WaPo Columnist Says Muslims Should Not

It used to be taken for granted that immigrants to the United States would assimilate, adopt American cultural values, and become Americans. That idea, of course, was lost long ago as the lust for “diversity” and “multiculturalism” overtook the political and media elites, but up until Old Joe Biden opened the floodgates to any sentient being that could be relied upon to vote Democrat, most Americans took for granted the idea that people who settled in this country should obey the existing laws. No more, however. On Wednesday, Shadi Hamid, a Washington Post columnist and professor at Georgetown University,

Then perhaps Muslims would be happier remaining in countries where Sharia is established.

The problem for Muslims is that their religion is commingled with their government. Normally, we don't expect immigrants to abandon their culture. They can worship as they wish and even celebrate some of their own holidays. But our laws are a complex combination of philosophy and ideas of religious origin. You don't have to give up your religion but you do need to follow our laws, even the ones that don't mesh with your religion. And, you don't get to impose your religious laws on the rest of us. That has worked reasonably well for most immigrants but Muslim religion is VERY different. That's OK. They can have their own country and run it according to their religious beliefs. However, they cannot impose their beliefs on other countries. But they think they can. The problems we have with Muslims in this country are the opposite side of the coin for the problems so many nations have with Iran. This is why immigration needs to be controlled. Do we want our country to be run by Sharia law? If so, let Muslims in until they have a majority to change laws. If not, we need to control the number of Muslims allowed in the country.

Indian origin influencer Priya Patel - born of Ugandan parents like Mamdani had a comment that went viral . Immigration without assimilation is aggression. If you are the victim of aggression you have every right to fight back. Violently if forced to. Muslims have made their merger of politics and religion our problem. Let’s make it THEIR’s.

Any potential immigrant who applies for a US immigrant visa who belongs to a foreign ideology that prohibits or is against their followers or members assimilating into greater US society and instead following anything like Sharia Law instead of US Constitutional law and other US laws should be considered to be excludable from admission to the USA as an immigrant. It’s up to the US Congress to effect the appropriate changes to the US immigration laws.

America awoke Sunday to find that President Trump had a contingency plan for the almost certain failure of Vice President JD Vance's diplomatic mission (see New: Peace Talks With Iranian Regime Have Failed, Vance Gives Details From Islamabad – RedState) to end the war with Iran on terms that are politically and militarily acceptable to the U.S. President Trump, using Truth Social as his platform, announced that the Hormuz Strait was closed: So, there you have it, the meeting went well, most points were agreed to, but the only point that really mattered, NUCLEAR, was not. Centcom has clarified exactly what our naval forces will do, beginning tomorrow evening: So we aren’t closing the Strait, we are blockading Iranian ports. This means that Iran won’t be able to sell any oil. Two countries will be hurt: Iran and China, which buys 80% of Iranian oil. The Gulf States will be able to ship their oil through the Strait as soon as they choose to do so. Meanwhile, we are sending vessels to the Strait to try to dispose of the mines that Iran may or may not have laid there. Other countries may aid in that effort. Iran still has a lot of small boats

Iranian negotiators failed to meet the United States on six of its key red lines during talks in Islamabad, Pakistan, over the weekend, according to a U.S. official. An official told Breitbart News that Iran did not agree to the United States’s red lines, which include ending all uranium enrichment; dismantling all major nuclear enrichment facilities; allowing for the retrieval of highly enriched uranium; accepting a broader peace, security, and de-escalation framework that includes regional allies; ending funding for terrorist proxies Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis; and fully opening the Strait of Hormuz, charging no tolls for passage.

It took 21 hours for the American negotiators in Islamabad to confirm what we’ve known about the regime in Iran for the last 47 years. The IRGC won’t ever negotiate in good faith. And this time, even J.D. Vance had enough. In a presser from Islamabad, the Vice President announced he would withdraw from talks after the Iranian regime refused to come off of their list of demands. Vance told reporters that he left our “best offer” on the table and said it would be up to Iran to figure it out. The Artemis II astronauts safely splashed down off the coast of San Diego at 5:07 p.m. Friday after a historic 10-day mission around the moon, finally letting the crew and NASA officials breathe a sigh of relief. NASA regarded the high-energy reentry — streaking through the atmosphere in a nearly 5,000-degree-Fahrenheit fireball at more than 30 times the speed of sound — as one of the riskiest moments of the mission. Space agency officials’ blood pressure was further elevated as experts closely watched the performance of the craft’s heat shield — which astronauts rely on to slow them down and keep temperatures livable.
