House lawmakers tasked with investigating the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump in Pennsylvania said Monday that the attack never would have happened had the Secret Service been prepared.
The House Task Force on the July 13 assassination attempt in Butler released a 53-page interim report detailing the “stunning security failures” that led to Trump being struck in the ear by a bullet fired by 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks. These failures included numerous communication errors and inadequate planning to secure the site.

Did the genius House Task Force figure out who fired the almost fatal shot, because it certainly wasn't the scattershot kid?

I'm still not convinced that someone wasn't behind the kid that pulled the trigger.

Somebody in the Biden regime is behind this: "Gee, if we can't lock him up on bogus charges, maybe we can just get some nutcase to shoot him".

If the report had found the team assigned to protect Trump was a bunch of trainees on a training mission, it would be believable. The team was clueless, and the people that assigned them used that in an attempt to assassinate Trump. Have they ever identified the team leader?

That’s like saying the Nuremberg Trials found the SS responsible for the Holocaust.

Okay, you've found them responsible. So, I assume the punishment is continued employment with full pension? Yeah, that'll show 'em! Wish I had a gubmint pension!!

At the very least it would appear that the leadership of the SS was ambivalent about properly protecting Trump.

I guess House lawmakers are reluctant to believe that the Secret Service might have been accomplices in the attempt. IMO it's not that they "might have been" accomplices, I believe they definitely were accomplices.

The SS set a quota of 30% female agents.
This is horrible. It should be 100%! Get rid of all those big, strong men! The toxicity is overwhelming!

The House gives us nothing as usual. Nobody at the SS will be held responsible. The Republicans give us reports. This, the Gowdy report on Benghazi, the Comer report on Biden ----- and nothing done. But the House can be counted on to fold on any omnibus spending measure, and never stand up, always standing down.

Meanwhile, this kid's body is gone and his three encrypted cell phones are gone. The primary job of the three-lettered government agencies is to protect themselves and each other. This was not mistakes or incompetence, it was planned criminal activity. It is also nothing new, the US Government has been covering up its own illegal activity for roughly 75 years.

I'm not sure the House members, whose own personal safety may one day depend on SS protection, are the best choice to investigate the SS in such matters. Such work could really "blow back on them", yeah, I know, pun intended.

After weeks spent on a full blown House investigation they came to the same conclusion the rest of us made the day after the incident. Impressive.

And once again WE have found out just what happened in Butler, Pennsylvania...it was an attempt at stopping President Trump before the election...and the little munchkin they hired with payment from 3 European banks was their plan...but God stepped in and saved him...so then they tried at the golf course and an American citizen stopped their plan along with a secret security shooter who made the man run...and was reported by a very sharp citizen...see something...say something....

Hmm, did they not release the fact that the criminal bidet group was behind it. The dame in the WH had a non-event inside and had a ton of agents 'protecting' her the same day.

I'm right there with you #3.
Been saying almost since the day it happened.
Somebody 'recruited' and persuaded that boy (that's what he was) through
some method that he should do what he did !
Then they KILLED HIM before ANY type of 'investigation' or questioning !!!!
I'd bet a fair amount of money on it along with my Captain Midnight decoder ring !
Unfortunately, we will NEVER KNOW !
