Hey Leftists: ‘No Kings’ Was Something

One of the surest ways you know that the left’s lame “No Kings” propaganda movement is inorganic is how much time, effort, and money must be concentrated every so many months just to get people to leave their homes for a narrow window in time on a single, slow-news Saturday. If the movement were truly grassroots and organic, you would be able to whip up a crowd in a day or so, especially if the movement were as nationwide as organizers want you to believe. If the movement were as real and as big as the organizers want you to believe, participants would be so “local”

Just ask any protestor if he/she would like to house, feed, and offer transport an illegal alien 'criminal' and see how many would agree to do so. I personally do not want my taxes to support one of these people.

What a motley group of people.....our local protest was front page news in the morning paper. The headlines screeched that "Thousands Vented...."I didn't bother reading the coverage. There will come a time that these protesters will discover that they're nothing more than pawns (pawns sounds nicer that "useful idiots"). The photos were hysterical though. The very first one showed a protester who never learned when to use the word "fewer" rather than "less". If his sign was any indication of the education he received, he was shortchanged. Then we have a couple singing away and having a high old time as well as a woman who couldn't articulate any of rights she presumably lost; her response to the interviewer was nonsensical. They all probably went home happy, though.

So, 100,000 reportedly showed up at the "flagship" event in St. Paul. Of those, no doubt 90,000+ were there for what they were hoping was a free Springsteen concert.

I didn't check the schedule for this day of rallies. For a previous day of rallies, there were several in adjacent counties (near me) at different times (each 2 hours long) so people could attend several in one day.

There were about 50 protestors on the steps of our courthouse in a county of over 50,000. Noticed the majority were women, most seemed 50+ and no minorities. I sat at a stoplight and watched a dozen cars go by with one honk. Of course we are in Trump country. It really looked like a joke. At first I thought they were selling Girl Scout cookies. Seemed more like a collection of 60’s wannabe protesters outfitted with casual wear from Dicks Sporting Goods. I’m sure most people gawked and stared thinking these people are idiots making fools of themselves.

The most recent Harvard-Harris poll had some intriguing elements, and you have to think the Democrats aren't going to like them. We've seen constant doom posting from them and from the liberal media about Operation Epic Fury. If you believed what they're spewing out, you would think that we were losing badly and President Donald Trump had given up, when the reality is that we've been having unparalleled military success. Yes, there's more than just military success involved, but they're largely ignoring that. Indeed, if Iran is influenced

WASHINGTON (AP) — Gulf allies of the United States, led by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, are urging President Donald Trump to continue prosecuting the war against Iran, arguing that Tehran hasn’t been weakened enough by the monthlong U.S.-led bombing campaign, according to U.S., Gulf and Israeli officials. After private grumbling at the start of the war that they were not given adequate advance notice of the U.S.-Israeli attack and complaining the U.S. had ignored their warnings that the war would have devastating consequences for the entire region, some of the regional allies are making the case to the White House that the moment offers a historic opportunity

President Donald Trump has referred to an unnamed Iranian someone (or someones) that he’s been negotiating with after the U.S. took out former Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and most of his minions with Operation Epic Fury. The ayatollah’s son, Mojtaba Khamenei, was named the new supreme leader, but he’s been bedeviled by rumors that he’s not very bright, gay, and severely wounded. Meanwhile, he hasn’t been seen or heard in public, thus earning him the nickname the “Cardboard Ayatollah.” RedState’s Nick Arama has written previously that many speculate the man Trump is negotiating with is Iran's Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf,

Given their aggressive posture in today’s politics, you might assume the Democrats are in the ascendancy. In fact, however, they are in the midst of a long-term decline. YouGov charts party affiliation over the last 20 years. First, though, some historical perspective: 70 years ago, Democrats had a huge partisan advantage over Republicans. That advantage has steadily eroded over time, in large part because conservative Southerners, once Democrats, are now Republicans: Now, for the last 20 years: Over the past 20 years, the share of Americans who identify with or lean toward the Democratic Party has decreased at a steady pace.

The Democrats’ partial shutdown of the government, which has left the Department of Homeland Security underfunded and unable to operate efficiently, has now gone on for over 44 days. Dems have demanded radical and unacceptable reforms to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), or they’ll continue to throw their endless temper tantrums, no matter how many Americans it hurts. The latest Schumer Shutdown has caused Transportation Security Administration agents to go unpaid, resulting in over 500 officers quitting, massive no-shows, and hardships for agents who can’t pay their bills while Congress goes home for vacation. Once again, however, it would appear that the Dems

President Trump came out swinging against the "new regime" in Iran Monday morning, threatening in a Truth Social post to escalate military operations there if a deal isn't reached and the Strait of Hormuz isn't immediately reopened. The president indicated in his post that the U.S. has been in "serious discussions" with "A NEW, AND MORE REASONABLE, REGIME" to end the military operation. It's still unclear who, exactly, is part of this new regime and if it includes the presumed new Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei. Somewhat more clear is what the U.S. intends to do if a deal isn't reached "shortly"

It’s becoming increasingly obvious that, despite a 53-47 Republican majority, the U.S. Senate is a graveyard for President Trump’s agenda. This is largely the fault of Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-S.D.), who has never been a strong supporter of the President. Despite this, most Republicans hoped that Thune would work to advance Trump’s priorities, particularly after his decisive 2024 victory provided the momentum for the GOP to retake the Senate. But Thune’s refusal to get the SAVE America Act passed and his surrender to the Democrats on DHS funding — without additional money for ICE or CPB — dashed any hope.

The Southern Pacific rattlesnake is “right at home in the cracks and crevices of the great outdoors,” said local hiker Croy Tan. “Technically, this is where they are. It’s like a pandemic: Weekly news reports of yet another teacher arrested for having an erotic relationship with a student – often a young, attractive female exploiting a teen male under the age of consent. But this phenomenon of “educator sexual misconduct,” or ESM, is not as bad as it appears. In fact, it’s worse. Such stories evoke the prurient pop music theme found in the rock band Van Halen’s 1984 tune “Hot For Teacher.” However, in the real world, the overwhelming majority of these criminal relationships are never disclosed and prosecuted, and their destructive impact on victims goes largely unreported.
