Pray for the success of the mission and the safety of the military personnel and the decent and good Iranians who do not want to live under the terrorist regime any longer.

Finally! Retaliation for all the terrorist attacks on Americans. Some 40 or so since Islamic revolution in 1979. Quintessential state sponsor of terrorism. Thank you President Trump!

An Associated Press article deleted a statement on Wednesday from climate scientist Michael Mann, famous for pursuing a libel suit against National Review and Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI). Associated Press released an article Monday concerning the Trump administration Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) revoking a scientific finding that has been the backbone for US regulation on greenhouse gas emissions and quoted Mann saying the EPA would be cementing Republican climate denial with this measure. Associated Press later removed Mann’s statement from the article the same day it was published without stating why they did so.

A federal judge in Los Angeles on Monday temporarily blocked California from enforcing its new law that bans federal officers from wearing masks while on duty, ruling that the state law violated the Supremacy Clause. Judge Christina Snyder, who was appointed by former President Bill Clinton, ruled that the "No Secret Police" law discriminated against federal agents in its current form because it does not apply to state and local police as well, per Fox News.

The Native American tribe that owns the land under Billie Eilish’s multimillion-dollar Los Angeles mansion said celebrities should “explicitly” reference the tribes if they want to use them to virtue-signal. The Tongva tribe confirmed the “Bad Guy” singer’s $3 million home does sit on its “ancestral land,” after the 24-year-old used her Grammys acceptance speech to rail against ICE and insist that “no one is illegal on stolen land.” The indigenous inhabitants of the Los Angeles Basin, known as the “First Angelenos,” said they appreciate Eilish’s sentiment, but noted that the performer hasn’t contacted them directly — and insisted that next time, she explicitly reference them.

University of Pennsylvania climate scientist Michael Mann’s losses in court continued to mount Thursday when a D.C. Superior Court judge denied his request to reconsider sanctions against him for having “acted in bad faith.” As a result, he owes more than $28,000 to two bloggers, who once faced $1 million in damages that a jury had awarded to Mann in his defamation suit against them. The ruling also had strong words concerning Mann’s conduct in the case, accusing him of presenting figures to the jury that he knew to be incorrect.

Law schools in Texas will no longer need the American Bar Association’s (ABA) approval after the state supreme court ruled this month that the organization will no longer have the final say on accreditation. Approval of law schools now rests with the Texas Supreme Court, according to the Jan. 6 ruling. Concerns over ABA’s objectivity have been growing in recent months, and U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi in February 2025 even accused the organization of subjecting law schools and students “to unlawful race and sex discrimination under the guise of ‘diversity’ mandates” by forcing schools to ensure their student and staff bodies are “diverse with respect to gender, race, and ethnicity.”

Citizenship is not a technicality. It is not a loophole. It is not a prize slipped across a hospital bassinet because geography happened to cooperate. Citizenship is the highest legal bond between an individual and a sovereign nation. If that bond means anything, it must mean allegiance. That is the principle at the center of President Donald J. Trump’s Executive Order 14160, signed on Jan. 20, 2025, titled Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship. The order directs federal agencies not to recognize automatic citizenship for certain children born in the United States after Feb. 19, 2025.
