Tim Cook Steps Down as Apple CEO

Tim Cook will continue to be the executive chairman at tech giant Apple, but is stepping down from his longtime position as CEO of the company. Cook has made a great financial success of Apple, indeed, but many conservatives also remember how he oversaw implementation of a woke agenda. Recently, this has been particularly obvious on Apple News, as Media Research Center found. Apple News went on a 100-day streak of no right-leaning media through the start of February, and proved the most radical major online news aggregator again in March.

I avoid Apple products in all things. Their overbearing, 'our way or no way' attitude towards customers is not compatible with my requirements as a customer.

The California Supreme Court officially disbarred President Donald Trump’s former attorney, John Eastman, last week over his work assisting Trump to dispute the 2020 election results. Eastman merely provided options for Trump to consider in a legal memo — some of which would have resulted in Joe Biden winning the election — and drafted and filed a brief for him in the election challenge Texas v. Pennsylvania. In contrast, none of the attorneys involved in the 2000 election challenge representing Al Gore over “hanging chads” in Florida were disciplined.

When politicians write a book (and the word "write" is doing heavy lifting because they use ghostwriters), they're generally not really trying to sell books; (snip) According to Federal Elections Commission (FEC) reports analyzed by the New York Times, the PAC "spent $1,561,875 to buy and distribute copies of his book through the donation program." They sold 67,000 books through the program, "roughly two-thirds of the 97,400 the print copies of the memoir that have been sold," according to the New York Post.

Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff knew Eric Swalwell was bedding a Chinese spy and was a national security risk, but the former House speaker and House Intel Committee chair doubled down on their support for the now-accused rapist, Eric Swalwell. The story of the congressman’s dank and disgusting infamy was related by a former House Speaker to a Fox News host on Thursday night in a stunning 3:35-minute interview. You might want to prepare your fainting couch just in case to prepare yourself for Pelosi's completely blasé attitude about her boy Swalwell being a tool of the CCP and a compromised womanizer to boot.

A federal appeals court said Saturday that President Donald Trump can move ahead for another week with construction of a massive new White House ballroom while judges consider the project. The 2-1 order from the DC Circuit Court of Appeals is a temporary win for Trump in a protracted legal fight over whether he has the authority to build the ballroom on the site of the former East Wing without express approval from Congress. The appeals court said work on the project can continue until at least April 17.

The DOJ's Civil Rights Division has opened a criminal investigation into Cassidy Hutchinson, the former White House staffer whose 2022 testimony before the January 6 Select Committee became one of the most explosive moments of that entire political spectacle, becoming the left's favorite weapon against Donald Trump. The probe focuses on whether Hutchinson committed perjury during her televised June 2022 hearing. You may remember the hearing and the ridiculous story she told, under oath, in front of millions of viewers.

The New York Times was heavily criticized Friday for a glaring error in a headline that clearly misstated the meaning of the acronym "NATO" as the "North American Treaty Organization" instead of the "North Atlantic Treaty Organization." The news outlet admitted that it was a mistake in a post on social media, stating it would run a correction Saturday. "A headline with an article on Friday about President Trump’s threats to leave NATO misstated the full name of the body," the outlet said. "It is the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, not the North American Treaty Organization."

MINNEAPOLIS — Restaurants across Minneapolis, from longtime neighborhood staples to newer concepts, are facing mounting financial pressure, and for some, the strain has already proven too much. In 2026 alone, well-known establishments like D’Amico and Sons and The Lowry have announced closures after years of serving the community. Industry leaders warn these losses are part of a broader issue. Hospitality Minnesota recently said restaurants statewide are nearing a “breaking point,” pointing to a mix of lingering pandemic recovery challenges, tariffs, immigration enforcement impacts, economic uncertainty, and new state policies such as paid family leave and rising minimum wages. By almost any analysis, Christianity is the superior religion. Of all, Christianity reigns supreme. Christianity has positively transformed the entire world. Even now, ill-informed leftists don’t realize most of their thoughts on the dignity of the human and individual freedom -- and hundreds more -- are due to Christianity. Thomas Jefferson noted, “Had the doctrines of Jesus been preached always as pure as they came from his lips, the whole civilized world would now have been Christians.” And if one is going to become a Christian it would seem that His Church, the Catholic Church, should be the choice. PORTLAND, Maine—Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.) campaigned Saturday alongside Graham Platner, the left-wing candidate in the Maine Democratic Senate primary who has praised Hamas and until recently sported a tattoo of a Nazi symbol. Warren said Platner "has the values" to serve in the upper chamber and would bring "accountability" to Washington, D.C. Platner "is a man who not only has the values, but a man who believes in accountability, and we need a little accountability coming out of Washington right now," Warren told attendees at a packed Holiday Inn ballroom. The newest Gaza freedom flotilla has come under the spotlight – not because of its stated aim of “breaking the Israeli siege on Gaza” – but because a senior member was accused of sexual misconduct. The scandal began shortly after the flotilla set sail from Barcelona on April 12, when the Palestinian group Heart of Falastin claimed that “a senior member of the flotilla, a member of the steering committee, the highest governing body of the organization, code named B.L. for their protection (not ours), engaged in sexual relations with multiple activists while on the boat heading toward Gaza. Not one person. Not two. Three different individuals.” Heart of Falastin then said,

United Teachers Los Angeles (UTLA) scored a massive victory this week, finalizing a new contract with the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) that will cost the nearly-insolvent district an additional $1.2 billion a year and increase the union's power going forward by expanding the areas in which the union has bargaining rights (AI, subcontracting). The complete fold by LAUSD isn't so surprising, though, given that the district's Acting Superintendent is the brother-in-law of UTLA Secondary Vice President Alex Orozco and UTLA Director Victoria Casas, a relationship that wasn't disclosed.

At least eight children — ranging in age from one to 14-years-old — were killed early Sunday in what police describe as a sprawling domestic‑violence shooting that stretched across four separate crime scenes in Shreveport. Shreveport Police Corporal Chris Bordelon told reporters officers were first dispatched just after 6 a.m. to reports of gunfire in the 300 block of West 79th Street, where they located the initial scene. As officers canvassed the area, they discovered additional connected locations, including one on Harrison Street, all tied to the same domestic disturbance. Police said at least 10 people were struck by gunfire, with eight pronounced dead at the scene or shortly afterward.

A great deal of national news coverage concerning Virginia has focused on the attempt by its new Democratic governor, Abigail Spanberger, and her confederates in the General Assembly to circumvent the commonwealth’s constitution in order to radically gerrymander the state’s congressional district map. This maneuver has, however, overshadowed another of their equally dubious legislative actions. A bill proposing that Virginia join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC) passed both houses of the General Assembly in February, and Gov. Spanberger signed it into law on April 13.

The government of Volodymyr Zelensky in Ukraine has announced plans to increase migration from Africa amid employment shortfalls in the war torn country. While Ukraine has yet to enter the European Union, Kyiv appears intent on mimicking the globalist economic ethos of Brussels and replacing its fallen men with African migrants. The head of the Office of the President, Kyrylo Budanov, one of Zelensky’s top advisors, said this week that the government will revise its list of “risky” countries to make it easier for companies in Ukraine to hire from African countries, broadcaster TCH reported. Budanov suggested that this would help businesses facing worker shortages
