"These are women who were brutally killed by illegal aliens in your state," Boebert said. "You don't know who they are, so I would also assume that you did not attend their vigils or speak out to their families when they were brutally killed (snip)"

Trump was furious at Noem for insisting during the hearing that he had personally approved the contract and began floating Mullin’s name as a potential replacement, National Review first reported early Thursday.

State Rep. James Talarico said just that on Tuesday night — "A little bit of hope is a dangerous thing" — and he meant it as a call to action, a summons to the faithful. But the line lingers in the Texas air for a different reason. Democrats are about to invest a great deal of time, money and, yes, hope in the notion that a young state legislator from Round Rock is the man who will break a nearly four-decade winless drought for his party in the Lone Star State. Hope can animate. It can also delude.

Does being an European "ally" of America even mean anything anymore? That's a valid question after several NATO nations not only initially denied the use of their military bases during Operation Epic Fury, the ongoing attack on Iran, but also offered tacit support for the Islamic regime. Perhaps the most public betrayal came from Spain, whose left-wing prime minister claimed the United States was violating "international law."Given Spain's history over the last century or so, it wasn't exactly surprising that they'd take the side of Islamic fascists over the country that pays for their defense.

Fifty-seven percent of Americans want all illegal migrants sent home, according to a Harvard Harris poll. The 57 percent includes 54 percent of political independents and 79 percent of Republicans, but just 35 percent of Democrats, said the February 26-28 poll of 1,999 registered voters by The Harris Poll and HarrisX. The majority support for mass deportations is notable because it remains strong amid massive resistance by pro-migration politicians, the Democrat establishment, the establishment media, and various pop-culture influencers. The poll also showed 63 percent support for a draft law that would bar the award of commercial driver’s licenses to illegal migrants. Just 40 percent of Democrats favor the curbs.
