The Justice Department agreed to pay former FBI special agent Peter Strzok a $1.2 settlement over the release of his anti-Trump text messages. Peter Strzok sued the DOJ for ‘unlawfully disclosing’ his text messages to his paramour Lisa Page. Strzok and Lisa Page discussed an “insurance policy” to keep Trump out of office. “I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office…that there’s no way [Trump] gets elected…but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk,” Strzok text messaged to Page in an Aug. 15, 2016 exchange, referring to Andrew McCabe.

The FBI clarified Friday that a bullet struck former President Donald Trump during an attempt against his life in a rally on July 13. An attempted assassin present near a Trump rally in Pennsylvania on July 13 opened fire and injured the former president before he was neutralized by the Secret Service. FBI Director Christopher Wray told Congress on Thursday that there were still “some questions” as to what exactly had struck Trump during the assassination attempt, whether it was a “bullet or shrapnel,” though did not directly mention whether glass fragments could be responsible, a theory that has been used by some in the media.

Former President Donald Trump announced on Friday that he will be returning to the town where he survived an assassination attempt earlier this month to hold a rally honoring those who were shot. The former president was shot by 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks on July 13 during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, as he spoke to thousands of supporters who were in attendance. “I WILL BE GOING BACK TO BUTLER, PENNSYLVANIA, FOR A BIG AND BEAUTIFUL RALLY, HONORING THE SOUL OF OUR BELOVED FIREFIGHTING HERO, COREY, AND THOSE BRAVE PATRIOTS INJURED TWO WEEKS AGO,” Trump posted

The FBI said Friday that a bullet or fragments of it struck Donald Trump's ear during an assassination attempt on the former president this month at a campaign rally. “What struck former President Trump in the ear was a bullet, whether whole or fragmented into smaller pieces, fired from the deceased subject’s rifle," the FBI said in a statement. The statement comes two days after FBI Director Christopher Wray, whom Trump nominated to his post in 2017, told House lawmakers that "there’s some question about whether or not it’s a bullet or shrapnel that, you know, hit his ear."

Advice to Israel: Get it done in Gaza fast and get to it with Hezbollah soon, because it’s a 50-50 proposition that Kamala Harris is going to be president in January. And she is coming after you. In her first major statement as the presumptive Democratic nominee, Harris began by saying Israel has the right to defend itself against terrorism. Some commenters said she was therefore speaking supportive words. That is absurd on its face. It actually goes without saying that every nation, in every circumstance, has the right to defend itself against terrorism, since terrorism is the act of deploying political violence against non-combatants. That includes bad nations, and mean nations,

On Tuesday, the House announced a task force to investigate the July 13 assassination attempt against former and potentially future President Donald Trump. It was a rare move of unanimity, as the plan to set up the task force passed by a vote of 416-0. The task force will be comprised of 13 members, Republicans and Democrats. One of the Democrats being considered is Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY), which is raising eyebrows and causing outrage. The Friday morning newsletter from Punchbowl News references Goldman and even mentions that he's "seen as a strong candidate for the panel."

New York Attorney General Letitia James has warned the Supreme Court not to intervene in the sham hush-money case against Donald Trump. Her warning comes after Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey, a Republican, petitioned the Supreme Court for permission to file a complaint against the state of New York that would delay Trump’s September sentencing hearing and lift all his speech restrictions on the case. Bailey argued that these restrictions represent an infringment on the right of Missourians to hear from prospective presidential candidates.

Like it or not, I believe Kamala will be the 47th president of the United States. No, I don't think the Mad Cackler can beat Trump, but I do believe President Shartshispants is going to resign before Inauguration Day, making Harris the 47th president and checking a ton of boxes for those who pray to the false god of DEI. FACT-O-RAMA! The Democrats would likely install Harris as #47 just to p**s off those of us with Trump 45-47 swag. Needless to say, I'm odds and ends when it comes to attacking Kamala Harridan. First of all, some perspective on polls. I have had some experience with polls and pollsters during my time in the media. The results of any poll are dependent on, among other things, the demographic contacted, the number of people polled, the questions that pollsters ask, and the way they phrase those questions. And it is not unheard of for organizations to conduct polls to obtain a desired result. So it is always wise to take the results of any poll with a few shakers of salt. Be that as it may, if the information about a recent poll that the Daily Mail highlighted is at all indicative of the

WASHINGTON — A beaming Donald Trump welcomed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to their first face-to-face meeting in nearly four years on Friday, patching up a political alliance important to both men that had broken down when the Israeli leader offended Trump by being one of the first to congratulate Joe Biden on his 2020 presidential victory. Asked by journalists if his U.S. trip was making progress toward a Gaza cease-fire at home, Netanyahu said, “I hope so,” and added that Israel was eager for an agreement. Netanyahu handed Trump a framed photo that the Israeli leader said showed a child who has been held hostage

Kamala Harris was all smiles when she arrived at Joe Biden's former Delaware campaign headquarters on Monday. She was there to lift the spirits of blindsided staffers, who after 15 months of toiling to re-elect the president, suddenly found themselves working for her. 'It is my great honor to have Joe's endorsement in this race,' she boasted to cheers from a crowd who were now on her payroll. But as the assembled readily applauded, some must have harbored private concerns. For, behind the recent public self-branding of Harris as a kindly, jovial 'Momala', she has earned a nasty reputation as an alleged 'soul-destroying' workplace 'bully'.

And she’s interested in the accumulation of power and control.” Tucker asked Carson again, “Do you think she believes in anything?” The former HUD Secretary answered quickly, “Yes, I think she is a Marxist.” Tucker then asked Carson a very important question: “Do you think Kamala can win?”
