NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte appeared on "Face the Nation" to talk about the Strait of Hormuz and the threats from Iran. Rutte explained that the good news was that 22 countries were coming together to make sure that the Strait of Hormuz was free. He explained they'd always gotten things achieved before, as when President Donald Trump had gotten things like the NATO allies to pay their 5 percent share, which helped to provide for greater defense. He said he was "absolutely convinced" they could do the job when it came to Iran. Most of the 22 are NATO countries. Others involved also included Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand,

Yes, the Euroweenies suddenly have had to realize that Trump was right, the Iranians have developed ballistic missiles which can reach essentially the whole of European, and were very close to adding home grown nuclear warheads to these missiles. Trump is right again and the dangerously stupid Dems and idiot "leaders" in Europe were disastrously wrong. As usual.

Beware of the Islamic Republic's lying propagandists that are here in the US including one who wrote an absurd article that was published in the NY Post. Of course MS Now and the other Trump hating media will quote it ad nauseam acting like it is legitimate.

Aside from working nukes, the Iranians, loony as they are, could have simply packed their fissionable material into their missiles and created dirty bombs. Not as destructive on impact but the radiation would have killed a lot of people over time. Democrat talking points are silly to begin with, they blow up the moment they are spoken. I would like to see an honest poll on how many of them understood the danger and secretly approve of our attacks on Iran but will never admit it.

Mark Rutte is a strong ally to the US. It was obviously painful for Brennan to interview him by the way she got twitchy and was trying to get him to quit talking. We’re all supposed to believe that suddenly, after decades of terrorism and military buildup, that Iran suddenly was never a threat. The EU was fully prepared to sit back on their fat behinds and let us do the fighting. It seems they’ve had second thoughts.

This is absurd. The Euroweenies will never agree about a military action as they love debate more than doing and one or two of them will throw a monkey wrench into the gears just for the fun of it, France. Also, they simply do not have the naval assets to do anything at this point after years of neglect. Germany? The UK? France? Denmark? Dr. Who? All joining together? I laugh.

From the headline - - "Rutte’s Trump Praise Blows Up Dem Talking Points." So what? "Dem talking points" are constantly blowing up in their faces. It means nothing to them. They have no consciences - - no souls - - so whenever a talking point blows up - - they just move on to the next one. It's really easy to be a corrupt, lying demonrat. You never have to answer for anything - - or explain anything.

Some would say "better late than never" but the heavy lifting was once again done by our own treasury and brave military! God bless those in uniform. Like showing up a month after D-Day. These 22 useless nations are only getting involved now because they realize their economies depend on fossil fuels ... not wind or solar. Trump needs to hand these other countries a bill for their share after the dust settles.

A massive explosion at a Texas crude oil refinery shot up towering plumes of dark smoke and physically shook locals’ homes before they were ordered to shelter in place Monday. A loud boom resounded throughout the western part of Port Arthur, Texas on Monday afternoon when part of a Valero refinery exploded, local outlets reported. Clouds of black smoke spilled out of the refinery, sparking health concerns among residents and forcing city officials to put out a shelter-in-place order for the west end. One resident at the scene told 12News that the entire area reeked of rotten eggs — a smell commonly associated with sulfur.

Democrats are furious that President Donald Trump took action against Iran with Operation Epic Fury. But one of the things that you wouldn't hear from them is how his action puts paid to one of their favorite fictions about Trump - the Russia collusion fiction, that Trump is somehow in the pocket of Russia. Well, he's pounding one of their principal allies, which he would not do if he were in Putin's pocket. So once again, the Democrat narrative gets blown up. Trump said he was in talks with an Iranian leader that were productive, and for that reason, he said he held off on hitting

Tens of thousands of cattle have been culled in Russia, with fears that the animals were infected by a leak from a bioweapons research plant. Thousands of animals have been killed amid furious protests from farmers in Siberia, with authorities giving differing accounts as to the reason why. Some have cited an outbreak of ‘pasteurellosis’, which can normally be treated with antibiotics. Disease control specialists have told farmers there was also an outbreak of ‘incurable rabies’, without citing evidence. Farmers haven’t been shown the order from the Kremlin’s agriculture ministry,

President Trump announced Monday he is calling off strikes on Iranian power plants for five days, claiming the mullahs in Tehran are now seeking a resolution after feeling the full pressure of his threat. The President, over the weekend, had given Iran an ultimatum—open the Strait of Hormuz, or he would order the complete obliteration of their power plants within 48 hours. With the deadline ticking down, Trump has given the battered Iranian regime a bit of an extension. "I am pleased to report that the United States of America, and the country of Iran, have had, over the last two days, very good and productive conversations regarding

Saturday night saw Israel experience its largest casualty event since the start of the war with Iran three weeks ago, when two ballistic missiles struck residential neighborhoods in the southern cities of Arad and Dimona, injuring nearly 200 people — most of whom were not in bomb shelters at the time of impact. The Supreme Court ‘s conservative majority on Monday sounded skeptical of state laws that allow the counting of late-arriving mail ballots, a persistent target of President Donald Trump. The court heard arguments in a case from Mississippi that also could affect voters in 13 other states and the District of Columbia, which have grace periods for ballots cast by mail. An additional 15 states that have more forgiving deadlines for ballots from military and overseas voters also could be impacted. A ruling is expected by late June, early enough to govern the counting of ballots in the 2026 midterm congressional elections.

Dems have been playing fast and loose with our elections for quite a while now. They keep testing every gimmick they can think of. Whatever they can do to make voting drag on longer, feel less secure, and leave more room for “funny business.” Of course the one thing they don’t want to do is the most obvious: voter ID. Their schemes are always sold as some kind of better “access” or more “convenience,” but what they’re really doing is turning a civic act into a chaotic, messy process that Americans don’t trust.

Mueller, who died at 81 on Friday night, was the special counsel tasked with investigating allegations that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election to benefit President Trump – a claim the current administration asserts was part of a “treasonous conspiracy” orchestrated by the Obama administration to “subvert” Trump. “Bob Mueller was one of the finest directors in the history of the FBI, transforming the bureau after 9/11 and saving countless lives,”

Kent says, apparently quite sincerely, that President Trump may have launched the war against Iran because he feels threatened from shadowy forces connected to Israel. There is a cognitive bias called the Dunning–Kruger effect, which -- in my opinion -- would be better called the Obama-Mamdani effect today. Dunning-Kruger describes a delusional mindset where “People with low knowledge or skill in an area tend to overestimate how competent they are.” In biblical terms, this kind of hubris is defined by Paul in Romans 12:3 as one “...think[ing] more highly of oneself than one ought.” That Scripture verse captures the essence of two popular, similar politicians who, despite having little knowledge or skill, have convinced many Americans of an expertise that simply doesn’t exist

It was surprising, however, when he was denounced by various podcasters, most of whom have been stunningly naïve about Iran’s threat and why Trump had to take action. By far the most clueless of them has been Megyn Kelly.
