Fraud is not just a Minnesota problem or a California problem; it’s proving itself to be a problem across the country.
The latest saw two Korean men in Queens, New York, allegedly defraud Medicaid for $120 million through a senior care facility in Flushing.
According to the New York Post, the two men involved, Daniel Lee and Inwoo Kim, ran Happy Life Adult Day Care, where they allegedly encouraged seniors to enroll in their social adult day care program by bribing them. Seniors were handed a $500 kickback to enroll. If they actually used the services at one of two locations, that total was reduced to $300.

This scam was way too easy. Imagine how much is still going on that hasn't been identified.

I am so glad that we can allow foreigners who have come here to rip us off. It is so generous of the Americn taxpayer who works their butt off to earn a decent living.

From what we have heard since Trump assumed office, it certainly looks like massive fraud such as this instance have been occurring across the board in the inner cities, and have been politically shielded from effective investigations and law enforcement actions by running through leftist Democrat nongovernmental organizations (NGOS).

Clearly the fraud detection skills of our federal employees is non-existent. I think we need to boot any immigrant who is convicted out of this country. It is the only deterrent that might have an impact.

IMO the immigrants are just the current faces of the democrat money laundering businesses they have run for decades. The immigrants aren't savvy enough to set up these scams. They have the help of corrupt Americans like the woman in Minnesota and lazy and corrupt bureaucrats and politicians.

Crime and corruption will never end in this country as long as there is even one democrat empowered with more power than a dog catcher.

One problem that Americans have is their persistent, unfounded belief that "all people are the same, all cultures are equal". I have traveled extensively in my life, and lived in Europe for years at a time as a younger man. I've done business for a decade in the area around the Black Sea, and visited India and European, SIberian and far eastern Russia.
It has become clear to me that if you travel as a tourist, and meet people in a superficial, short term way, you can easily believe this "all people are the same, all cultures are equal" nonsense. The longer you stay in a place and the better you get to know people, the more that you discover that non-Christians are VERY different in their moral outlook on the world from Christians, even "non-Christian" Americans.
And you find that the concept that "all people are inherently good" is seriously flawed. Many, even most people that you meet in foreign countries will be likely to be pretty OK people, and a great number are very helpful to strangers, although beware the ubiquitous criminal class which exists everywhere, but most commonly concentrates in bigger cities.
But, the whole Golden Rule and such are pretty much Christian concepts, and similar moral concepts may or may not exist in other cultures. Imagining that all people are inherently good is a nice starting point, but count your change and lock up your stuff, especially in foreign countries. Not all cultures see thievery as anything to be shunned.
Huge numbers of foreigners who come to live here apparently take Americans and America as a bunch of suckers to be fleeced. And it seems that our systems, especially government systems, are very easily cheated, primarily designed for honest people. We need to have federal programs much more carefully protected, and fraud needs to be expected and guarded against.

If you think that the Korean fraudsters are going to just roll over and let Somalian fraudsters take all the taxpayer money, you are sadly mistaken.

I am about sick of reading of all the fraud that is going on in this country. I wonder what the debt would really be if we weren't supporting every Tom, Dick and Harry that comes here to suck off our government and if someone in government really was in charge of watching after our tax money.

Totaling up the cost of scams to taxpayers, we have been scammed out of $38 Trillion, which is the amount of our debt. All governments should be forced to balance their budgets. Allowing the federal government to print money is another scam that should be ended. Not an honest person among them.

I'm wondering if South Korea isn't also "exporting" their criminals, ne'er-do-wells, and mental cases these days? You know, there shouldn't be THAT many "senior" Koreans in the USA, since they've not been coming here in record numbers. That is unless the Feds are allowing "chain migrants" (elderly parents of younger migrants) to come and sign up for benefits, reserved only for people who have paid into our system for decades. With the evil of Democrats, nothing surprises me anymore. "Come get free money, dental, medical, and drugs just for being the parent of a young migrant!"
Also, if you've ever travelled though a typical "Korea Town" you'll notice their signage is entirely in flipping Korean! They don't even try to assimilate.
Kick 'em out. South Korea needs them back.
----
It used to be that when a South Korean wished to immigrate to the USA they had to leave everything behind, save for the clothes on their backs.
If a person was a retiree drawing a pension, they left it behind.
If they had a lot of money in the bank, save for a small amount, they had it confiscated.
If they had a nice home the government confiscated it.
If they had a nice business, another South Korean business would be told by the government to absorb it.
This system was employed by the South Koreans as a means of discouraging outflows of citizens during the rebuilding of post-war South Korea. I know those who have experienced that, although I can't say for certain if they still do it. By the way, Germany also does this to an extent in that they will not allow retirees to moving outside the EU and take their Pensions with them. It's too bad the U.S. Government doesn't guard its currency "lifeblood" with as much tenacious zeal.

This much corruption this deeply entrenched hands Trump a near-impossible task -- to root it out. And yet, Democrats want to keep it and refuse to do what voters want them to do. This is all too evil, too sadistic, too easily perpetuated because Democrats want to keep their cookie jars. I'm nauseated by their behavior.
