrogant to admit them. This is about our country, and not any party or individuals.
That said: I still hope that Rush is right on this one. I will be happy to be wrong on it.

Great advice from Rush, but the stupid in many establishment Republicans is strong. There is also a huge amount of envy when it comes to the President. He did what so many of them could not do and that is to win. In fact most Republicans were too lazy and fearful to go up against the she-devil, HRC. Had they won the nomination they would have quickly rolled over and surrendered. Many, if not most Republicans are just too weak to confront the evil that needs to be addressed today. They would rather embrace the status quo than fight to restore the damage that democrats have done to the country. In other words, they are worthless and the country deserves better.

WOW... seriously, attacking my common sense comment about have a few mannerisms we tolerate? I love President Trump, but I wish that he would quit publicly cussing... stop "the incessent" name calling (I understand that is works, but it´s not kind, nice or statesmenlike). We know he "stretches" the truth and exaggerates sometimes and yes, some of his past is troubling too. Admit it, Christians struggle with a few of his character shortcomings... BUT, we know all people have moral failures (including us) and look to and really appreciate so many wonderful things he has and continues to do for the country; things that Bush, Rommey or McCain would have never done. Our President continues to impress me almost everyday... I´m quite happy with him and his effort to: make America great again!

Fretting over Marquess of Queensberry Rules in a Cage Match is a sure fire way to lose. The world is more crass, blunt, and vulgar than it used to be. Losing is no way to change it back. President Trump´s style didn´t create this world, it´s a product of it.

I remember, #6, that we conservatives put up with quite a few odd quirks and shortcomings when Dubya was in office. I do not remember Repubs being so continually willing to point it out and Dubya certainly did not have Trump’s record of accomplishment in his first term. There are so many so-called people on “our side” continually unable to compliment Trump without a side caveat of some kind. As our own party is so weak and mealy-mouthed in supporting their President, his supporters are pretty quick on the draw to defend him. He deserves it.

Having good morals is shallow? Not important? Who knew? I guess that means Slick Willie was just fine as president.

This is the first time on this forum I have ever said anything about Trump´s moral or character flaws... and you´d think I´ve committed the unpardonable sin! I´ll put my conservative values up against any of you on this forum, but that doesn´t mean I have to blind... Trump is a fighter and sometimes, things done in a fight aren´t pretty - I understand, but disparaging my character for merely speaking about a few character flaws - you´re better than this conservatives, far better.

#9, the choice is stark. And accepting human flaws to get IMPORTANT results which are entirely unavailable elsewhere is a compromise I will agree to easily.
Would I like to have a morally perfect leader who also has all perfect policies? Sure, but I will sure take 85% any day, and be happy to have it, esp when the other choices are 5% or worse, and most of their "virtue" and "morality" is a lie, anyway.

That is the point I´ve been making throughout this thread... I´ll take President Trump far, far over and above, anything the democrats are promoting and I´ll do it with no shame! I´m fully and totally on board!

Rush is wrong. The Republican Party is NOT Trump´s party. It still belongs to the GOPe, a full subsidiary of the American Uniparty, partnered with the Dems for the benefit of the global elites, like Obama, Bush45, Clinton and "New World Order" President Bush43.
It´s time for a revolution - not with pitchforks, but with prosecution and punishment for wrongdoing within and by government. And who can be trusted? The FBI? CIA? Intel Community? Congress? The Judiciary (especially its FISA Courts)?
It´s also time to stop playing footsie with the GOPe. They´re not OUR bastards...and conservatives need to stop thinking they are. They are opportunists, from McConnell and Ryan, now McCarthy and right down the line.
RINOs are merely "mainstream" Republicans. Not the fringe, but the heart of the party apparatus.
When´s the next march on Washington? The one where the average citizen demands justice be done in their name, not some sham hearings, investigations and contribution solicitations? When Cummings, Nadler and Schiff begin their hearings, the rooms should be packed with ROWDY American demanding JUSTICE. (And, it might mean something will go on their permanent records...)

Here´s what even the RINO´s don´t seem to get, despite having had this explained to them ad infinitum: we may not be all billionaires but many of us ARE Trump. He was the ONLY candidate from either side on the aisle who even bothered to mention the issues which concerned US. Everyone else was so concerned about who was using which restroom, gender pronouns, so-called Global Warming, etc. But most of us were concerned with putting food on our tables, paying the rent/mortgage, employment, and the like. He´s STILL the only one who seems concerned about this stuff, and nobody else would be talking about it were it not for him putting these issues front and center.
Why is this so hard for the establishment to understand?

Rush bluntly states there is no reason to get behind the President unless they don’t like the President’s voters.
