After about an hour of deliberations Friday, a jury in Las Vegas rejected former U.S. Sen. Harry Reid’s lawsuit against the maker of an exercise band that Reid claimed was responsible for injuries he suffered in January 2015. The injuries included blindness in one eye for Reid, 79, a Nevada Democrat and former party leader who asserted in his lawsuit that his injuries forced him to retire early from the Senate, where he had served for three decades.
Does Dingy-Harry really think that anyone would believe that story?

Great. A little slice of justice is served to this dreadful communist toad.
Harry was beaten within an inch of his life as the result of one of his crooked schemes with foreign investors going awry.
Satan is beckoning Harry.

He also didn´t pay taxes for 10 years. At least that´s what I heard so it must be true.

He would have won his Case
quickly and easily if he had
sued his Wife for beating him
within an inch of his life
which is much more probable and believable

FTA: “ congressional exercise advisers” tried for months to teach Reid how to improve his technique while using the resistance bands at his doctors’ request.
Are you kidding me? No wonder they exempted themselves from Obamacare. Folks, we pay for this and in the meantime Medicare coverage has been slashed with increases in deductible and monthly payments and they get training for exercise equipment? President Trump needs a senior citizen advisory council to stop this outrage.

Washington Irving is probably on the ‘PC banned (encouraged?) in Boston list’, but remember the great phrase from Ichabod Chrane ....’bet the devil my head’ phrase.....time to pay up Faustus....the horses are NOT slowing down for your evil ass...

No, dirty Harry, that was karma that pimp-slapped you, gave you those injuries, and got your assets removed from the Senate. Live with it; I know I am. Happily.

Thank you Nevada for putting a guy in the Senate for 30 years without the mental dexterity to even master the intricacies of a large rubber band. Too bad he wasn´t bench pressing...in 1992 sometime...

I’m with #12. His brother did it over some scheme gone bad.
Every time that McConnell uses the nuclear option to install one of PDT’s judges, I hope that Dingy Harry gets a massive case of diarrhea.

Excellent!
"Reid claimed to have incurred more than $238,000 in medical costs because of his injuries"
Which Reid paid not a penny of because he had/has health insurance.

Right on the box the Therabands come in it says "only to be used under the direction of a competent medical professional."
Harry ignored the advice of several competent medical professionals.

The jig is up, Harry. It’s now official that no one believes your cockamamie story. Perhaps you and Jussie Smollett can get together for a beer and commiserate.

This made my day. They were lucky to even get a jury because most of the people called said he was a liar, they didn’t like him, and they didn’t think they could be fair. Try to find the Michael Ramirez cartoon. It shows a referee between Reid and the exercise band. The ref shows the exercise winning. It’s titled Rope-a-Dope. One of the best cartoons ever. Hopefully we won’t hear anymore out of Harry’s mouth.

Nobody ever believed this story. His drunken brother beat the hell out of him.
He didn´t even have the alleged exercise band, claims it was thrown out.
Dingy Harry, lying AGAIN.
And the jury saw through it.

Since nobody else has referred specifically to it, the report was that several people in a Alcoholics Anonymous meeting had a guy in a bloody shirt come in, still a bit drunk and sit down in the group. When his turn came, he was there because he was sobering up from beating the hell out of his brother in a drunken rage, and was sorry about it.
Nobody initially knew who he was.
Turned out it was Dingy Harry´s brother, according to pictures later shown to several of the attendees of the session. Given the sensitive, private meeting, and the people there not wanting publicity about being in AA, or going against a thug like Reid, it didn´t go too far, but was out on the web a month or so after the event.
Sounds entirely credible, to me.
