There is a cognitive bias called the Dunning–Kruger effect, which -- in my opinion -- would be better called the Obama-Mamdani effect today. Dunning-Kruger describes a delusional mindset where “People with low knowledge or skill in an area tend to overestimate how competent they are.” In biblical terms, this kind of hubris is defined by Paul in Romans 12:3 as one “...think[ing] more highly of oneself than one ought.” That Scripture verse captures the essence of two popular, similar politicians who, despite having little knowledge or skill, have convinced many Americans of an expertise that simply doesn’t exist

Instead of learning math, science, history, or working on critical thinking skills. Many were told to concentrate on their self-esteem. The chant of You're Special was considered learning. Now we have a population of too many people with a I'm great attitude when all they've done is wake up in the morning.

Why make this more complicated than it needs to be? They're both narcissists. End of discussion.

There are many in Government with this problem Call it Obama-Mamdani call it Schumer -Jeffries call it Whoopi-Joy but it is certainly a problem and it seem to effect Demorats more prevalently than others.

Kommie-La is an excellent example. Dump as a post, literally zero lifetime accomplishments, completely inarticulate and yet she is clearly convinced that she's smart and articulate....and just tangles up her sad little mind trying to 'talk smart', so that the result is proof of her stupidity.
A common problem with politicians.

Dunning-Kruger does a good job of describing politicians who think they're smarter than their constituents. Those politicians are in a panic now, losing population because their supposedly "misinformed" voters are heading to better run states with less confiscatory tax laws. Democrats have spent decades telling Americans all kinds of tales about what is good for them. With Covid lockdowns, Governors went out for fancy dinners while citizens were afraid to leave home. Governors threatened doctors and pharmacists with loss of their professional licenses if they dared prescribe or distribute Ivermectin, a cheap drug that saves lives without causing the vascular damage seen in autopsies of people who were "vaccinated" against Covid. No wonder tyrannical libs across the country wanted doctors silenced. Today, there's nothing mysterious about people leaving high tax states for lower taxes. It's predictable. Illegal immigration is not "good for Americans" no matter how often Democrats insist it is, and encourage it. The know it all politicians thought they could ignore Americans and pander to Democrats" imported underclass of illegal aliens. If they were are brilliant as they imagine, they would have seen these consequences coming long ago.

This article applies to ALL of Bidet's upper administration.
While this article focuses on governance, how about most people in the media, both entertainment and "news". How about liberal Karens? Many professors in colleges and universities who advance because they are associated with popular causes like DEI, not because they are competent?
Also, how about people in one domain of expertise who think their smarts there transfers to some other domain. As per corporate officers who think they can govern.

The key words here are "a lack of self awareness". Almost every progressive lacks self awareness, especially the Democrats that want to run for the presidency. Do Buttigieg, Harris, Newscum, or any other Democrat pretenders realize how incompetent they are? See Jimmy Carter, Barack Hussein Obama and Joe Biden. They all think that being president is a walk in the park! They truly believe they can be better than Trump, the man who has raised the bar so high that it will be almost impossible to exceed him. Just listen to every Democrat in the Senate, everyone of them, and observe their lack of self awareness. They are truly stupid.

In addition to their belief that they are legends (in their own mind), they also refuse to accept responsibility for their failures and always look for a scapegoat.
