Shortly after the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization was leaked, the public saw just how far pro-abortion activists were willing to go to try and stop the court from overturning Roe v. Wade after a would-be assassin was arrested outside Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home. But the attempt on Kavanaugh’s life was not the only serious threat facing the justices and court amidst the Dobbs v. "“a surprising lack of empathy” from “the justices who were not targeted.”" Probably because the Left is so ENTITLED in their beliefs and the conviction that they are irrevocably correct; bad things happen to Conservatives because they deserve it. It's more than a lack of empathy. It's a sense of gruesome schadenfreude that some cosmic scales are being balanced at the edge of a sword. "it was only a piece of a much broader intimidation campaign" This could be a description of most of liberal efforts. Rioting until you get what you want is perfectly justifiable. Fraudulently based Lawfare (vs. the pursuit of justice that strenuously works to avoid violating innocents) to hurt your enemies is a satisfying idea; how can we torture law to "get them". Consider the current environment in which SO MUCH evidence has been uncovered of illegal and ugly activities by the Left, including leaders like BO and others. If the dems were a moral group, they would be consumed by shame and even guilt by association. Instead, they fall back on their falsely constructed demonization of Trump to justify their indefensible actions.

Cui Bono? Who benefits from the killing of unborn children other than the sleazy doctors who perform abortions. I'm guessing that there is another pay to play scheme going on here and Leftists are acting more on their need for easy money than dead children. Abortion is as old as Maxine Waters but a precedent was also set by the mass administration of COVID-19 shots by medical personnel who knew that the shots were killing people. Yes, Virginia, there is evil in this world.

#1 nails it. This is the left. Willing to use violence and then justifying it because it's for the "cause" as they see it. I know the right is capable of it but 99% is coming from the left now and aided and abetted by the leftist media. They see themselves as the arbiters of what's right and wrong and will do anything to advance their view. From shooting Donald Trump to burning cities down, killing a great man like Charlie Kirk, to attacking campus Jews and viciously attacking reporters. I could make a list here but my fingers would cramp and it would take up three or more of Lucianne's pages to do so. Maybe someone on the web has a list of them all. If so, there would be hundreds of episodes and I don't have enough years left to do it.

The conservative justices should exercise their second amendment rights and conceal carry. Not you, Roberts. You don't qualify.

I still believe strongly that whoever was responsible for that leak should be in jail, or impeached from the court and forever banned from society.

The FBI should investigate the latest "shadow docket" leak to the New York Times regardless of the Chief Justice's preferences. Roberts has already proven that he is unable to police violations of judicial norms.

Over the decades, Congress has turned into an organization that is less about governing and more about fighting each other for power. It would appear that the Supreme Court is on the same path.

year before he assisted the Ukraine whistle-blower in an anti-Trump impeachment saga, national security official Gavin Wilde published multiple articles seemingly promoting Russia collusion claims and calls for social media censorship while working for the Trump Defense Department. Wilde — known only as “Witness 2” in internal intelligence memos from the Ukraine impeachment episode but identified by Just the News — had worked with disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok and had co-authored the flawed January 2017 intelligence community assessment on Russian meddling in the 2016 election prior to serving on the Trump National Security Council in 2018 and 2019.

President Donald Trump has signed five executive orders that address critical segments of the nation’s energy infrastructure – a move made under the presidential determinations of the Defense Production Act that allows a U.S. president to mobilize industry for purposes of national security. The two-term president has long pushed for energy development and the infrastructure to support it as a key aspect of national security. The orders, signed amid the U.S. war with Iran, seek to address issues with the aging electricity grid, the need for natural gas pipelines, coal supply chains and large-scale electricity —

After Virginia Democrats successfully convinced voters to approve a constitutionally questionable redistricting push to seize more U.S. congressional seats in the state, Florida is now in the spotlight. In the Sunshine State, Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis is spearheading an effort to redraw the state’s congressional districts before the midterm elections. Earlier this year, he called a special session of the state legislature to consider redrawing the maps. Now, Republicans see it as an opportunity to cancel out the likely gains that Democrats won in Virginia. Following that vote, allies of President Donald Trump have urged Florida to move forward with its plans before the midterm elections.

Nothing that the Iranians say can be taken at face value because there is no Iranian government. The first and second echelon of that apparatus is gone. So you have the people in the military, that’s one clique. You’ve got the theocracy, the Khamenei, you know, surrogates. That’s another. You’ve got the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. It’s probably the most dominant. Then you’ve got these elected politicians. And they have two driving concerns. One, they are terrified that one of the other three groups will think they’re weak and are negotiating with the Americans and either kill ’em or marginalize ’em or cut off their revenues, such as it is.

Key points Russia and Iran's role. The weakening of Iran in the medium term will inevitably lead to a weakening of Russia’s position in the Middle East. Israel considers any military aid to Iran unacceptable and is conveying this message to Moscow. Cooperation with Ukraine. The two countries are engaged in dialogue on security and the exchange of unique combat experience. Brodsky agrees that Ukraine has already become a contributor to global security by helping Gulf countries defend against drones.

Far-left Rep. Ilhan Omar blew up at a reporter this week for asking questions about accounting “discrepancies” the Democrat blamed for overstating her net worth by millions of dollars on financial disclosure forms. In May last year, Omar (D-Minn.) claimed she and her husband, Tim Mynett, held assets worth between $6 million and $30 million. However, an amended filing reported by the Wall Street Journal last week put the couple’s wealth at between $18,004 and $95,000. The lawmaker claimed the initial filing was riddled with accounting errors.

A federal appeals court on Wednesday blocked enforcement of a California law that would have required federal immigration officers, including ICE agents, to unmask and wear visible identification during operations in the state. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals granted the United States’ motion for an injunction pending appeal. The court ruled that Section 10 of the No Vigilantes Act (S.B. 805) “attempts to directly regulate the United States in its performance of governmental functions,” violating the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution. California, Governor Gavin Newsom, and Attorney General Rob Bonta are now enjoined from applying or enforcing the provision against federal agencies and officers.
