Are they more dangerous when they hide who they are? Or when they don’t. Judge Zia Faruqui is a Pakistani Muslim magistrate judge appointed by Judge Beryl Howell, a notorious leftist, under Barack Obama. While the Muslim magistrate judge, a member of the Muslim Bar Association of New York, had mostly flown under the radar until now, his political tantrums from the bench had begun last year as he fought to protect criminals. Faruqui said federal judges would continue to push back on “implausible, illegal, immoral” prosecutions. Faruqui said the Trump administration’s zeal to reduce crime in the nation’s capital had touched off a “constitutional crisis.” Officials were “playing cops and robbers”

Two worst evils in our society - socialism and Islam are fusing into a single scourge. Mayor Mamdani the most prominent and talked about example. We are the target. Trump is simply an insurmountable obstacle.

Muslims should not be permitted into the USA, and certainly never as a judge. Islam is fundamentally incompatible with any free, modern society. How is it acceptable to have a judge who sees it as his religious duty to KILL or ENSLAVE all non-Muslims. Isn't that a bit at odds with out "rule of law"?

Why are we putting non-American born judges in office? That should not be allowed.

How does a Muslim judge work within our Constitution? His law is sharia. And this case should be handled in all phases by a judge, not a magistrate.

What's with the "Muslim Bar Association?" How about the "Methodist Bar Association," the "Catholic Bar Association," or (gasp) the "White Bar Association?" When do we stop being a salad bar and start being a melting pot again? I can't think of anything more divisive than this new segregation.

Former President Barack Obama’s presidential library is hocking pricey merch shaped like the unsightly Chicago tower — as the project’s architects revealed the former commander-in-chief himself was behind the “Death Star” design that’s been widely mocked since construction began. Ungainly lapel pins that “capture the silhouette” of the Obama Presidential Center are going for $30 in the online store. “The pin represents the intersection of bold design and global leadership,” the website reads, noting the proceeds go to the Obama Foundation “to inspire, empower and connect people to change their world.”

An Alabama teen flew to Los Angeles for life-saving treatment in his fight with stage four bone cancer after the Trump administration stepped in to help. Will Roberts, 15, made a plea for help on his mom’s Facebook page on April 22, appealing to the president and Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. “I’ve been fighting osteosarcoma for the last 16 months. It’s a very, very, very deadly and very hard-to-treat bone cancer,” he said in the video clip, asking for help from anyone with connections to the White House. “My chemos are just not working, and I’ve been fighting it for a little bit now, January of 2025.

Pro-Second Amendment organizations said they would launch court challenges against a bill in Rhode Island that would give owners of modern semiautomatic firearms six months to dispose of them. Democratic Rhode Island state Sen. Tiara Mack introduced S2710 on Feb. 27 with eight co-sponsors, legislation that tightens the state’s ban on so-called “assault weapons” by prohibiting possession of the firearms. Under the terms of the legislation, those who own prohibited firearms would have until Dec. 31 to either sell them to a licensed dealer or transfer them to an out-of-state resident who could legally own them, something pro-Second Amendment organizations say would violate Americans’ Second Amendment rights.

Dean DelleChiaie, 35, who was arrested Monday, allegedly conducted internet searches on his government work computer in late January for terms that drew the attention of the U.S. Secret Service, according to the U.S. attorney’s office. Those subjects included “how to get a gun into a federal facility, previous assassination attempts against the President, the percentage of the population that wants the President dead, and the phrase ’I am

Thank you to everyone who has been praying for Gateway Pundit founder Jim Hoft. After months of battling a serious heart condition, we are thrilled to report that Jim’s heart surgery this morning was a complete success! For the past several years, Jim has quietly suffered from a severe heart issue caused by an infection he contracted while hospitalized following knee surgery nearly 15 years ago. The infection ravaged his heart and even caused him to lose vision in one eye. Despite the pain and fatigue, Jim rarely spoke about it. He is a humble man who never seeks attention or sympathy. Even when he wasn’t feeling well, Jim almost always said

Minocqua Brewing Company owner Kirk Bangstad, who offered free beer in the event of President Donald Trump's death, announced his bid for Wisconsin governor on Sunday. "I’m running for Governor because I believe Wisconsin needs a battle-hardened fighter to join the rest of America to save our Democracy from Trump’s regime, and that person doesn’t exist in the crowded field of Democrats currently running in Wisconsin’s Gubernatorial primary," Bangstad wrote in a Substack post on Sunday. Bangstad's announcement came a little over a week after his brewery advertised free beer in the event of Trump's death. The Facebook comments came after news of shots being fired

In places like Illinois, Wisconsin, and Maryland, there are schools where few, if any, kids are on grade level in reading and math. It's an educational crisis in the making, and you'd think the head of the nation's second-largest teachers' union would be worried about that. Instead, Randi Weingarten is writing letters to retail outlet Target, pressuring them to come out against ICE and threatening to divest from the company if they don't give into her bullying. South Carolina GOP Rep. Nancy Mace claimed Monday that Congress’ sexual harassment slush fund allegedly paid for settlements for a handful of former lawmakers that equaled more than $300,000. Mace promised accountability for the victims, and the House paid out approximately $338,000 to settle the cases. One former lawmaker was targeted in sexual assault lawsuits three times and the House cumulatively paid out $115,000 to dismiss those cases. The House Oversight panel subpoenaed information detailing the government payouts after a March committee vote, seeking a full accounting of payouts made before the settlements ended in 2018, according to Politico.

In its recent Callais decision, the Supreme Court held that districts gerrymandered solely so that blacks can have a separate and special say in politics are unconstitutional. While past elections cannot be changed, future elections must be corrected. Callais asked that the Court immediately certify the decision, which is normally a 32-day process. Louisiana agreed. Because November’s elections are quickly approaching, the Supreme Court held that, yes, it could immediately certify the opinion. Callais is final. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson issued a strong dissent to this procedural holding. She opened by pointing out that Louisiana

The Supreme Court ruled Monday its prior ruling on race-based congressional districts takes immediate effect. The order {SEE HERE} speeds up the normal 32-day timeline and puts the State of Louisiana on notice their current districts are not constitutional. Effectively the Louisiana Governor and legislature have delayed the election to address the districts. However, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was not happy with the immediacy ruling and wrote a dissent that was so ridiculous none of the other minority justices would sign on to it. Jackson said the majority “unshackles itself” from “constraints.” The court should follow the default rule, she insisted.

The suspected hantavirus outbreak on the MV Hondius cruise ship, which has killed three people and sickened at least seven others, has two likely causes — and both are bad news for the 150 passengers on board, experts said. The more likely scenario would be passengers contracting the virus from the feces, urine or saliva of infected rats or mice. That’s the usual transmission vector, according to physician Zaid Fadul, a former Air Force flight surgeon — although the World Health Organization insisted Tuesday that no rodents have been found on the stranded liner. But there’s one strain of the hantavirus that has an alarming exception —

Supporters of the Supreme Court ruling urged the court to allow it to take effect immediately so Louisiana has time to redraw the maps,
