Fans of rap megastar Nicki Minaj appear to be following her lead when it comes to what political party and leaders they decide to support. Minaj’s fans have been posting on social media they are moving to the Republican Party as she continues to share her own political journey, Newsweek reported Saturday, noting her fans are called “The Barbz.”She has not been shy about how much she appreciates President Donald Trump and what his administration is doing for the American people.

Every so often, I go to an event where my overwhelming reaction is ‘I’m just not doing enough to help’. This was never more true than at last weekend’s Healing Beyond Covid in Guernsey, run jointly by Laura Anderson of the Channel Island Integrated Health Alliance and Dr Tess Lawrie of the World Council for Health. I only have the space to give highlights, which sadly will not do justice to the speakers or the organisers.

What they want you to see is “Trump posts racist monkey video about the Obamas.” What they do not want you to see is context, intent, or basic honesty about how the clip ended up on his Truth Social feed in the first place. Let’s get something out of the way: the post should never have been made, and whoever was responsible was careless for not previewing the entire video first.
